Given the rush job. Even had to tell him to cut my toenails during my pedicure. Customers were getting a pedicure before I got in the chair yet he finished with me first. During the manicure he soaked only one hand. And I asked for clear polish on my hands. Then wanted to charge $80 dollars. I think not. My experience with the two men. In the area for the weekend. They got us (3 people) in right away on a Friday afternoon.

First, I was ask to wait an hour and it turnt out to be a 2 hour wait (my cousin was with me: the only reason I stayed). Next, they offered me a $5 discount only it I jeopardize my integrity but automatically giving them a five star rating here. Nevertheless, I declined! The prices are outrageous and they spike in their native language back and forward while starting and smiling at both myself and my cousin. Very rude and unprofessional. read more

100% Not worth it. Not only did it take her and hour and a half for a manicure but it's was a mess. Even when I pointed out that the color looked nothing like I picked She just said "I don't know" when did nothing. I pointed out how she had painted over my cuticles and fingers and she tried to fix it but it wasn't much better. read more

This place was comparable in price to other nail salons but it was not clean and was understaffed. My husband and I were looking for a place to both get pedicures while on vacation and my need for a pedicure was 4 months overdue, but I would rather wait til I get home instead of getting my nails done here. The selection of polish was not impressive, many old-looking bottles and drugstore choices. Not only did we have to wait a while due to there being only 1 technician, but when she finally got our station ready and filled the spa tub, the water had a "sheen" to it and I could see oil and particles floating around. They did not use spa liners, which made me change my mind about getting a pedicure. My husband was happy with his pedicure, though, especially since she scrubbed his callouses away. The nail technician was nice and called in an extra person to help when she could tell we were getting impatient about the wait. I used the bathroom and the sink did not work so I couldn't wash my hands afterwards. Gross. Had to use hand-sanitizer. While the price was what she quoted us on the phone, it was a surprise to hear we were going to get charged an extra $1.00 to use our credit card. Will not be back. read more

Not coming back, they don't give the extras priced upfront. The nail tech says "cut Your cuticle? Yes? ". Sure why not your already doing It But doesn't tell you it's 5$ extra, the sign outside said 20$ for full set, walked out paying 40, not even a long set. Short as hell square one color. No design. For 40$ I can get top notch nails with a shape. Don't believe the sign outside, its a scam. If I could give zero stars I would. Tried this place for the. Convenience of the location. It's right by house but never again. I'll drive the extra miles for better service. read more

They will refuse service if they don't feel like working that day. I'm many occasions they have refused to do my eyebrows, stating that the girl who does them is not available. They're super rude and have no costumer service skills at all. They do not care plain and simple. If you don't believe me try them. They hardly say hello or make you feel welcome. read more

I have to agree with comment below ... I LOVE THIS PLACE nice good nails and last a while. I have been coming here for over 15 years and even thou I live so far I still come here. They do the nails by taking there time I seriously can go a month and half with a full set. It's good quality and they do a great job plus they love kids and do my daughters names too. no wait time, love it! clean & amazing service! attention to detail, only 2 workers a full house great customer service. i wrote this review because it says if you give them a good review on yelp they will take $5 off your bill... lies!!! they did a horrible fucking job! everytime i showed him a simple design i wanted he would tell me no! i didn't want nothing crazy just different colors, i asked for coffin shape i got nowhere near coffin. he used a dip that was horribley done! my nails are fucking ugly! bumpy and uneven! i am unsatisfied, do not waste your time or money!!! oh and i wanted my toes painted as well they guy told me to come back tomorrow because they where getting busy. wtf!!!!! you guys suck! the guy didn't even clean or oil my cuticles. i can go on and on but just take my word they ate horrible! read more

I couldn't wait to get out of there!!! I read some of the previous reviews and had to double check that they were referring to the SAME LOCATION!!! WOW!!! I felt like I was imposing on the operators when I walked in!!! The man at the front counter was abrupt and rather abrasive with his "greeting" from the start!!! I wanted to start a little banter when asking initial questions but he just instructed me to sit in the chair. The woman who did my nails was frosty to say the least!!! I'm a novice at this nail thing so I decided on a clear finish. My favorite part was after the polish was applied, she got up from her chair, no speaking to me, and left me sitting there!!! WTF?!? I watched some television for about 20 minutes and FINALLY asked if I was done!!! Again, no one was talking to me!!! I did a slight side glance and witnessed my "technician" admiring herself in one of the large mirrors!!! There are WAY TOO MANY other salons in Las Vegas for me to EVER waste my time or money in a place like that EVER AGAIN!!! Total JOKE of a business!!! Learning some basic customer service skills would go a LONG WAY for this establishment!!! Less than one star rating from me!!! read more

I don't know where to begin with this place. I decided to get my mani and pedi done with two of my co-workers. One of my co-worker recommended this place. She had her mani & pedi done for $55 (gel). So I decided to give it a try. I came in at 5pm and waited 30 minutes. I knew they closed at 7. Kim did my nails and I was so disappointed. I got the mani and pedi (gel) and it was a sloppy job. My nails were cracked, the white tip were chipped off, nails weren't painted evenly, and she rushed way too fast to get it done. I told her to fix it and it was not fixed. It was not worth the $70. I'm not the kind of customer to complain but if it's $70 it better be a good job. Oh and to mention as well, my co-workers nails didn't turn out nice. We wasted our time and money coming here. I used to have a group of ladies that all went to have her and her husband work on our nails. Then over time they moved and I haven't had as beautiful work since.
