Wow, amazing service. He provided a firm and very reasonable estimate by phone, unlike many others who said they would have to come over to decide how much to charge. We called at 8:00 am and by 8:20 the locksmith was here. He was able to open the pushlock bathroom door within a minute or two and explained that the release mechanism on the lock was broken. Spoke with Eric on the phone about my key suddenly not working in a old door lock and asked if he could re-key it. After asking me some questions about my particular situation he advised me to go to a closer shop to get it done and even provided me with multiple locations that he knows can do this service around me.
