    Goodness I.

YUM Came here for the first time and was very impressed! There was plenty of indoor seating and they take reservations. The bathrooms are located downstairs and they were very clean. The Meatsiah was AMAZING and the burger was great-pretzel bun was a great choice. I would definitely come back!

I can't believe it took me years to try this place! While I still haven't tried their popular burger (I know!!) I decided on one of their gluten free pies Hawaiian style. It was so filling I couldn't finish but was able to take to go. I also tried one of their pear mocktails and it was so refreshing! Hoping to get to Emily soon to try the burger.

WOW. I have visited Emmy Squared over the years and always enjoyed their pizzas. BUT I NEVER KNEW THEY HAD SUCH INCREDIBLE BURGERS. 100% is my new go to sit down burger spot. The pretzel bun is a fun twist and to top it off the waffle fries were also so crispy and perfectly seasoned.

Had a good Father's Day brunch here! My husband and I and our 1 yr old shared the mozz sticks, shaved Brussels sprouts salad, the Le Matt burger, and a small margarita pizza with half pepperoni. Everything was delicious and nice sized portions! But for being almost empty inside and no one outside, I thought the service was a bit slow. But they only had 1 server it seemed like. You would think on a day like Father's Day they'd be over staffed though...idk, regardless we had a nice time and we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a huge deal. Nice people watching spot with the outdoor seating and being on a busy corner. Very kid friendly!

Love this place! It is a cute, casual, and delicious restaurant nestled on third Avenue in the upper east side. vibes are always good and service is always good. For the food: Le Big Matt - the burger is really good. I think it lives up to the hype actually.... I've heard the one at Emily is just as good, so I gotta go try it as it is their sister restaurant I believe. While it is definitely on the pricey side, it doesn't feel significantly worse than a lot of other burgers in the city, given the quality and the size. as a bonus, it comes with great waffle fries. Pizza - while this is technically their main thing, I think a lot of people actually go for the burger. That being said, the pizza is great. This time, I got the "Founders", but I've tried a couple other ones and they are all fantastic. The trick is really to get their lunch special; it's a great deal. The pizza freezes and reheat really well if you have leftovers, but you might not as they are good and aren't actually that large, so you might just finish it all. Totally worth a visit if you're uptown or want a good thick crust pizza and burger without all the fuss!

Was looking for a spot in the neighborhood for dinner after a concert in Central Park. I had heard from several people that Emmy Squared had great gluten-free pizza and it did not disappoint! Great cocktails also. Larger space than expected, plenty of seats inside. Friendly and helpfull staff. There were moments where they were very busy though so it took a little while to get someone's attention in those moments.

A group of us 4 Arrived at 4:30 to an empty restaurant. Hot honey pizza- meh not a fan of the honey but friends wanted it. Actually the burrata cheese was very good and balanced the taste fairly. VIP - recommended by waiter. When it came out he likened it to a Christmas tree because of the green and red sauces - Beautiful. And delicious. All 3 sauces are my favorite. The peppers made it the cherry on top. Can't believe I'm saying this for such expensive pizza but I would come back to try the others.

Love the ambiance and service. I usually make a reservation ahead of time to get seated easily. They are accommodating with children and also have a baby changing table in the bathroom. I love their lemon pepper wings with one of their pizzas. All of their pizza options are tasty. Great spot!

Amazing drinks and pizza. Super kid friendly -- great kids menu with sides and a drink. Came in after the museum for lunch. The pizza was delicious!

We have been here many times. Ordered takeout many times. It seems to be going downhill. The chicken nuggets, which I raved about have not been good since that one time. The ones they served to us were likely sitting under a heat lamp for a while. It was more batter than chicken, and it seemed re-fried because they got cold. The chicken in the chicken parm sandwich was so dry, I would not eat that again. It was definitely not freshly cooked. The burger bun was way too small for the burger and fell apart. There was not much meat there. They compensate for this tiny burger by giving you half a try of cold fries. For the amount they charge on this food, it is really disappointing. Basically, this is fast food at dining in prices. I am not returning anymore.

We came here for dinner to meet up with our friends and I'm so glad we did. Everything we ordered was delicious - from the cheese sticks to the pizzas to our sangria! Our service was attentive and accommodating with allergies. Plus it was lively and warm here to help escape from the evening chill.

This is a nice little spot for a weekday lunch in the UES. We had made a reservation, but could have got a table easily as it wasn't busy late on a Friday lunchtime. The staff is super friendly and helpful, guiding us to the lunch menu with smaller portions and giving great advice. Would definitely return when it's a little more bustling. Bathrooms are down steep steps so patrons with accessibility needs may need to check before booking.

Best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. [Full Stop]…read more I've had a lot of GF pizza. I've tried to come here in the past -- but it didn't work out. I ordered via Uber Eats this time, and MAN -- I was blown away. I honestly thought that they had screwed up and sent me a gluten version. I checked the order and receipt. It was so good -- the crust so chewy with bite -- but light and airy and tight -- the cheese and toppings all great and fresh and delicious. It tasted like an awesome piece of NYC pizza. I was so happy. I did some Claude sleuthing -- and think I'm onto their magic with the crust -- and am excitedly going to experiment in my home kitchen in the coming weeks (Neapolitan oven, be damned!).

Located at 309 West 50th Street in New York City's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, the casual eatery has an extensive list of pizzas. Don Antonio has over 30 types of Neapolitan pizzas, and the menu is a little bit daunting at first due to so many options, but even the pickiest eater will find something they'll want to eat. To top that off, Caporuscio recently debuted a brand new pizza tasting menu that features a curated lineup of never-before-seen pizza napoletana, and seven varieties of pizza fritta (fried pizza). Lastly, the entire pizza menu is now available gluten-free. With vast offerings, they are ambitious, and every dish is outstanding.

RIGHT BY THE DOOR. Do people not realize that putting a bar near a door on a freezing cold night benefits no one? Good thing I did not order alcohol or I would have froze to death. Seriously, none of the pies stood out in grand memory. All I can think of is, well, nothing. Nothing positive anyway. The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. Part of the problem I feel is they are trying to go for a vibe that has a New York and modern feel. It does not work. Stay true to one or the other. Or at least look at other business models. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. Rather than take the pizza out, I suggest you throw it out. Overall pizza rating: 1.7/5

The first thing you notice is the main bar wall, with its exposed centuries-old brick that has survived every bit of chaos this city could throw at it. It's subtly backlit from with a warm, amber glow that highlights every single historic groove and imperfection, making the whole room look like it's breathing. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble. There are no strobe lights and no obnoxious, skull-rattling bass in this joint. Instead, the room is wrapped in a blanket of incredibly chill music that matches the pulse of the room perfectly. It's just loud enough to drown out the noise in your own head, but quiet enough that you don't have to scream over the smooth white counter to be heard. People aren't here to be seen on TikTok; they're here to disappear for an hour or three. You slide into a chair, order a proper Old Fashioned from a bartender who doesn't rush the pour, and watch the ice melt against the amber-lit brick. It's the ultimate underground exhale--a perfect, narrow slice of peace in a city that never shuts up. Cheers!
