Eric is an amazing locksmith! We had accidentally locked a set of keys in a classroom with a complicated locking system - glass French doors with a push bar on the inside - and one locksmith had already come and gone, unable to unlock the door after over an hour of trying. Enter Eric, who shows up within an hour of us calling him, and proceeds to pick the lock and unlock the door within 2 minutes! In addition to that, he takes credit card (square), didn't charge us an arm and a leg, and was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. We recently moved into a condo with an old deadbolt and a dummy handleset and called Eric to replace them. I was worried about the process at first but Eric was fantastic! He came by on a Sunday morning when my wife and I were able to be home from work and very efficiently got the job done. He replaced the deadbolt no problem, but when it came to the replacement handleset, there was a manufacturer issue that arose. Late on a Saturday afternoon the front door lock was broken and trying to fix it myself it made it much worse. It was a real mess and there was no way to secure our front door. I called Eric.
