Eric is the nicest man! Super competent with his work, very knowledgeable, very professional, and extremely friendly. I needed my old door locks replaced. I called yesterday and he could've come right away but I wasn't ready so he's here today! I knew that due to the age of my building, a new lock wouldn't be perfect (without replacing my door completely, which was not an option) but Eric made it look way better than what I expected. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and took his time to do it right. The door has always had a little give to it so I had to pull it tight to lock it - not anymore! He fixed that easily. I ended up having him install a second deadbolt and an August system and he made sure it worked perfectly before he would leave. The deadbolts move so smoothly that a baby could operate them now - and he told me that if that ever changes, to give him a call. He made all the copies of the keys, gave me recommendations, and even put a closet door handle on that I've been too lazy to do myself (it took him 1 minute). I'll for sure be using him anytime I need something done, especially considering the reasonable price for the extra deadbolt, all the keys, and how long he was at my place to make sure it went perfect. We had accidentally locked a set of keys in a classroom with a complicated locking system - glass French doors with a push bar on the inside - and one locksmith had already come and gone, unable to unlock the door after over an hour of trying. Enter Eric, who shows up within an hour of us calling him, and proceeds to pick the lock and unlock the door within 2 minutes! We recently moved into a condo with an old deadbolt and a dummy handleset and called Eric to replace them. I was worried about the process at first but Eric was fantastic!
