This was my very first visit (8/19/19) to a farmer boys and I must say this would be my last. I decided to go through drive thru and seeing that I'm off beef I decided to inquire about turkey patties. The team member running the drive thru at that time wasn't too professional in my opinion. When I asked her about the turkey patties, her reply was "we don't do that". At that point I wanted to reverse out of drive thru but decided to order a small fries and (4 large) onion rings. The total came up to $7!!!! Their drive thru was horribly narrow. The way they painted it look as if all what was missing is the water, rocks and fish for a fish pond. This restaurant in my opinion is over rated. I would have felt better if they sold turkey patties with a combo and sold that for $7 dollars. Our service today was horrible. My dad was confused, and reasonably upset, that the drink machines weren't working. Trisha, one of the workers, went from 0 to 100 really quick yelling at my dad about the manager not ordering drinks and that we have to talk to him about any issues. Using all sorts of F-you, "f-you mad at me for," and saying that we should call the manager if we have an issue. My dad asked to cancel the orders since we just spent about $30 and wanted to go to a different location, but Trisha said that they can't put the money back on the card. So that turned into more of Trisha cursing at my dad and yelling at him. Naturally, he yelled back because he was being attacked. She even said "I'm on my break right now, so I don't even know why I'm wasting my time with you," went to sit down, and then as my dad was talking on the phone to my mom, she decided to insert herself into their conversation, yelling and cursing again. Unfortunately, they were no other customers in the store aside from my dad and I (and three other workers). Another black female worker who was preparing our food even co-signed Trish when she threatened to have her husband (who was allegedly down the street) come beat my dad's a**. I wasn't expecting the interaction to turn into what it turned into, so I didn't record, but I most definitely should have. I believe the location has cameras but I'm not sure if it records audio. I told my dad this argument was worth it, so we grabbed our items and left. There was so much said that I didn't even get on, and my dad was only responding to your workers behavior towards him. He even attempted an apology, but was basically met with hostility. This was my go-to Farmer Boys location and believed I was even building some relationships with the workers there. I no longer feel comfortable coming to this location, so I will not be spending my money here anymore. If that is how a worker responds to a customer about drink fountains not working and not even offering any real alternatives, I don't know what to say. read more

But during this COVID shutdown they only have there drive -thru open which sucks because they already take a long time through there drive thru now imagine everyone doing pick up order! Everyone has to wait in a super long line that's out the restaurant into actual traffic. I like Farmer Boys. This location isn't in the most ideal of sorts as it gets highly congested during morning and early evening rush hour traffic. And there are big semi trucks all over to boot. All of that aside, this Farmer Boys is relatively clean and the staff here are friendly. Your food is cooked to order and the food tastes great. I've recently "discovered" their natural Angus burger. It comes on a potato bun with a type of Thousand Island dressing, cheddar cheese, pickles, and a generous amount of slivered onions. I love slivered onions on burgers. The fact that they are not stingy with the slivered onions is a huge plus in my book. But don't go eating this before seeing your significant other. They couldn't possibly be pleased with the amount of onion breath one acquires after consuming such an onion lade, albeit delectably delicious, burger. read more

Excellent place to eat! I especially liked "The Farmer's Burger" and the Chili Cheese fries are pretty good as well. Parking is the only "iffy" part, simply because of the construction that's going on at Cherry Blvd. Not much room or space available to park, crowded at times; otherwise it is a good place to have breakfast, lunch, or even dinner.
