Everything came together inside a toasted bun, creating the perfect balance of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors. It's a simple burger, but the fresh ingredients and made-to-order preparation are what make it stand out. To round out the meal, I ordered a Neapolitan shake, which blends chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry into one thick, creamy drink. We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas!
