Battery Service: Totally Satisfied AAA Customer I had battery service by Alex this morning and I'm totally satisfied. Alex arrived promptly and was courteous. He tested the the battery and determined a new one was required. Since the old battery was purchased from AAA, he determined the new battery would be covered by the warranty and also provided the remaining time period left on the warranty that would be carried to the new one. GREAT Service! I called Triple A this morning for a service call to have my battery replaced at my residence. After speaking with the AAA Auto Club a dispatcher called me from Falcon Towing Jerry. Jerry was so friendly and kindly listened to me try to explain what I needed, good customer service. When my service technician Sergio (22827) arrived at my residence I was blown away at how friendly, courteous and professional he was! He informed me of exactly what he was going to do and walked me through it step by step. He is VERY knowledgeable of his work. Sergio cleaned my cables and bracket around my old battery prior to replacing it and after he put the new one in he did the same! Sergio was so professional and efficient! There was something wrong with the battery and since I had just bought recently and I had the receipt I got a free replacement! Helped me in a bind! I was rushing as usual to get to a meeting and made the mistake of taking my son's car instead of mine. Lo and behold it stalled and would not start and I had little option but to call AAA who referred me to Falcon. I got on the phone and they initially said it would be 30-40 minutes, but I pleaded and got the owner on the phone. He actually picked me up in his car and took me to my meeting. Oh my goodness!!!! What an amazing experience. I called for a tow at around 445am. Less than 5 minutes after I got off the phone with AAA, this company had a dispatcher calling me to gather additional information and reassure me they would be coming immediately. In less than 30 minutes I had a AAA driver at my residence. The tow was tricky because the ball joint broke and the frame of the car was sitting on the tire. He did an excellent job getting my car out of the tight position it was in and onto his flatbed truck! He was sooooo courteous and professional. I've never been treated so well by ANY tow company. He was so efficient and I was in shock. read more

I was treated like I was at a high end car dealership at this repair shop. I took my new Infiniti QX60 for an oil change. They were extremely polite and respectful. Everyone working there was very happy to be working there. Their prices were better than the other place I got rates from and their service was very good. Their payment process was really good too, they have an ipad that you quickly swipe your card, sign on the screen and then either get a printed receipt or have it emailed to you. I have a 2015 Honda Civic. While out of town I guess my alarm went off and completely drained my battery that when I came home I could not even open the doors. I called AAA and they sent a tow truck when I asked for a battery specialist because I knew it must be the battery. He jumped started my car and told me leave in on for five mins and I did. The next morning it didn't turn on again. I called AAA and told them I needed someone professional to help me so they sent Falcon Towing. They called me before and after my service. Came right on time. Devin told me the correct information and gave me his card if I needed anything. My battery was too weak to get a diagnostic but he gave me detail information on my next step. My car was completely dead and of course, it was street sweeping day and I had waited until the last minute to move it. With my luck I was sure it wasn't just a dead battery, it had to be something more serious. I called AAA and they sent out a truck from Falcon towing, I only had a half hour until street sweeping and was getting nervous as I was sure I would get a ticket on top of paying for whatever was wrong with the car. Let me begin the call for service was a tow for a flat tire. Nick (technician) towed my vehicle and when the vehicle didn't start he tried to jump start the car. When he wasn't successful, he accessed a gear box (which we didn't know) was on the car. After Nick improperly jump started my car a blew a fuse. He left my daughter stranded in the street and told her to go her day. It took 3 additional service calls in order to get the vehicle towed back home. Now the gear shift doesn't work. They kept the car for two days saying they were running a diagnostic. When asked how long they would keep the car we were told they couldn't provide a definitive timeframe . At 5:27 pm- Jerry the General Mgr called and tried to bully and intimidate my daughter into saying someone else other than Nick had jump started my car. To show the poor professionalism, Jerry blatantly lied and solace's liability for my vehicle damage on another small business owner ( Falsehood#1). JERRY spoke to me with such disdain and abrasiveness. adamantly denying a claim which had never been filed(Falsehood #2). Demanding that at 5:27pm Now, I'm left without a vehicle to go to school and get to work. FALCON TOWING kept the car for two days saying they were running a diagnostic. Yet, no one has provided me with any information. IF YOU CALL AAA for towing service MAKE SURE to notify AAA customer that you do not want your call routed to FALCON Servicing. After going to church on Christmas morning. I'm in the parking lot and my car wouldn't start..Called AAA and technician came out to check out the problem. (That was AJ) He said it wasn't the battery but probably the starter...So helpful...since I left my cell phone home, was a nervous wreck..He suggested I have my car towed to FALCON TOWING so they would work on my car first thing the next day...He was right!! Rosanna was my UBER driver who also was great..My first experience with Uber as well as Falcon Towing...I would recommend them to anyone since they were all professional, courteous, helpful, etc....Thanks to all of you, even the secretary/cashier (Cynthia) !! These guys picked me up when my car broke down on the freeway. Thanks to AAA the tow was free. The guy who picked me up was really nice and said he'd take the car and leave it at their shop (this was near midnight, so the shop was closed) and they'll work on it in the morning. He even waved the fee to have them diagnose the issue. He seemed like a nice enough guy, and I didn't really know where else to go so I took him up on the offer. I spoke with one of their reps the next day and they were very forthcoming about anything that was wrong and there was no pressure to buy stuff. The price was not bad either. A year ago we had to have our alternator replaced from a different shop that apparently crapped out. Falcon replaced it with a new one for less than half the price AND gave us a free 1 year warranty on the piece. Overall, I was very satisfied. read more
