I never realized that Enchanted Coffee had multiple locations until a coworker told me about this location - and I am usually in this area a few times a year (but around the corner down on the other side). Previously, another coworker had told me about the La Mirada location, which I visited for the first time a few months back. This Santa Ana location is bigger than the La Mirada location, along with better parking. There were many customers enjoying their drinks with others, both inside and outside of the coffee shop. Honey Oat Latte (hot, decaf, 1/2 sweet) Banana Bread Latte (hot, 1/2 sweet) When I am trying any hot latte for the first time, I usually order them at full sweetness but had forgotten and ordered the Banana Bread Latte 1/2 sweet. With 1/2 sweet, the banana bread flavoring was very subtle, barely any hint of banana bread. It basically tasted like a regular hot latte, which was then not worth it for the price of a "seasonal" drink. The espresso was good, but I think I am going to stick with the New London. Also, do not be surprised at the smaller sized cup for the hot drinks, as compared to the cold drinks. It seems like the trend now for most coffee shops. We are mostly all used to seeing drinks a certain size, but those are mostly full of hot water and 1-2 espresso shots. The customer service was great, and I felt totally welcomed on my first visit to this location. We will most definitely return in the future to try other drinks. read more

First she recommended the most popular one called New London. I tried it, & would probably give it a 3.5/5 because it was close to what I was looking for. The second time I came in I asked for a second recommendation and was looking for something sweeter, she recommended the Spanish Latte. This one I would give a solid 4.5/5! I am so glad I ditched Starbucks and decided to try local coffee joints. Enchanted is by far the best coffee place in the OC. If you haven't had the New London yet you're truly missing out. It's an amazing iced latte made with espresso and cold foam. They also have great pastries. I love their chocolate croissants and their cookies as well. The service is great! We were in the area, and I was craving for coffee. I found this place with all the great reviews, so I decided to come by. It is located inside a plaza with lots of parking spaces. Parking was easy. They have both outdoor and in door seatings. Menu seems smaller, but still has enough options. I ordered matcha lavender latter and New Orleans cold brew. Both of our drinks were amazing! The cold brew is my favorite cold brew I have ever tried. I am unsure if it has oak milk in it, but it has a slight sweetness in it, which made it good! The matcha was strong, but not bitter, and it has a strong lavender scent, which I love. The only complaint I have is the size of the drinks were too small, and I was unable to enjoy it more. Too bad I left, or else I might go back and get another one. Cashier was friendly, patient, and kind that he explained different drinks to us. Overall, we both loved that the food and drinks were not too sweet! The hot drink came out ready cool enough to drink, maybe next time we will order it extra hot. Only down side was that I felt a little rushed to order since there were many other customers and the menu was only available on a small sign when you walk in and at the POS. This is a cute, clean, and quiet coffee shop that is great for catching up with friends, or getting some work done. I went on a Thursday afternoon and there was no line, and only a handful of people there. The staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered a seasonal drink - the eggnog latte (Yuletide Nog). Visited for the first time today, after driving by every week for a while. Love that there's a new coffee spot in this neighborhood! Overall, the vibes in the store are immaculate. The design and layout are beautiful, and there is ample seating (lots of barstools, as opposed to chairs). It was crowded the whole time I was there, which is great! That being said, the day we dropped in, they seemed to be understaffed and overwhelmed by a lot of large delivery orders. It took a while for things to come out and the staff seemed flustered by some simple requests. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I'm sure that those kinks will get worked out with time. We got a variety of pastries and drinks, and they were all delicious! The Triple Black was especially good, as was the chocolate croissant. Sadly the avocado toast was pretty bland. All the drinks we got were definitely strong, which we liked. The prices may seem expensive to some, but they do feel on par with similar coffee shops in OC using high quality ingredients. Don't be surprised by the size of the hot drinks - 12 oz. for $6-8. PRO-TIP: If you want to feel like you're getting "more" bang for your buck you can always order your drink iced because that adds a lot of volume to a bigger cup. Same if you don't like your drinks to be as strong. Overall, solid coffee shop with good seating and foot traffic, and I would for sure go again. The specialty drinks were delicious, the wifi was consistent and overall ambience was a great working environment. We ordered the Miel Latte and the Mint Matcha. The atmosphere is very cute and simple with wooden tables and benches with an area with books. I didnt see if there were any outlets but they had a good amount of seating. I was in the neighborhood and wanted some coffee (but not the chain stuff) and I found Enchanted Coffee in an unassuming strip mall. Upon entering, the interior was very bright and open. There were plenty of tables and seats. They even had free WiFi. I ordered a Lox bagel and a soy latte. The bagel was nicely toasted and stuffed with lox, cream cheese, tomatoes, capers, red onions, and arugula. It was so delicious. The soy latte also did not disappoint and was one of the better lattes I have had. Enchanted Coffee is definitely a little gem that I will stop by again. read more

It had a strong floral flavor, but it was pleasant and unique. I added sugar, free vanilla which enhanced the flavor. I am glad that they offered a sugar-free option. My friend got the lavender cold brew with the vanilla sweet cream foam. He said it was very good and went back the next day to get another one at the brea location. The barista's were very helpful and kind. They answered my questions and provided great service. they were a big part in my great experience it was quite expensive. they accepted contactless payment. they sold merchandise including a cute tote bag made of denim. overall, I was very impressed with this establishment and it ranks very highly out of the 135 coffee shops I have tried .
