I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jason for providing one of the most thoughtful and…read moreaccommodating dining experiences I've ever had. Living with multiple food allergies can make eating out stressful and, at times, discouraging. Many restaurants try their best, but it's rare to encounter someone who goes as far above and beyond as Jason did. From the very beginning, Jason took my allergies seriously. Rather than treating them as a simple modification request, he took the time to understand my specific concerns and personally communicated with the chef to ensure every precaution was taken. What impressed me most was that he didn't just ask once and move on--he followed up multiple times throughout the process, making sure every item I received was prepared as safely as possible. His level of attention and care gave me confidence that my health and safety truly mattered. Jason's kindness was evident in every interaction. He patiently answered questions, verified ingredients, and double-checked preparation methods. Instead of making me feel like my allergies were an inconvenience, he made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. That level of empathy means more than people without food allergies may realize. The extra precautions taken in the kitchen were remarkable. Jason coordinated with the chef to ensure separate cooking methods were used whenever necessary and that steps were taken to minimize any risk of cross-contact. My food was packaged separately and clearly distinguished from the rest of the order, which immediately showed me how much thought had gone into keeping my meal safe. Even more touching were the notes left on the packaging specifically for me. Those small details demonstrated a level of personal care that is incredibly rare in the restaurant industry. Because of my allergies, my meal options were understandably limited. I ordered a plain burger with sautéed green beans, while my friends enjoyed several different burgers from the menu. Although my meal was simple, it was prepared perfectly. The burger was cooked exactly as requested, allowing the quality of the meat to stand on its own, and the green beans were fresh, tender, and flavorful. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy a restaurant meal with confidence instead of anxiety. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their burgers as well, commenting on the flavor, quality, and preparation. It was wonderful that everyone at the table could have a great dining experience, despite having very different dietary needs. What touched me most from this visit isn't just the food--it's the care. Jason's willingness to communicate with the chef, verify ingredients, package items separately, use special preparation methods, and personally check in throughout the process transformed what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. For those of us with food allergies, being able to order food safely is something we never take for granted. Jason made that possible. Exceptional customer service is often defined as exceeding expectations, and Jason exceeded mine at every step. His professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and genuine concern for guest safety are truly commendable. I am incredibly grateful for the effort he put into accommodating my allergies and ensuring I could enjoy a meal without worry. Experiences like this create loyal customers, and Jason is a perfect example of how kindness and care can make a lasting impact.

Greeted immediately upon entering and the staff is great. Very clean restaurant especially the restrooms which I can appreciate. Nice little bar set up with several tvs which is great to watch a game or a ufc fight. My daughter ordered the onion stack with no bacon jam which she loved it. I think it was the stand dog which was really good and never can go wrong with their chili cheese fries.

It was a full house when we arrived around 1, but it definitely cleared out after we got our food. After ordering, we got 4 cups of water, 2 glass cups and 2 plastic cups with lids on them for our kids. We had to flag someone down for some straws. Not a big deal. We also weren't given any utensils for the kids so we asked for some. We were then given a knife and fork... for our toddlers. We kindly asked for some spoons. Whatever, fine. It's still not a big deal. Our food arrives and we ask for two extra plates for our kids. Takes the server a while, so we asked someone else to please get the extra plates. What was irksome was that our server never came to check up on us esp when it had slowed down. We had ordered orange juice but it never came. I just assumed they didn't put the order in, so fine we will just let it be esp since it takes so long to flag someone down. We ask for our bill and it shows that we were charged orange juice. By the time we were finished eating, there was barely anyone in the restaurant. It seemed like we were just neglected and not taken care of while all the employees were standing around just chatting with each other. Our server literally just came to take our order and give us our food while we had to flag down many people to get what we needed. Even though the food was delicious, it makes me think twice about coming back esp when there are many other brunch locations where we get treated like regular customers.

I love the Chef who is behind this restaurant and was excited to have watched her in 24 in 24 & Top Chef. I can see why she is a James Beard award winner! I came here recently with three girlfriends, and we shared a variety of dishes, all 5/5! * Avocado Dip + Plantain chips: great combo with plantain chips instead of usual tortilla chips * Wood-fired Eggplant + Carrot hummus, Tzatziki: adored the carrot hummus! * Shrimp Salad - absolutely delicious with crispy shrimp, avocado, quinoa, mandarins in a lime-herb vinaigrette. Outstanding. * Disco Fries: not your average French fries! Loved the pork sausage and pickled red onions, wonderfully tart savory flavor. *Sautéed green beans - next level green beans with a creamy vinaigrette and chopped cashews *Grilled Corn: spiced coconut, cotija and tajin. Delicious! *Red Pepper Bread: melts in your mouth I think we finished everything we couldn't help ourselves. It was so delicious! Really didn't have much room for dessert, but we had to splurge and check it out so we decided to share two plates: *Pandan Flan: I love flan, and this was phenomenal! The pandan caramel paired perfectly with the yogurt crème, and the coconut rice crunch and strawberries added texture. And, the plating was fabulous! *Mango Sticky Rice: the presentation alone was incredible. Best I've ever had. Next level! This is a must! To go along with the incredible food is a beautiful atmosphere that you just want to sit and save her. We had exceptional service as well. I honestly cannot wait to go back. Five stars Chef Stephanie!! I've heard so many good things about the sister restaurant in LA, Girl and the Goat. I will need to go there next time I'm in LA; now that I know what the fuss is all about!

Didn't need a reservation to sit, but I assume it's much more crowded on the weekends. Parking was fine. Ordered French toast, avocado toast with poached egg, carnitas Benedict, and Churro waffles. Honestly, everything was a bit average and lacking flavor. The churro waffles were by far the favorite and the best deal, price to taste-wise. Definitely get it if you're gonna try anything here. Otherwise, Bloom was slightly lackluster for me. Nothing terrible, but I prefer Sweet Maple as a brunch spot.

So many delicious menu options and I got their Blooms breakfast burrito which was absolutely loaded with marinated flank steak, scrambled eggs, grilled red onions, crispy potatoes, roasted chilies, fresh avocado and cheddar-jack cheese blend. The burrito was huge and the leftovers were almost enough for another meal. It was really good and hearty. All the ingredients tasted very fresh, the steak was a bit chewy but other than that it was good. Service was also fast and the waitress checked up on us a lot. Highly recommend for your next brunch spot or outing with the family.
