So I have went to so many nail salons to get pedicures and they always rush but I came here tonight after they were almost closing and this lady helped me out she was so nice she really took her time making sure my pedicure was good and I was satisfied. She took her time doing my feet and even though I messed up my nail and didn't care for her to fix it she still did and was very sweet. As a pregnant girl who wants to just lay back and have a good pedicure she was my lady!! I will definitely come back soon thank you guys read more

So i come here to get my nails done. Walk in there is a chil just sitting there, he doesnt say hi. Hold up let me get my parents no nothing, so i pick out my color stand there for about 3-5min someone else walks out, i say hi.. he says hi back but doesnt say anything else.. umm okay no worries, so i wait another 5 minutes.... still no nail tech, no hold on someone will be with u in a few, no nothing. This place is disgusting, broken down and the new manager is a liar. There are only 2 people who work here. I called and reserved an appointment for my brothers fiancé, my mom, and me the weekend of my brothers wedding and their was only 2 people to do our nails when we arrived. He told us the 3rd technician was running 15 minutes late and continued to tell us the same thing, after 45 minutes later. I finally left my mom and soon to be sister-in-law there to finish getting their nails done. He completely wasted our day, because now we have to find another nail shop fast before my brothers wedding, no way would I pay this shop any thing. Their nails weren't even and looked like crap, and cost $150... He did a terrible job. read more

This place was horrible. All i asked was to take my acylics off and put jell but they apparenlty did not know how to take acrylics off and made my thumb nail bleed badly. I left asap... did not even finish. Also.. they used tools on my bleeding fingers .. hopefully they sanitize! NEVER would go back or recommend to anyone! read more

Worst service I've ever had. I've had my nails on for 9 years now and never had a problem. Came on vacation last min and needed a fill so i go to expo nails. After my 45 min wait and 2 days later I have 4 broken nails, Call and told them my issue with there service and they told me to come in and they will fix them. Another 30 45 min wait and my nails not even fixed correctly I get charged 30$ read more

Terrible manner. I walked in, desperate as my friend was getting married in a few hours, just for a mani pedi, or I would've even settled for just a mani. Times have been hectic, or I would have done it days ago. But they didn't even so much as give me a hello. She just looked me up and down and said " we don't have time for you." There was only one other customer in the shop. I was willing to wait but she was insistent. "No. We don't have time for you." Needless to say, they are not friendly to walk ins or desperate people. The absolute worst nail experience I have ever had !!! I went for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Mimi was not pleasant nor friendly, never smiled, no personality. Then the tools were not sterilized ! And there was no cleaning of my feet with any nice abrasive scrub. I actually have to go home and work on my feet with my own products and tools. She finished with a very quick polish and then started my manicure . I noticed there was polish all around the skin of my toes . Very sloppy ! Of course I asked her to clean it up which she did . Then the manicure . I had a tear in my nail . Usually don't they just repair it . Not Mimi . She was ready to polish right over it . So I asked before she polishes if she would repair the nail . She said if you want perfect nails get acrylics ! Miss personality ! I picked a color based on their selections . Well another horrible experience ! The color looks nothing like the chart she shows you ! My nails are almost black. She said the sample was only one coat ! Ha ! Even with one coat it was nothing like the color on my nails. Then she asked if I wanted to start over with a new color . By this time all I wanted was this experience to be over . Now I have almost black nails with bubbles . She didn't even use any moisturizer on my hands when she finished the manicure . The salon and Mimi are a mess. I can't imagine why anyone would ever be a return customer . The salon wasn't busy either . Lesson learned . I'll never return and you shouldn't waste your time or money going there either ! read more

if i could i would put 0 stars ive actually been going to this nail place for 12 years before the two only girls that are there now which sucks because i loved that place loved the prices as well but i perfer to pay more now to get good work done i started going there when the owners husband and wife were still there looking over the place now its so bad i kept going even if the lady would sometimes mess up shape of a nail or two but last time i went was horrible experience the lady doing my full set looked like she hated her job she rushed it cut me horrible shape its like she didnt care what so ever then i got a pedicure worst decision ever DO NOT GET PEDICURES THERE the skinny short older lady messed up my feet cut me and i am realizing my feet are way more dry im afraid i catch FEETFUNGUS!!! im so upset they don't clean their pedicures stands correctly and reuse stuff without sterilization i realized after she was done with my feet as i sitted in the drying area and saw how she cleaned it its when i realized ive mad a mistake AND btw no lie a lady as i was coming in was upset she was latina and i couldn't understand her but she was mad in spanish she was complaining and a lady was trying to translate saying something of her upset cuz of foot fungus i should of seen then it was too late this place was once a decent place it hurts to see my childhood place go down to this sadly worst service ever makes me very sad and angry i paid 80$ for fullset to look like crap and feet fungus now i gotta waste on treatments im embarrassed to even wear sandals right now so upsetting sadly i had a open small wound i though i had gotten bit by a spider because it did not go away it was growing and growing i ended up at doctor told me it was freaken fungus never ever ever going back to that place again im so pist this place needs to either be retrained and inspected or shut down ASAP please believe me i csn even send anyone pictures very upset !!!!! read more
