Ordered the party pack with chicken strips, unfortunately they made us the bone in wings instead . Told Them what I ordered and the cashier refused to make it right . Asked to the Manager about making my order right . Whom also refused . . I knew my party wasn't going to eat the bone in so I asked either make me the right order or give me my money back. He refuse both. Finally after a back and forth he agree to make the right wings. The cashier was mad, so when when she delivered the bread &veggies she tossed them in the table and was very rude. This is the first time ever that I had this level of shitty rude service , usually at any restaurant when they make a mistake they fix it right away. I came from Maryland to show Off to the family the amazing place I used to eat in Cali and it ended to be a big disappointment . Delicious! Pre ordered our super bowl feast on Wednesday and on Sunday our order was ready on time. My family absolutely loved the wings, cooked perfect with just the right amount of sauce. Our favorites are lemon pepper, sweet chili, atomic and hot. Don't forget the fries! Customer service was top notch, friendly, courteous and attentive. Each time I've been my wings have been cooked perfectly. We just ordered for our super bowl meal on sunday. There was a wait but that's to be expected because it was super bowl Sunday. I normally love their wings, but this is the 3rd visit that the chicken wings have feathers on them, and not just on one wing, almost half of them. This review is about services. Cashiers and cooks are friendly. One cashier knows basic ASL (American Sign Language) and they are willing to write down on a paper to communicate with a deaf person. I ordered my meals and waited 10 minutes for my meals to be ready. I did expect some waiting times because there are couple of customers ordered bunch of meals ahead of me. At Wing Stop, I had to wait 35 minutes for my meals to be ready, so 10 minutes aren't that bad in comparison. Otherwise, foods are pretty good. I'd recommend folks to try other sauces than buffalo sauce because sauces are far more flavorful than buffalo sauce. This place is a deaf friendly. read more

Me and my husband came to this location at around 8:48pm the girl at the counter (Jess) was super rude it was pretty obvious she didn't want to take our order which I work at retail I understand that it's very annoying when you have guest come in at the last minute but we all deserve to be treated with respect and she was not respectful at all. While we were trying to order she kept talking to her coworker next to her and rolled her eyes at us as we continued to speak. All the sudden she rolled her eyes and left the counter and the other girl continued to take our order. This experience definitely will make me think twice about coming back.
