Gyro pita with baklava and lemon Turkish delight for dessert. Gyro Wrap Turkish Delights Baklava Baklava
    Frances M.

OMG this is the most flavorfully delicious gyro wrap I've ever tasted! The meat is moist and warm and their entire wrap is neatly served in a warm pita. And there's plenty of it, too. Worth every penny. A display case contains various Turkish delights and baklavas. I loved the lemon flavor along with the traditional baklava. Less than $2!! Definitely returning for more of their incredible food.

Hamburger is delicious. The hamburger is served with mayonnaise and thousand island dressing sauce, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes.

Wanted a unique local place to grab a late lunch. Meters across the street were readily available on this Friday mid-afternoon. Two small groups ahead of us meant we waited about 15 min before ordering. Food took another 20+ minutes to arrive but it was excellent! (luckily I put an hour on the meter) Falafels were crispy and tender. Gyros were lean and delicious. Tzatziki sauce was good. All in all, we would eagerly return. Water is self-serve at the very back of the restaurant. And narrow stairs lead to the lone, small bathroom that is "for patrons only."

We were in the downtown area and after the reviews we decided to give a try. The restaurant seemed outdated and a little dirty. The food was flavorful and plenty. I did noticed that their falafels were frozen so I'm not sure if they buy them in bulk or if they actually made them themselves. The service was a little slow but it was lunch hour and all tables were taken. I did got a little sick from my falafel plate so be aware if you have a sensitive gut like me, this might not be the place for you.

I came here for lunch and all I can say is I scarfed down this meal. Hot. Fresh. Quick service. Only weird thing is that I wouldn't come unless I worked nearby because parking isn't the business. Def a good lunch spot .

Very tasty combo platter. It had chicken and gyro meat. This spot was given to me as a recommendation from HI Sacramento hostel. It did not disappoint.

The customer service is trash. No respect, no eye contact all they care about is the money which makes sense because you need to function as a business but you can at least have some hospitality. They sit down, not even ready to take your order. They didn't go behind the counter to take my order. They put it into the computer from where I was standing at. I wouldn't consider going here if you do care for custome service (it is your hard earned money so you do have the right to feel good spending it)

The food is amazing, great taste and friendly staff. This was my second time here and both times the hummus was made fresh within minutes, so delicious!

Very nice staff - they really need the business so if you can come here. It's warm and the people so sweet.

We came here after a concert and thank goodness they were open late cause we were hungry. Their bacon cheddar burger is a dang good flat top burger like, on par with our favorite burger spot in SF. Their wings are nicely friend and super moist inside.

I was also able to grab some ketchup to enjoy those fries. My burger and fries was delivered and there were more fries than expected. I focused on those first because who like cold fries, right??? The fries were actually pretty good, an above average standard French fry with salt. The burger however was phenomenal. There was an amazing crust on the outside reminiscent of a backyard bbq. There was ample bacon, lettuce, cheese and sauce to make it a balanced bite. The bun was high end brioche style, they really went all out on quality of ingredients. A standard burger build but done perfectly! Beer was cold, food was great and the ambiance is a perfect local bar. Great spot to go if you don't mind hunting for a parking space.

There were couples playing pool and a group of people playing a gambling card game. Me and my husband both got their cheeseburger meal and his was a beer combo. The meal was really pricey and consisted of mostly fries and a mini burger. In order to get enough satisfaction I would need probably three of these burgers as they were the size of sliders. I would be better off going to McDonald's for the price. But if you like fries more than burgers then go for it . The fries were also really salty. Second if you have kids, then again, this is your place. I was there on a Saturday about 2 pm and there were multiple families and the kids seemed to really enjoy the vibe. As for the food and service. Service was great - people are friendly and attentive. I had the Bacon BBQ burger - good - not great, but worth the $15 or so. If i had one critique it would be that the sauce was too heavy and just detracted from the experience. As noted, the Burger had too much sauce which made the burger very messy. The burger leaked all over my hands and I used the two paper napkins in about 3 seconds flat. I went to the counter to get more napkins but there were no dispensers. So then i went to the restrooms to grab a paper towel but both restrooms were occupied. Then I pointed out to the staff that they should have napkin dispensers for their guests - the staff could see i was getting aggro so she offered the hand sink in the kitchen! Nice! Great service. A+ A few detractions - this is clearly a restaurant that leans on SYSCO - a major food purveyor for the restaurant industry. Many reviewers like the fries and shakes - I'm 90% sure these are frozen fries from SYSCO (you'll find the same fries all over the place), and the meat in the burger is probably sourced from SYSCO as well. Don't get me wrong, still tastes fine - just not distinctive. How do I know? A giant SYSCO truck was in the parking lot making their delivery when I was there. As for the atmosphere - it feels like a "Jonny Rockets" style retro burger joint but lacking the 50s style charm. It's white and red and very sterile feeling. It has some 50s decor but it's all pho/plastic and not authentic. It's not the type of place where you'd want to spend any time. It feels very well suited for a shopping mall where people can pop in, eat a solid burger and shake, then get out. The owners clearly spent a lot of time and money converting the space from the dive bar it was to what it is now, but I don't think it's a good use of the space. It's huge - it's got a large patio and tons of parking. It's the kind of place that should have been designed for guests hang out for an hour or two and spend some money, but instead they designed a small menu, counter service restaurant with a sterile atmosphere, the quick service trifecta. I hope they make it, but a space that large must have a pretty hefty rent. They'll need to fill some seats and get some wallet share to survive.
