There are 20 minute parking spots across from brow and beauty threading, just enough time for a walk-in appointment today. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result. Whenever they grow out and something starts bugging me, she takes the time to understand exactly what I'm seeing and what I want adjusted. I also love that she's honest. She'll tell me when I'm being unrealistic and explain why, like "one of your brows naturally does this" or "this side grows differently," instead of just agreeing to anything. That's how I know she really cares about the end result and the health of my brows. Before seeing her, I stopped doing my brows because of some bad experiences and didn't trust anyone with them anymore. I naturally have more pointed corners and she reshaped them to be rounder in a way that actually compliments my face. Casey had a nice long talk with you, then she sketches on your eyebrows and eyelids of what she thinks looks good from your input. The nano micro blading and shading wasn't torture! Carrie does such an amazing job every time. She's fast, professional, and somehow still pays attention to every little detail.
