BBQ restaurant chain with large portions. My dad, sister, and I split an order of rib tips, the sampler, some broccoli, and an ice cream brownie, and walked away with a ton of leftovers. We waited about 20 minutes for a table on a Sunday evening around 7pm. Plenty of parking available. It's good for big groups and kids. Credit cards accepted. The BBQ meats were all either a bit dry, a tad too salty, or both. The corn on the cob was a bit mushy and the beans were overly sweet. Service was friendly but on the slow side. read more

I sat for 10 minutes looking at the order on the counter, wondering if it was ours...the order taker glanced at me sideways twice which made me go up to the counter and ask if that was our order, all the while waiting for chatty Cathy to STFU so I could ask, She was telling her about some date type encounter she'd had. I finally interrupted and asked if that was our order and was told yes. I stated our order had been sitting there for 10 minutes, why weren't we called sooner? Chatty Cathy said NO! It was just brought out! I said no, I was sitting, waiting and watching (and timing) she said it was just set on the counter. I said no it wasn't, I saw when it came out...another young lady who brought out the requested BBQ sauces averted her eyes and hung her head. Nice orange hair girl was friendly and apologetic, but did not disagree with Cathy. I kind of had the feeling that Cathy might have been some sort of supervisor and the other 2 girls were trying to stay neutral. Yes, I wish I would have asked for names and if this ever happens again I will, sometimes you just get so mad you stop thinking clearly. This place was really good. I ordered the two meat combo burnt and and the brisket and it was cooked in perfection. It was very soft and very flavorful and I got mac & cheese and coleslaw and I really like the coleslaw. The environment was very friendly and we had a great server! Hello. As I arrived to famous Dave's me and my lady were dying to eat some bbq. I waited the entire day just to make sure I would show up hungry. Let me tell you to start our amazing server MARIO I believe his name was greeted us asking if we needed beverages then kindly let us overlook the menu. After several moments overlooking the menu we then ordered a "Meal for 2" which came with 2 sides (one we swapped) and also 3 meats. (Southern style ribs,chicken, and pulled pork.) we also ordered a side of rib tips. The food was amazingly tender beans were nice added a bit of bacon/sausage from what I could tell. Rib tips and chicken were juicy,well seasoned and flavorful. The only thing I did not enjoy too much was corn in the Mac and cheese however that may be a personal preference but the Mac and cheese also did not taste homemade like other places I have received bbq from.
