I have a 3,800 sq ft home with 4.5 bathrooms. I had a few pin hole leaks over several years and decided to get ahead of it. I considered repiping with pex but determined my super smooth walls and curved soffit ceilings would never be the same. I researched alternatives and found Epipe. Their patented technology is impressive and a much cleaner, easier alternative. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their team was highly professional. I was very concerned about damage/mess, etc. They arrived on time and fully explained their process. They covered all of the floor areas where their equipment would make contact. They did everything they told us they would do during their sales presentation and they cleaned everything up when they were done. They were polite, efficient, neat and professional. It was an excellent experience. What was most impressive was the follow up. I have a European style toilet with the tank in the wall. It has a unique valve that took two week to source from abroad. There were a few other follow up items involving fixtures I wanted to replace and were not available when they came in.I had a question about shower flow in one of the bathrooms. They cam back to my house several times to address each of my concerns. They could very reasonably said they would come back to address the few issues when they had the toilet part to avoid multiple trips but they did not. Just wanted to give an extra special thank you review the team Epipe. We did a $7000 residential job with Epipe about 1.5 years ago with a 10 year warranty on parts (not labor). Well, I notified Epipe and scheduled an evaluation of a clogged drain that seemed to come from same drain that they previously worked on. Turned out is was not the exact same drain as before, but some roots that had been growing 1-2 ft below our toilet (not recognized as a problem before), so they snaked and removed the roots, spent 2.5 hours at my home and ultimately said the work was "complimentary, no charge" based on prior project. The short version: horrible service. "Estimate" visit which lasted literally 20 seconds. Didn't ask questions, made no effort to understand our situation, just took one step into our 2300+ sq ft house and said "No, we aren't doing this job." Details below. The longer version: Had two leaks in copper piping in the ceiling of the kitchen and family room of our 30yo townhouse. This caused a bunch of damage and forced us to relocate much of our stuff to our living room and dining room due to demolition and remediation while the rooms were sealed off with plastic sheeting and ServePro's blowers and dehumidifiers did their work. Both plumber who repaired the leak and ServePro recommended we look into repiping whole house since leaks happened in rapid succession. Since so much of the ceiling was demolished, you can literally see where the pipes are running instead of trying to guess. ServePro guy suggested we also contact ePipe and get an estimate since he'd heard good things. Called and made an appointment. Two days later, Tommy arrived on time. He literally took one step in our house, and I said, " Sorry for the mess," referring to the clutter from the contents removed from kitchen and family room adding to office setup in dining room (work at home setup since COVID pandemic started). He took one look around whike standing on our doormat and said, "No, we aren't doing this job. We have to trace the pipes and there's too much stuff in the way." He didn't bother to ask if we'd be willing to move the stuff. He didn't hear the 5 industrial air movers blowing air in the family room and kitchen. If he bothered to take five more steps into the house, he would've seen the plastic sheeting ServsPro out up where the demolition from the water damage had occured, and maybe would've thought differently. But he didn't. He just said "No" within the first 7 seconds. I was shocked. I was about to explain why the stuff was there and that if it was a concern, we could move stuff eventually. (Note that we already had one plumber give an estimate for a copper or PEX recipe, and we knew that they'd need even more access than ePipe would, and that plumber didn't express any concerns). But I decided that if he was too clueless to express interest in the job and be as terse and rude as he was, I wasn't going to try to talk him into giving me an estimate, let alone actually trusting this company with a major repair on my house likely to cost $15k-$30k. So I politely said, "Oh, okay. Thank you," let him turn around and walk out, and closed the door behind him. My first experience with ePipe lasted 20 seconds.from start to finish. It will be my last. You blew it, Tommy. Maybe you have so much work coming your way that you just DGAF. Maybe you were just having a bad day. Maybe the extra five minute delay before I could let you in the house put you in a bad mood. Maybe this is how you treat everyone. I have no idea. read more

For the past two months, our Moen Flo leak detector had been constantly reminding us about a micro leak in our house's water system that had developed in our water line under the slab in our master bath area, where re-piping would have required tearing up the walls and have taken weeks to do and been very expensive, and would only have fixed one leaking area instead of the whole house. After our plumber recommended them, we had a great consultation and sales visit by Thomas and Carrie from ePipe, with a quote at an extremely attractive and reasonable price, so we decided to go ahead with e-piping our home. Then on the service day, Antonio, Juan and Tyler from ePipe showed up right on time and did a fantastic job of epoxy coating our home's water pipes. When they were all done, we were thrilled to find that the Moen sensor reported no more leaking! At the outset, their guys tested the lines and confirmed that leak location, and they gave that section of our home's water piping special attention. They initially laid down protective floor coverings throughout the house to keep our floors clean and hooked up their gear to all of our cold water fixtures, then they drained and dried our pipes, then pressurized air/sand blasted them to get rid of any corrosion in the pipes, cleared the pipes with pressurized air, and finally epoxied the pipes one section at a time. Then they ran hot pressurized air to dry the pipes and then pressure tested the lines to hold 100 psi for a while with no pressure drop, then flushed out the system and only then refilled our house pipes with regular, drinkable water. It was great to have it working again with the leak test cleared and no more worries about another leak springing up somewhere else in the house. It was also great that they put new valves and hose bibs everywhere in the house. They explained things to us througout the day, answering all of our questions, and stayed into the early evening to completely finish and clean up. They were meticulous with their attention to detail and were very responsive to us. We were lucky to land them for this project and will recommend them to our neighbors and friends. read more

After a series of pin hole leaks, we had our home epiped 4 years ago. Since that time, we have rust and sediment in our hot water. OUr pipes are copper. We flush our water heater yearly, and our home is not old or poorly maintained, yet they refuse to come out and assess the continuing situation. We've replaced the hot water heater, replaced the connections to our hot water heater, yet the problem continues. Each time we call, they say, "Well, not sure what's going on. It's on your end." This is incredibly poor customer service not to mention not standing behind their product. We would prefer not to get our attorney involved, but this is really unacceptable. read more

Worked with Tommy to obtain an estimate for epoxy service through ePIPE and he was great to work with - super professional, all questions answered, and he was up front and clear about pricing and terms and conditions. Be aware that the length of time the job takes is contingent on how many water sources you have (total number of sinks, hose bibs, toilets, washer, ice maker to fridge, etc). If it is within a certain range they can finish the job in one day. The real benefit to me was how rapidly the job could be done and the fact that they made NO holes in the walls (on my particular job anyway). The team of Antonio, Ralphie, and Lucio did a great job keeping the workspace clean. They put ample floor coverings down and cleaned up all debris at the close of the job. The guys were very personable, presented with nice clean uniforms and professional work truck, and Antonio kept me up to speed on their progress throughout the day. Unfortunately we did encounter a problem at the end of the day which required a second coat of epoxy to be put through one line. They were able to return a few days later and finish the job. Not what I had hoped for, but Antonio was honest about what was happening and able to describe in detail what steps that had taken and would take. Just had my entire house done (both cold, and hot water lines), and I was very happy with the entire process. We live in a post and beam midcentury home and the plumbing is all in the slab foundation. We had been having pinhole leaks more frequently over the past year, and rather than jackhammering up our floors, our only other alternative was to have copper piping run across our roof, which was not a great option for aesthetic reasons, as well as how expensive it would be. After doing a lot of research and speaking with some people who had hired epipe for their own places, I decided epiping was definitely the better option. Tommy came by a few weeks ago to give me an estimate and provide details of the epipe process and answer any questions I had. I was lucky enough to get scheduled in so quickly (last minute opening) as they're booked out pretty far in advance right now. The day of the epipe restoration the crew showed up on time, were very professional, efficient, and clean. They managed to have our water back on the same day.
