I won't go back.unless I have to but I won't order a steak if I can't get it the way I want it. I think if you pride yourself in your steaks you would work with the customer to try to get it where they like it.

The tenders tasted best with ranch and the fries slayed with the southwest sauce. So delicious I'll be thinking about those tenders for a while. The space was small with only a few tables. However the food came out quickly so I could tell the turnover doesn't take long so wait times shouldn't be too affected. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my menu questions and even gave some great recommendations. Overall I really enjoyed my experience. Can't wait to come back and try other menu items!

Beware though, as the NA cocktails were still around $11, which I always find frustrating as they are basically flavored sugar water. We tried the blackhawk beef burger and koji-aged ribeye. The blackhawk burger was a smash burger (thin patties, melted cheese), that tasted delicious. The ribeye was just as expected and cooked as ordered. The star of each of the entrees, however, was the thin cut, crispy fries. Good thing the fries were delicious because the sauces that came with it were quite bland -- would've preferred ketchup. For dessert we tried the bay leaf cheesecake. It was alright, had a subtle smokey flavor that I think threw us off a bit (although that was obviously the point given the bay leaf). Our server Renee was friendly and everything was prompt. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and the food was pretty good. Although, given the limited number of options on the menu, you'll definitely want to look at it ahead of time to make sure there is something that suits your palate.
