I had a great experience here! The decor is so cute with flowers hanging from the ceiling and neon signs around the room. The waitstaff is helpful and attentive and there's easy parking underneath the hotel. The food is about what i expected, everything is good but nothing blows you away. Parking situation was a bit odd, we didn't know where to park and on their instagram it gave us directions of where to park but couldn't find it. So we parked in front of the place. Entering the place, it was giving vibrant colors of pink flowers and cutesy vibes. It was instgrammable if that's what people are going for. There are many seats and they also have a " VIP" room most likely for people who reserve for birthdays & such. They have only two people working from what I saw, and they were so kind/friendly. I would say I got the wrong drink because I liked my friends banana drink better than mine. I also enjoyed the tacos ! They were light but filling at the same time. I did want more of a seasoning on the shrimp but the salsa made up for it. read more

I was really excited to come here, but it was so disappointing, both food and service wise. The ambiance was super cute. The place was aesthetically cute and very Instagrammable. I guess the place is pretty new, but a quarter of the items on the menu were not available yet, including all their "sweets." I ordered the Asian salad with chicken and no almonds due to an allergy. Among me and my three friends, I was served last by at least 10 minutes, and I was served with a salad with almonds and no chicken. I had to obviously send it back, and I ultimately decided to change my order to a chicken panini because it came out fast for my friends. Unfortunately, I didn't get my chicken panini for about half an hour, and by that time my friends already finished their meals. The good thing is we ordered two appetizers (bulgogi quesadilla and trio tacos), so I wasn't starving. The bulgogi quesadilla was the best thing I had. The chicken panini was just a normal chicken panini. I did have the PV drink and it was really good. read more

Great place to grab a bite. Quite relaxing and the food is good quality. Servers and clerks are well aware of the menu and welcoming. The food is mostly American with Korean touch that makes them a fine experience and so true to Southern California vibes. Must try for sure. Ambiance 10/10 Beverages 9/10 Food 6/10 Service 5/10 Honestly I wanted to love this place, but the service was pretty sub par. The place is beautifully decorated and definitely Instagram worthy. I went with my mom and niece and took lots of photos. The drinks were delicious, we ordered the butterscotch latte, hot chocolate and house coffee. Food wise we ordered the cro-waffle, turkey panini with fries, and spicy pork lettuce cup. Our food didn't come all at once so by the time everyone got their food, it was t really warm anymore. We also waited for an order of fries for over 30 minutes while other customers who came way after us got their entire order. We had to follow up twice and I was nearly done with my sandwich by the time it came. They were kind enough to comp the fries but they aren't worth ordering next time. The waitresses are friendly and greeted us warmly, but just don't check on you often enough. They were behind the bar a lot and we found ourselves having to flag them down. I think the kitchen is also not in the same area as the restaurant so there's lots of back and forth from the restaurant to another location so sometimes the waitress would completely disappear. Would love to give this place another try and sample their pastas or other dishes. Wasn't impressed with anything we ate but loved the drinks! read more

Food and drinks were great. Music was not what I expected for this type of restaurant. Service was not the best, the youngest person in our group ordered the Smoke Salmon bagel and the girls response was "do you know what that is." After placing all of our orders we asked if we could keep a menu, the answer was "no if you want something else you can ask for it." I understand if you have limited menus and cannot leave one but they should state that. We ended up just looking it up online as it took quite some time before anyone would come around. Person behind the bar was much more attentive and personable than the girl serving us. After we finished our meal we sat around well over 20minutes prior to being asked by the bartender (and not our server) if we needed anything else or if we were ready for our bill. Decor was definitely as pictured online and food was great. Although, I'm not sure if I'd return. read more

The food was VERY VERY VERY delicious!!!! we got 2 appetizers - bulgogi quesadilla + salmon cream cheese plate. and 3 pastas as our main dish!!! to top it off, our server provided the most INCREDIBLE service. I don't know how he handled all the tables alone but he was VERY attentive and everytime he saw any used napkins/ completed dishes, he went to take them away IMMEDIATELY. So professional and SO detailed in his attention to us! I felt soo taken care of! Wish i got his name to mention him in this review but he worked 11;30 am wednesday so props to him! The restaurant is in a hotel for those looking to try this place. My friend and I were not impressed. We waited for service to be seated (~5 mins) , to order (8-10 mins) and didn't get a water refill until the end of meal. After ordering, we were given questionable utensils and water. The lack in observation in customer service lead to frustration as it is mandatory for dine in customers to automatically be billed 18% tip of your total bill. This rule was stated in fine print on the menu. The two pasta orders for dinner ended up to be $69. This is ridiculous, I would be less frustrated if service was great. Also, we were dinning in for dinner and your only light would be from the windows as they do not waste electricity turning on lights. I guess you can consider the table lights as a vibe. In my opinion, the restaurant invested too much time and effort into decor and not enough staff or effort into customer satisfaction. read more

Hi, actually I decided not to review this restaurant but I have to- constant asking from the app lol. First of all it is located in Garden hotel- very old 1star hotel on western in Ktown. I've reserved the table asking bigger table for more party was coming, but somehow the server ignored it and gave us tiny little table. Restaurant was very small low ceiling, copying the dripping flowers from Arden, very tiny and weird table setting, and the food was so mediocre only cocktails were ok. I didn't wanna leave a tip at all but my server white girl was working alone super hectic, that's why I go 20 percent- that's my minimum tips tho. Nothing ever created so greasy and none understanding about the food. Not even worth to describe which one was bad. Literally all bad, also could not even put all the dishes on my table !!! I recommend getting their corn cheese and pesto pasta these were both fire. I would skip the tuna dish and croffle. Conveniently located inside a hotel with lots of parking availability underground or on the streets. The decor looked very "enchanted" and the food was plated very intricately. Servers were not as attentive as I wish to be. A lot of talking amongst themselves and had to wait a while for them to look at me when I need something. I visited this place today with one of my best friends and first off this place is such a vibe. Everything was so cute and secondly the service was amazing too. And of course I thought the food was so delicious. I can't decide which dish I liked better the kimchi pasta or the bulgogi quesadilla! The bulgogi quesadilla came with a unique sauce that made it taste so delicious and the kimchi pasta was so creamy and amazing. I also got the matcha ice latte and I have to say it's the best matcha I've had in a while. My friend got the lavender latte and she loved it just as much. The service could be better because we had to keep looking for the waitress to get us water, drinks, etc. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! we first got a bill with a total and then Given a different receipt saying that gratuity was being added. We explained that we were going to leave it in cash and Julia wanted to forcefully make us pay it on our card. Our cards had already been charged with the total in the first bill. This was extremely embarrassing for my group and we were there to celebrate a birthday. Julia was very unprofessional and raising her voice and making it seem like I was trying to avoid paying the bill when that was never the case. Then she remained slamming and yelling and the gentleman that also works there once everything was resolved. Will I come back? I came here last year to celebrate my birthday because the food and service was amazing. This year I went yesterday, did not disappoint once again. Their food was delicious and drinks were adorable. I suggest getting their lychee martini and toowoomba pasta. The service was okay but understandable that they had full house tonight at the same time getting ready to close. Wanted to take family to some place cute. Sunday and found parking on the street, short walk to the hotel. Nice staff. Food was good. Cute decor for pics. Coffee & food too. I finally checked out Enchant LA in Koreatown and was honestly impressed by how well they pull off Korean fusion without it feeling forced. We ordered a mix of classic and creative dishes, and everything delivered. The Kim's Kimchi Pasta was the standout for me. The stir fried kimchi and bacon added a smoky, savory kick, and the creamy pink sauce tied it all together in a way that felt rich but not heavy. It sounds unusual, but it works extremely well. The Bulgogi Quesadilla was another surprise. The sweet soy marinated beef paired perfectly with the melted mozzarella and Mexican cheese. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside. It felt like comfort food with real flavor behind it. The Korean Fried Chicken was exactly what you want. Super crispy wings with no greasiness, and the house made sweet and spicy garlic dipping sauce was addictive. Easily one of the better Korean fried chicken orders I've had in LA. We also got the Asian Orange Ginger Salad, which was refreshing and balanced out the heavier dishes. Fresh greens, bright citrus, crunchy almonds, and a light ginger dressing that didn't overpower anything. The La La Galbi Set was satisfying and well portioned. Enchant LA is truly a gem! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the gorgeous aesthetic. The food was INCREDIBLE ! I ordered the bibimbap burrito, French fries with bulgogi and cheese, castle tteokbokki, kimchi pasta, and fried calamari--and wow, every dish was so flavorful and beautifully presented. The fusion of flavors was creative and delicious, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into every plate. I also tried the Beach Blues drink and the Enchanted Lemonade--both were so refreshing and unique. They were the perfect complement to my meal! What really stood out to me was the incredible service. The staff was so kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. My food came out so quickly, which made the whole experience even better. While a beautiful venue with a feminine theme bursting with flowers as decor, I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Enchant. We had reserved a private room well in advance for a baby shower, but when we arrived, we found out they had given it to a larger party. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the importance of our event. What made matters worse was the staff's attitude. They were rude and unapologetic, showing no concern for the inconvenience they caused. They said they had no obligation to call us for the reservation that they changed on us and that giving away the room to a bigger party was simply their policy, a policy that is not listed anywhere. Instead of offering any solutions, they asked if we wanted to cancel our reservation, as if that were a viable option for our planned celebration. To top it off, there was no attempt to compensate us for the mix-up or our trouble. This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable for any establishment. I would not recommend Enchant to anyone looking for reliable service, especially for special events. read more

Let's start with the drinks: the Lychee Margarita was perfectly balanced--sweet, tangy, and dangerously smooth. The Lavender Lemonade was a refreshing and beautifully floral non-alcoholic option that felt both fancy and comforting. For the food, the Kim's Kimchi Pasta is a must-order. It's a genius fusion dish where the spicy, fermented kick of kimchi melds perfectly with rich, creamy pasta. A unique and unforgettable flavor! The Born to Beef and Cheese was another highlight--incredibly tender, flavorful, and the cheese added a wonderful richness. We balanced the heavier dishes with the Mandarin Orange Ginger Salad, which was a burst of freshness with its bright citrus and zesty ginger dressing.
