I was driving by on a Saturday around lunch time, and it looked good from the outside. When I went in, two guys were smoking cigarettes inside at a table, and only 2 people on the staff were wearing masks and gloves. The women at the counter were nice, and the one taking the order had a mask and gloves on. I ordered the Chicken Piccata Sub to go, which turns out is new on the menu. I thought it would be pretty quick. I think I waited 10 minutes inside with a mask on. But then another woman walked in without a mask, and she and the 2nd woman at the counter, who wasn't wearing a mask, had a long conversation about how the Omicron numbers are so high, and the restaurant had to close every week for infection. So that made me want to run away - and why not wear a mask in that case? Then finally I got the sandwich and ran to my car. It was good, and something different. It was fresh and hot. Stopped in and ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich and two slices of pizza. Ordered a margarita pizza and pepperoni pizza a couple days later as I enjoyed the pizza. The margarita pizza is very good. Both pizzas were excellent in fact. The ladies working there are very nice and super sweet. What I didn't care for were the two younger girls who got dropped off to work. They came in seemingly to have been running late and when the older lady said something the young girl (curly dark hair) rudely snapped back at her, basically saying you need us more than we need you. I felt so bad for the older woman who seemed more in charge. Some younger employees just feel they can say whatever they want and act entitled without feeling they need to be held accountable. I was thrilled with trying a new place and as I mentioned actually ordered there again. Those young girls need reminding that they work in customer service and actually do answer to a manager and should not be so disrespectful. Pizza and food is worth going back for. Because they slices were smaller, every bite was packed with a huge chunk of quality chicken. *WHITE* Good ratio of the different cheeses, not dripping with fat as some can tend to be *PLAIN* Marinara-y and not overwhelming with cheese Overall, the different pies were above average, but the smaller slices combined with the thick crust (+1 in.) for some of them did bring it down a notch. Total bill was $37.14 outrageous for the quality of food received dont get me wrong place is very nice and clean by the eye look ....but for takeout does nothing for you. All I can say is get your subs at subway down the street because paying $18 for sub that was less then average. Pizza is typical jersey pie nothing to brag about or remember wanting to eat again. This place can be good but it's so hit or miss I can't recommend it, at least for delivery. Half the time their pizza is completely undercooked and I ALWAYS ask for well done pizza because so many pizzerias are terrible at this. When the crust in the middle of a pie is not firm it is NOT DONE. Got it? If there's water on top of the pie in the middle it's either not done or you messed up. Don't send that crap to me, make me wait an hour for it then have to cook my own pizza and finish it for you. Tired of this. On top of that, I paid $3 for extra cheese and didn't get any. This place can be a hit or miss, for instance they have two dishes with scallops, seafood salad and the Zuppa De Pesce and in two separate occasions I ordered these dishes and they came without the scallops. Since the price has been high for this product they don't include it. Tonight I ordered the Chicken Francese and the meal was light and tasty served with either pasta or side salad. What impressed me about the place was a 17 year old named Frankie that was running the place in the afternoon. Ordered delivery this past Monday at 6:25 and was told that a pizza oreganote, Caesar salad and order of shrimp parm would arrive in 30 minutes. At 7:15 I called to see where my order was and they said it was on the way. The order didn't arrive until 7:40. It was cold and since it was the third order on the delivery run, the pizza had steamed in the box and the shrimp parm dinner was mushy. Even if it was delivered warm, the pizza crust was too thick, the mozzarella was bad, the only redeeming quality was the basil that had a nice chiffonade cut. The shrimp smelled fishy and was too heavily breaded. Everything was thrown in the trash after a few bites; it was a waste of $47. When I called to speak to the owner the next day, a fake apology was offered, but nothing more was done to rectify the situation. I don't want a token for a free pizza, I just want value for my money and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I ordered their Penne Esposito and it was honestly just noodles in balsamic vinegar...I would've preferred some sort of saucy-garlic balsamic reduction (as the description suggests). Bought a Groupon, and decided to try Espositos for lunch. OMG. Although the place is light and clean, but it doesn't make up for the poor food. The calamari was unlike I've ever seen. It looked like it came from a machine.We were hungry, so we ate it. The salad was fresh and tasty. But the chicken marsala was absolutely terrible. It arrived at the table with a dark brown pudding like brown sauce. Completely tasteless. The chicken was not fresh chicken. I had the meal packed and threw it out when we got home. Last weekend we had to scramble to find a place to host our twin's first birthday party last minute since we were planning a bbq and there was rain in the forecast.
