I was contacted by a manager about a year ago and was gifted a gift card to come back. I had been holding on to that gift card for over a year and some months because I did not want to go back because of the service and the food. Well... I was around the area and decided to give them a chance. I thought maybe they got new staff and I'll probably enjoy my food this time. I was wrong! Food was horrible!!! Their cleanliness.. disgusting! Please take a look at the picture I uploaded of the water pitcher. Literally mold around the top. I do not recommend this location to anyone. There was a big party sitting not far from where I was and they left when their food arrived. Not sure what happen but that family took off. I'm assuming their food was cold. I don't blame them. This place has gone down hill and it sure is not like how it was 6 years ago when I first came in. I would recommend trying another location but this one isn't it. My favorite part of Eureka is the design of the restaurant, 1/3 of the place has an open air (covered patio) part and the rest is indoor. A casual spot with a direct menu that ensures everything is delicious and satisfactory! When you see their menu it's one page front and back, but you'll discover that everything serves its purpose and like I said will satisfy you. The burger is darn good, the wings are awesome, as with the tenders and riblets. The wild child drink is refreshing and I always order the house salad because the lemon vinaigrette is my fave. Happy hour also Monday-Friday 3-6 PM, with both drink and snack food specials. And heads up place gets full on game days. read more

It pains me to write this review, since Eureka is one of my favorite burger chains; this location is the fourth one that I've been to, and by far the worst service and I most likely will not be coming back. I visited this location about a week ago, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Upon walking into the restaurant, the hostess didn't greet us or make any verbal communication; instead of using words like "hi, how many in your party?", she gave us a non-verbal head nod to greet us. We told her our party size was 2, and she quietly grabbed the menu and started walking us to the table, without speaking a single word. Our server was no better. She came to greet us, but with an attitude as if she was over her job. We asked for our respective burgers (mine without pickles) along with an appetizer, and ordered one cocktail and one beer, and asked for a few glasses of water. She brought the cocktail and beer, but no water the entire dinner. The burgers came out at the same time as the appetizer (maybe to avoid having to clean additional plates?). My burger still had the pickles, but whatever, I could pick it off. Server asked us if we wanted any condiments, so we asked for ketchup, which never arrived. We scarfed down the food in a rush to get out of there, not wanting to continue dining in such an unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. Upon paying, the server brought the machine over so that we could pay with card. Upon completing the payment, I pressed on the button to print the receipt so we could upload on the Eureka app to get points (which she was aware that I had the app since the burger I ordered was a member exclusive, and she even asked if I was a member before letting me order it). She took the printed receipt, crumpled it up, and threw it out. So we had to wait a little longer to flag down a busser, to ask the waitress to reprint the receipt for us. This location is closest to my home, but will never have my patronage again. We did email the assistant store manager on the business card, and contacted corporate, but with no response after almost 2 weeks. read more

Reasonably priced drinks (there's an inflation-resistant $4 beer called: BreweryX), great atmosphere both outside with the fireplace and inside with the TVs and spacious seating. Incredibly friendly waiters in Greg & Rebecca (wonderful banter about the implications of A.I.) BUT the real reason you're coming here isn't any of that... It's the Bourbon Barrel Cake. If you never had a loving Mother that would cook you meals after school or let you buy your favorite overpriced cake mix at the grocery store - you'll still be okay, because of this cake. It's THAT good - it can and will replace that hole in your heart. Sure A.I. will render most of jobs useless, and UBI probably won't be a thing till it's too late, but who cares when this cake exists; and yes it's better than a pizookie across the street or any desert you've had. Memorial Day Lunch date with my husband's best friend and his fiancé. We sat out in the patio to accommodate their dog. Pet friendly restaurant, waitress even provided their dog some water. We ordered the Dorito-Crusted Shishito Pepper while waiting for the couple. The shishito pepper was pretty good breaded with Doritos which was a good crust and flavor texture to the peppers. When the couples arrived, the waitress said it was happy hour and we can order anything from happy hour menu. Wish we knew when we sat down. We ordered the Truffle Cheese Fries, Eureka Burger with fries, and Fried Pickles from the happy hour menu. I ordered the Eureka Salad, it was very fresh and refreshing. Good combination of the salad dressing. I really enjoyed this salad. Fried pickles were pretty good too, I wouldn't have thought it would turn out to taste that good. Truffle cheese was good as well a hint of truffle oil and dip in the cheese dips. I didn't take a picture of the Eureka Burger but it was on point for the burger. The ambiance in this location is kind of cool. You can choose to sit inside or out. Their outside looks really cool. Plants hanging and looked to be picnic tables. You can sit at the bar as well from the outside. We choose to sit inside. They have TV's at the bar and depending the day is the game they will have on. We got seated at a booth for two. Our server walked up to us and was very friendly. Greater us and asked what we wanted to drink. She gave her recommendations and when I had beer questions she offered me samples. Once we got our drink menu we looked over the food. We asked our server on her opinion on food and she gave it. Such big help when we were on the fence between two choices. We started with a couple drinks and starters. Alterfuge sour - Fruited, Unsung Brewing. Such a great, refreshing yet tart and fruity beer. Such a delight to drink. Cauliflower Bites - fried cauliflower drizzled with bonito flakes, and lemon zest on top of a garlic aioli. Cauliflower was cooked a little al dente. Cauliflower had some crunch to it and had good flavor. Wings - crispy wings tossed in your choice of up to two flavors. We picked orange chili glaze and Eureka! Bourbon smoked dry rub. They came with a side of Ranch and we asked for Blue Cheese. Fresno Fig - a burger with a fig marmalade spread, melted goat cheese, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, arugula and spicy porter mustard. This was a good burger. A little sweet and savory at each bite. The goat cheese is a love or hate and I never meet a cheese I didn't like. The only down fall was that the meat was a little over cooked. Can't forget about the side of truffle cheese fries. Cooked well with a little crunch and soft in the middle. Steak Salad - greens with blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, shoestring onions and topped off with a oregano mustard vinaigrette. Meat was cooked medium rare and flavorful. No other way to order steak. My second visit to a Eureka location and this one did not stand out. My husband ordered a margarita and then we had planned to order three of them with our dinner as a group and the person working sold us on a group cocktail to split instead. It arrived and looked like orange juice and just did not taste like a margarita. We inquired about it and she mentioned it is just on tap and if ordered again it would be the same drink. For the price point as that being the option, I would opt for beer next time since cocktails are 14+. Food was fine but did not stand out. Maybe just a miss today for us. read more

Ok I get it. It's friday night, buuut people looked like they were waiting for seats by the bar. I looked in further and there were tables empty (I counted 5 tables inside not occupied). My daughter kinda had her teenage attitude and was like "an hour? That's too long". So I'm like, "Ok thank you for your time." So my kids and I walked out. Keep in mind I have been here before and customer service was exceptional. But tonight, the young lady in front didn't have that. If she was having a bad day, that shouldnt reflect on her work ethics and needs to work on her customer service skills. My first time at Eureka was a good one ! The bison burger was absolutely delicious and I upgraded my fries to truffle fries which was a good call. I had my bison burger cooked at med rare which came out at my liking. The dim lighting sets the mood and in my opinion is a perfect night out with the family dinner or even a date. Eureka is right! First walked in and were greeted by a nice hostess and nice layout of the the bar. The hostess was awesome at sat us on this nice outdoor high top that was perfect. We the ordered some cauliflower with some buffalo hot sauce on the side, recommendations from the waiter. Then we saw that they had Jiant taco Tuesday hard kombucha in tap and we were shocked. Probably one of the best draft kombuchas we have had. Ordered the steak sandwich and the Napa chicken. Both were full of flavor and with that crispy soft bread. The portion sizes were great and the food was overall reasonably priced. Great ambience, great draft hard kombucha and great food. Loved it.
