Absolutely would NOT recommend this place. I brought my neighbor in who is disabled, and they treated her like trash. They refused to do her toes because she couldnt get into the spa chair. She has a disease that heavily affects her balance, and is in a wheelchair with a broken leg. I had to suggest using a chair from the waiting area, and woman " helping" was not happy about it. My neighbor wanted the gel taken off, and toes painted. Nothing more. The woman took her gel off her toes with so much hate in her face.They barely wanted to do her acrylics. I understand you have the right to refuse service, but not taking someone because they can't get into a seat is BS. Instead of accommodations for a disabled woman they made her feel horrible. I used to go to this place at least two times a month for the past year and a half, but then I realize there's so many nail places out there. After re-growing my nails and taking good care of them, I realized this was not the place for me. From cutting every time, to getting gel on me, and getting acrylic on me I realized paying $10-$20 less is not worth it. My nails would look good, but I would leave, and my hands would start healing and have cuts all over my cuticles. I started going other places and my nails last so much longer. Sometimes the nail techs are super nice, and sometimes they are super rude and act like they don't want to service you. If you don't want to service me after I made an appointment, don't make the appointment. Overall, I think this place was a lot nicer to me when I first started going there, and when they realize I was a loyal customer and I would keep coming back they started treating me like shit read more

I think they did a pretty good Job on my nails. Fair warning I'm hard to please haha! I mean I would of liked my toes to be more square and maybe it's the color I picked? But I got this color for thanksgiving What I loved about the place was it was super clean, not packed and I loved all the covid precautions they had. They took your temperature had people spaced out and some clear blockers.It's a newer place but I think I will go back again! Beware of extra charges when paying for nail service. I had dip powder SNS done on my natural nails. I was charged for the service plus medium length nails charge of $5 , 3% price increase surcharge and a tip. I personally gave her a cash tip. You should ask for a receipt and check it. Second time coming to this place. First time I went I was there for 3 hours getting a full set that ended up looking too thick & uncomfortable. Today I went right at opening & there were no customers in there. I was greeted then ignored when the phone rang. Then someone else helped me. I was told they would be able to start on my nails but stop half way for an appointment then finish. I told them nicely I had to get to work afterwards. So one of the ladies responded upset & said fine I'll do them. Then I asked her if she was going to stop half way because if she was I couldn't stay. She got mad & got up and said fine leave & motioned with her hand towards the door for me to leave. I have never been treated like this anywhere. Definitely will not be back. Walked in for a gel manicure and pedicure and walked out feeling completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Owner asked if I had an appt and I didn't but I was ok with waiting. The whole vibe of the shop changed. The whispers started and I was asked to wait 10 mins. Cool, fine by me. I wait and someone takes me a few mins later and I asked if someone would be doing my manicure at the same time. Blank. Stares. "You wanted a manicure too?" Yesss, that's what I stated when I walked in. More grumbles. And then I get a bunch of nail boards shoved at me. I asked if they had the OPI color I used or something similar and they flat out told me they don't have any OPI gel colors. Really? Cause I'm looking at WALL full of OPI gel colors. At this point, I'm a little annoyed, getting very unfriendly vibes, and now I have to leave. When the nicest lady finished my pedicure I walk over to the wall and find not one, not two but a TON of OPI gel colors. I asked the owner about all the gel colors I'm looking at and her response couldn't have been more flat, "oh we just don't have the color you wanted." When I asked what time they closed and if I could come back for a manicure. The flippant response? "Oh, we close at 7pm but we'll be pretty busy until then." Don't worry I won't be back. I've grown up in this city and I've had the chance to move back and see how it has grown and changed. I'm hoping the other local retailers are far more welcoming than Elite Nail Spa. read more

Unless you want to be disrespected I don't recommend this spot. I decided to treat my girlfriend to a set and all she got out of it was yelling from her technician. She was conflicted on what design to get and Nancy, the owner, rudely proceeded to finish her set without any input on what she wanted. My girlfriend then stopped her and Nancy then looked at her and said "WHY DON'T YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT???" Nancy then looked over at her friend and said "at least she knows what she wants".. it was honestly just unnecessary and flat out rude when we are paying for service (& on top of that my gf has been recommending so many people to her salon for years). 0/5. read more

Poor Serivce! The first time I did my nails there it was nicely done, the new time I did my nails there I went to get a fill and stones added on. The lady that did my nails the first time wasn't there so I ended up with a new lady. As she was doing my nails I noticed she was not sure how to add the stones, she ended up making a mess of my nail with gel glue and destroying the look of the nails. I complained to her that it was done poorly and she too can see it and she told me she's not used to adding stones. She then apologized and told me not to pay because I wasn't happy and it was so obvious to the naked eye. I later made an appointment after a few days when I had time to get the nails fixed. I went there on my appointment date and time and as soon as I got there the language changed and they asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes and they checked the schedule and saw they put my name down wrongly. She told me to wait and after a couple minutes of waiting she comes to me and tells me that they will not do my nails because I wasn't happy the last time. I wasn't happy for a valid reason, so valid that I was asked not to pay. I held no grudges towards them and still went back there yet I feel I have been blacklisted due to no fault of my own. I find it very unfair and unprofessional. So before anyone goes there make sure you leave happy of they won't like you back in. read more

AWFUL! This has been one of the worst experiences getting my nails done like ever lol. I was excited to try this spot because of the reviews. This was my first time coming here. I told the older lady with the bob cut that I want clear square/straight tips and she told me no and she didn't have them. she proceeded to glue on the curved white tips and told me she would make them straight, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and hated how they looked afterward so I told her they weren't straight and then she pulls out the clear tips and tells me she will put them on but they're $5 more. Like why lie that you don't have them??? I told her exactly how I wanted my nails and she straight up said no and proceeded to do them her own way and even lied to me about not having the clear tips. I just asked her to stop with the polish once I saw how streaky it was coming out. Such a rushed job and I cried afterward. Not worth it. I will never come here again. read more

Didn't look so clean either. I paid extra to get their upgraded services & they were not worth the money. Felt so rushed. Nail polish was left all clumpy. Well... I tried to give this place a chance. I've been here three times and it will be the last time coming back. The first two times I wasn't impressed nor super happy with the quality of work. Still, maybe it was the person doing my nails and needed to try someone different? Who knows. I still wanted to give them a benefit of the doubt. This last time, the lady could not get the right shape even when I spent time asking her to look at the picture I had as example. She didn't even check to ensure they were all the same length. Some nails on my right hand are longer than my left hand and the shape is all inconsistent with one another. I'm so annoyed but I was the last one at the nail place (like 30 mins after closing) and didn't want to deal with it anymore. I'm giving them two stars just because they have a lot stations and I was able to get an appointment with no issue every time. If you are looking for a place that pays attention to detail and want a decent service, I would say go somewhere else. read more
