A really dated old school diner that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The term "greasy spoon" describes this place perfectly. The prices are more than fair and the restaurant is family owned and operated. The restaurant seems small but there's family style tables in the back of the restaurant. The menu is huge, but the son lets us know that the breakfast and Chinese food is their specialties. I ordered the sweet and sour pork combination plate with chow mein and pork fried rice. My daughter had the ribeye steak, eggs, hash browns and toast. We also tried the deep fried zucchinis and egg rolls. The Chinese food was meh, very similar to Sherman's buffet. The steak was very thin, but cooked to medium rare as requested. The fried zucchinis were not frozen and deep fried in a tempura like batter. The egg rolls had a vegetable filling and were the frozen variety and not worth 8.00 for four egg rolls. The reason for me giving this place a 4 star rating is because the kids that ran the front end were nice and were helpful knowing it was our first time there. most plates were 11-12 dollars with the rib eye breakfast being at 16 dollars. I was in the neighborhood so why not stop at one of many hole in the wall restaurants that serve great food in this town. I had the curry chicken this time. The curry was very mild but but as you can see from the picture the dish had a lot of vegetables, that was a huge bonus since most restaurants would have went heavy on the chicken but this restaurant went heavy on the vegetables Give me more vegetables any day! This is a old fashion Chinese restaurant which greeted you with hot tea right away, the way it should be.. This was a most satisfying stop along the way. read more

First time here. Great family owned restaurant. Amazing food for the price. I judge a place by their Mongolian Beef.. and theres was definitely the top of the list. Service was great and attentive. The breakfast was great, and so was the chow mein. Usually when you order veggie chow mein you get 95% noodle and then some cabbage and a few carrots. This chow mein however was LOADED with veggies. It wasn't too busy inside and we picked out where we wanted to sit . As I was walking to my table, I saw a co-worker of mine. He recommended the Hunan chicken. I'll probably get that on my next visit. My daughter picked out a lunch combination. Almond chicken with rice and veggies. I picked out veggies with chicken and sweet and sour pork. Oh they both came with chow mein. I'm not the biggest fan of chow mein. But I really enjoyed it here. Just a note breakfast, lunch and dinner is served all day. The food was very tasty and delicious. The portions are pretty big and they don't skimp out here. The chicken is pretty bomb, I like that they are some strips and not diced up like little cubes. The service was pretty good and we had a great time here today. We'll be coming back pretty soon in the near future. Another visit. I was here with my mom and brother for brunch recently. I picked out the George Omelette with hash browns and Biscuits and gravy. My bro and mom both had the orange chicken with Chow Mein, with fried rice. I'm not the biggest spinach person, but this omelette was packed with spinach. It was really good. The hash browns were cooked food. The biscuits and gravy are probably my favorite. First of all for the price of $15 dollars that I paid for the dish, I only got 14 shrimps. Mind you these weren't even the jumbo sized shrimps, they were dinky looking shrimps. My significant other has been brought here 40+ years his grandparents took him and he took his kids and I will take mine as soon as it's ready to come out into this world . Me and my husband decided to try it 6 years back and been coming back ever since, we love the owners they always greet us and also make sure our kids are taken care of with kids plastic cups and all they always are interactive with us making us feel welcome and that makes us feel very comfortable eating there. Has always been a great place to have breakfast. A while ago I had breakfast and they gave plenty for the dollar. Now have tried the Chinese cuisine and are very pleased. Their portions are also geñ erous, and have lunch for next day. My favorite is sweet and sour chicken.The veggies are good for you and taste good for you too. Added mushrooms which is always good.
