I had a GREAT experience with Abe's Excel Auto. I'm now a proud owner of a Porsche Boxster (white w/blue leather and convertible top)! The price was recently reduced to a bit less than blue book, and condition was excellent :-). The simple interest financing he secured me was helpful enough for me to now establish even better credit. Abe took the time to devote to all my needs and questions. A truly positive experience. Thank you Abe!

Both of them are wonderful people. I just moved to States so I had no clue about buying a car. They helped me along every step.

Car industry as a whole has a bad stigma. I'm sure in the past few years, it has much improved but…read morethe general consensus from the consumer's POV is that there is a hint of "shadiness" if I'm being honest. BUT, since I was in the market to buy a used Porsche, I found one that was prominently displayed on the corner of the lot so I decided to stop by to purchase and conduct a trade in for my 2021 mid engine Corvette albeit with serious reservations. On the day of, I was greeted by Kevin who embodied patience, transparency and the right amount of attentiveness without the pressures that comes with being a sales associate. As for my trade in / outright sale of the C8, Kevin introduced me to Jason who exhibited the same characteristics of integrity and fairness. Unfortunately, the purchase didn't work out. Despite it not working out both Kevin and Jason remained equally attentive and hadn't changed "colors" because the sale didn't occur. Because of their graciousness, I sold my C8 to the dealership without looking elsewhere to determine whether I could have gotten more money because at the end of the day, I chose to believe in their honesty and fairness that precluded me from shopping it around for a few more dollars. Business is business and somethings in life is worth more than just a dollar or two. It is the confidence and peace one has about the dealings with another human being that is considered priceless and worth every penny. I don't recommend lightly but in this case, it warrants the highest accolades I can give. Alfa Romeo is fortunate to have team members like Kevin and Jason that represents them well in an industry that can be murky for your average consumer. If you are looking to purchase a used car or sell your car, I would not hesitate to place Alfa Romeo of San Jose at the top of your list.

He was really easy going and helpful, while explaining how the Genesis, Ioniq, and Tesla features worked. There was also no pressure to buy either so it was overall just a nice experience. The negotiation was refreshingly quick and straightforward, and we came to a deal without the usual hours of back-and-forth. Shadi in finance was equally great. He made the paperwork easy, helped work through an issue with the sales tax rate for my registration address, and never made the finance process feel like a marathon. I was at the dealership for only about 2.5 hours total, including a 15-minute test drive, negotiation, financing and taking delivery. That's easily one of the quickest and least painful car-buying experiences I've had. I'd happily work with Refai and Shadi again.

No one seemed to know what was going on, and I was asked to buy a car 5 times in 20 minutes. Worse, a $1,000 "service fee" was embedded into my payoff amount without ever being disclosed. When I caught it and they alluded to "m "my numbers were wrong" and this was the correct payoff. Only problem, is that I had the correct payoff from my BMW app. I then politely asked to have it removed, I was refused. That's a devious, disgraceful way to do business. On top of that, this payoff had been discussed for weeks, and no one told me to bring a cashier's check, so I couldn't even complete it. I ended up buying the car on my own in order to not waste anymore of my time and not give them any business.

Excellent communication, service, and timely replies. I received a significant discount on the OTD price, even when including the BuySide Auto fee. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. I paid the BuySide Auto fee to reserve the car for purchase and when the car was available I opted to pickup at their office in SF. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! Both Kim and Chris were great to work with and I have no hesitation in working with them again for future car purchases.

I noticed the front windshield was cracked and they set up a time to get it fixed. Everything about the transaction and sale was quick and easy. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to keep enterprise car sales in mind. Also loved the cute ribbon detail when I went to pick up my car as well.

First, I would like to state that enterprise has created an environment that is congenial and…read morefacilitates a pleasant car buying experience. Obviously the sales staff are paid by commission, which can create a rather cutthroat environment. However, at enterprise the staff work as a team. So the team that does the work for you split the commission. And it shows in the way the staff members supported each other. I also found out that Enterprise cares about its staff and has internal procedures to promote their careers Enterprise also has a no haggle policy, the price is the price and that's it. This made the car buying process so much simpler. It's one less factor to juggle around. All of the prices are below the bluebook value. Furthermore, enterprise does not sell cars that are more than four years old. Obviously the used cars that are available are from their rental fleet. I doubt they keep cars that are more than five years old. You can sift through the cars by here by make, model, year, and mileage. They automatically give you the Carfax report. They have enough in inventory that you have some choice. Both Pat and Kate help me decide which make, model and helped me narrow down my choices. I told them my first priority was reliability. Pat proceeded to show me a Toyota, a Nissan and oddly a Mitsubishi. I was not aware that Mitsubishi was in the most reliable car category. I was very interested in the Nissan Altima. It had a lot of bells and whistles, some neat safety features and was priced about $5000 less than the Toyota. After further research, it turns out Nissan has had a troubled history in the last decade and a half. Certainly cars from that era were less than reliable. However, seems like the company has turned itself around, and the cars are greatly improved. However, the turnaround has been recent enough that it's unclear if the new cars are reliable. they simply don't have the history to prove it. As for Mitsubishi... Before enterprise allows a car into the used car pool, it must pass inspection by their mechanics. You must obviously bring the car for an independent assessment from your trusted mechanics. My mechanics told me two of the tires needed to be replaced. I was rather angry because I had already paid for the car. Now the manager ( whose name has escaped me) send me to Pep Boys and promised enterprise would pay for the replacement tires. It was at Pep Boys that we discovered the tires were perfectly fine. I was totally confused. So I decided to buy a tire tread gauge. I measured the tire treads myself and the numbers agreed with the numbers from Pep Boys. I reread the report from the inspection by my mechanics. There was no indication that the tire treads were worn. This reinforced my belief that it was just a verbal mistake. There is nothing like having two silver Toyota Corolla's in the garage at the same time. Well, those enterprise mechanics won this round. Overall, enterprise runs a clean ship. The used cars all have a complete and documented history of maintenance. They don't sell used cars that have been in accidents. Overall, the experience at Enterprise was superb. Both Pat and Kate understood that I was still in the middle of trying to figure out the make the model and the age of the car which fit my budget. They carefully selected judicious choices for me to test drive. All in all I think I spent about 6 to 7 hours total reviewing their inventory and making my pick. Although I spent much longer than that doing extracurricular research. Compared to other used car dealers, the Enterprise buying experience blew them away. Pat and Kate listened carefully to what I wanted and brought forth the best fit . Another dealer were excellent, but they had small inventories. One dealership just seemed phenomenally rude. A third dealership seemed hell bent on selling me an SUV which was way more car than I needed. When I asked to see a four door sedan, they turned away and started to show me a Subaru Forrester. Finally, Enterprise completes all the paperwork for the DMV. The title, new plates, car registration will arrive in the mail. It can take 2 months or thereabouts but your temporaries are good for 3 months. Since I donated my car only thing I had to do was transfer the title for my old car. After all this, the tire pressure warning went off after driving 100 miles. all four tires were about 13 pounds below the recommended pressure. Now, if you under inflate a tire it gives a smoother ride. And if you choose to over inflate your tire the ride will be much rougher. So this is a dirty trick, played by the Enterprise mechanics to smooth out the ride . Enterprise mechanics, you have been caught red-handed. You lose this round.
