First, the service was great. The guys who work there are super nice! The sandwich (Doobie) was tasty, except it's super messy. Don't go here if you're dressed decent. We saw it on a Shark Tank episode, so we thought we'd give it a try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom needed attention. It was out of toilet seat covers. They had trash all over the bathroom floor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I watched 3 employees go in there. I went to see. No one picked it up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It looks like the toilet hasn't been cleaned in forever. Ew![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were nasty looking rags on the floor around this big industrial air conditioner. It was very unappetizing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then, why do we have junk chairs and basically garbage just stacked against the wall?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Who owns this place and why are we okay with that? [[HIGHLIGHT]]By the way, the wet floor around that is a hazard.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The kitchen aesthetically looked awful and amateur.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]In the main dining room there are boxes stacked that contain cooking oil.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd never bring anyone here if I had out of town guests. It's embarrassing. They were even out of lids for drinks. Who does the ordering? Is there even a manager? My kids have all worked fast food, and I'm glad they didn't get their training at a place like this. It has so much potential. Perhaps, all of this is why we only saw one other customer the whole time we were in there. Sad establishment. I'd only go back maybe because of the food and service. Do better!

Fat Shack was exactly what we needed on a Tuesday night. Their burgers are simple, classic, and grilled just right. We ordered the fries, onion rings, and jalapeño poppers, and every side was spot on. The real star of the meal, though, was the funnel cake bites. They were absolutely divine: warm, fluffy, and coated with just the right amount of sweetness. Paired with the chocolate sauce, they were the perfect way to end our meal. Manager Arman was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, and another team member was equally friendly and kind. Great food paired with excellent service made for a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Horrible. No meat. 48 minutes for a cheesesteak. No customer service. They need help. The two guys were struggling in the kitchen and foh and it shows.

The Burger was alright nothing crazy, was mostly unsatisfied with the wait time. Walked in few minutes after they opened nobody was there until a guy popped up and looked like someone pissed in his cereal. I wanted a milkshake but was told they can't make them right now.

You want a food coma...COME HERE! Husband got the fat shack sandwich and had nothing but positive things to say about it. I got the classic burger no tomato add bacon and onion and it was a perfect burger. We shared the deep fried Oreos and yeah...SOOO GOOD! Legit. I got on a wing kick. The price of everything is astronomical yet they manage 1/2 price wings Sundays! Hell yes. I did 20. Lemon pepper and buffalo. Solid place to start trying a new spot. There was some DoorDash coupon and I got 20 wings under $10!!! I'd been in the plaza but never to FS before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The sign was out but I managed. Their ranch is just ok. Luckily I had leftovers from the place I just reviewed and it paired nicely. The lemon peppers a rub but I liked it. Next day the buffalo quieted down and I enjoyed them. It's like 5 days later and I still have wings. Don't judge me. I'm doing lemon butter and fresh ground smoked pepper on the last of the LP wings after retoasting them. I'm definitely going to take advantage of the 1/2 off again before February. Maybe try some stoner noms for old times sake, who knows. Either way I'll be back!

First time here and I I really enjoyed this place. We were greeted right away with very friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was chill, casual and laid back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu seems big but it's kinda the same ingredients re used into different stuff. I ordered 6 lemon pepper wings , they were fresh crispy and tasty, would order again. We also got a single cheeseburger, it was good , nothing special but did the trick. We topped it off with some cheese fries , also good but I wish I would have maybe got some bacon on them. Everything we ate was good but the prices were a tad bit high and I guess that would be my only gripe. Other than that , I would definitely go back for some munchies.

Quintessential stoner food spot. It's not gourmet burgers or sides, but it absolutely slaps after a late concert and in general. My partner and I ate here because it was open late and the logo was cute. We had low expectations but the food is surprisingly not half bad at all. My partner liked her burger because it's a thin patty, smash burger style. She rated it 4/5. I also had some and liked it as well. The fries were solid, probably my favorite part. My Fat Doobie burrito was absolutely fire. It had every fried food I could think of in it and they somehow made it taste great. With a side of ranch, the textures and flavors go crazy. It didn't actually need extra sauce though since the honey mustard was great too. They also had no issue putting my mozzarella sticks on the side for me. The fried cheesecake was just okay. I'd go for the Oreos instead. The service was pretty good. The cashier was helpful with ordering and didn't seem miserable to be there. That's hard to find these days. The price wasn't steep either. I remember telling my partner we'd definitely be back sometime, but probably on a week we've been dieting.

Walked in, obviously looked like it was our first time eating here because Les walked us through all the goodies and menu options. Super nice guy btw! We settled on the mango habanero wings extra crispy and the flavor and heat was on point. Bbq wings very good as well. I feel like the owners of this franchise could be found smoking a doobie on the Guadalupe. Because this is the perfect place to fix your munchie craving oh yeah we also got the bacon cheese fries and they were it was a nacho cheese consistency in case you were wondering. All in all, good food, great service and friendly conversations with les made this visit to the Fat shack awesome. Sorry no pic of the wings we are those pretty quick. Sundays is the day to go for wing specials. That wraps up my review, remember to be kind and love one another! read more

Devo (?), the owner, is friendly . He took the time to explain their menu and how we can customize our sandwiches. My daughter and I shared the "Fat Chance", husband bought a large Chicken Jersey and son took their signature burger and fries. The sandwiches looks like a sub but with all the meat and sides put together. That's the first ! It is very good and surprisingly not salty to my taste. We also tried their funnel cake battered Oreo cookies(6)pieces. Yummy ! Thank you for the good experience. We'll come back when we visit Las Vegas again. The wait took 15 minutes because they prepare it fresh and served not piping hot. read more

I've been hesitant on visiting this place for about a year now. It was midnight on a Wednesday and I was craving a burger. Holy cow I had a double cheeseburger didn't have much expectations but it was super juicy the meat was cooked perfectly and I also got a bunch of the sides and fried Oreos. But the highlight of my experience was the burger for sure. read more

Well let's say it lives up to the name, there are plenty of carb heavy Items on the menu that are also super delicious and unfortunately not allowed on my carb limited diabetic diet. I can have their wonderfully delicious items. This place is a cut above mickey Ds or burger pit but is after all still fast food. This place is definitely worth stopping by for some quick satisfying grub. read more

Tried Fat Shack based on a recommendation from one of my bud tenders at the dispensary I go to regularly. Was not disappointed. This is total stoner food, perfect for the munchies. You've had all this food before, but never with all of these crazy combinations. I've had 2 sandwiches so far, the fat cow & the fat jersey, both gluttonously good. The manager was also super friendly. My first visit he brought me extra sauces to try. The jalapeño honey mustard was great. I don't usually like jalapeños, but this was a perfect blend. Also got some extra nacho cheese on my second visit. Was dunking my fat jersey in it because I love cheese. Also really like that they are open late. Next time I go if I have any room left I'm going to try the deep fried cheesecake for desert. read more

Tried Fat Shack for the first time and I may have found my new favorite restaurant on the south side of town. Food was super tasty, customer service was excellent, and restaurant was clean. Will be back to try more soon. read more

We ordered gordies, fat jersey and Mac n cheese bites. For a small combo they charged us 4.99 which is expensive. Your spending at least 15 per person and we ordered small sandwich and small drink. If we ordered the big one we would of spend more than $20 for one person. So for a family of 4 your spending almost $100 I can go to actual nice sit down restaurant to get better food and more food. The sandwich itself was not good at all, when we opened the wrap all the juice spilled everywhere. It was greasy!!!! We also waited for 25 mins just for those orders and no one is in the building. There's at least 4 employees but they're trying to close and clean instead making customers orders. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

eating this felt so bad and good at the same time but I didn't kind hahaha. -- Covid-19 review: masks were required in order to enter. Indoor seating was allowed. -- Arrival: upon arrival, the parking lot was packed. I saw people park on the side street just to walk in. -- Staff: it was pretty busy when I arrived; they were making everyone's orders but I didn't mind waiting. They apologized and took my order. It did take like 30+ minutes though due to the rush. -- Menu: it may feel overwhelming, but there's a lot of combinations to choose from! There's even options without meat. What really makes a difference is the sauces you choose with each sandwich. -- Price: It's honestly a lot of food, like I got a small and I was full within a couple bites. great for sharing. -- FOOD: -Fat Jersey - a different twist on a Philly cheesesteak, but instead of vegetables it's mozzarella sticks and fries -- had to order a side of cheese to dip it in. It was good, may seem like a lot to others! -Fat veggie - ordered for someone who didn't want meat; it was a good balance. -- Bonus: they have deep fried desserts! -- Recommend? First, the staff here is really amazing. Friendly and striving for that perfect customer service. Now, if you never heard of a "fat sandwich", it is pretty much a sandwich stuffed with french fries. I got my first experience of a fat sandwich, at the originators, in NJ several years ago. And then you have a place like Primanti Bros., in Pittsburgh, stuffing their sandwiches with fries. I am not a fan of Primanti, but I did enjoy the "R.U. Hungry" location in NJ. Now, with that being explained, this place was just ok for me. Im not sure if I recalled this place on shark Tank, but my mom picked it out, so we went here for lunch. I ordered the Fat Donkey Lips, which is Chicken Fingers, fries, lettuce, buffalo sauce, and bleu cheese. Unfortunately, the sandwich was more fries than anything. Barely any chicken. I did order a small, so not sure if you get more chicken with the bigger sizes. It was a little messy as well, but im not counting that as a negative. Just be prepared to have some napkins on hand. We ordered a separate side of fries. Those came out nice and hot and crispy. I prefer those as a side than in the sandwich. My mom got the chicken fingers. And she said they were ok. A typical frozen brand. And because I was craving it, I got an order of deep fried oreos for a dessert. These were the best part of the meal. Covered in powdered sugar, they were hot, soft and tasty. They charge a small fee for a side of sauce. Be prepared to spend some money here. For the 2 of us, it was $35. Would have been over $40 if I got a bigger sandwich. I probably wont be back anytime soon, mainly because it is not on my side of town. IF I do go back, I would probably try a different sandwich, without the fries. I would recommend it for people who have never had this kind of sandwich. read more

I ordered a regular Fat Shack sandwich and the Munchie Madness Sampler. Both were delicious and very filling. The sandwich needed extra BBQ sauce because it was a little dry for me but no biggy. This is the best cheat meal place I've been to in Vegas. read more

We were in town on vacation and came across Fat Shack and glad we did. Easy to find and food was awesome. A mixture of ingredients that all hit on different levels but provide an amazing finish product. Staff is more than accommodating. You can order two separate ways and the self serve kiosk is easy to navigate. Nice clean interior with good energy. We came on Sunday and got 1/2 priced wings so highly recommend swinging by on a Sunday you get a great bang for your buck. The deep fried funnel cake and cheesecake is out of this world with the fresh strawberry sauce. Would recommend anyone visiting Las Vegas to make a stop and enjoy. Hopefully we will see some Fat Shacks in AZ soon! read more

Always down for a delicious burger, the family and I stopped here on our way back home midweek. Fortunately, they were still open - they're open until 3am Thu-Sun and 1am the other days - so we were able to sit down and eat together. From the moment I walked in you could smell the patties on the grill, always a sign of a great burger joint! Haven't tried the sandwiches yet, but will definitely come back to try them out on the late night! Had the burgers, cheese fries, fried pickles, and jalapeño poppers - all late-night grub made in house and totally on point! To boot, staff was friendly and attentive. Great customer service is always a plus! Final test: my kids ate everything and asked to come back again...while they were still eating! Definitely a winner in the neighborhood! read more

Crazy concoctions for the canna crowds for sure! No, but really - best wings on this side. We always get the lemon pepper dry seasoned wings and they are always super smack! Thick fries to accompany, and great shakes or fried Oreos to sweeten up the deal. I haven't tried their sandwiches because they seem a little intimidating, but their burgers are really good too. Happy to have them in the neighborhood! read more

Amazing food, many options and reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly, and care about honest feedback and take customer feedback openly. I got the Bronco and was awesome, good portion. I came here 2 months ago, brought my family out for my cousins birthday, they even hooked it up with some complimentary deep fried Oreos. Coming from Southern California, having so many food options, definitely a go to spot whej I come to Vegas. 5 stars. read more

This was our first time trying this restaurant. We called an order in and we were told it would be 20-25 minutes. When I arrived 22 minutes later I waited another 18 minutes for my food. You can see the kitchen area from the register and it looked like they were just very unorganized back there. The food was ok, we might try eating there in the restaurant to see if it is better. The girl at the register was fairly friendly. read more

We went in on Father's Day for the first time and enjoyed our experience. The customer service was top-notch, owner came by to ask us questions and to get feedback on our visit. We tried the wings, cheese, fries, burger, and fry Oreos and let me just say it was all amazing! They are not stingy on the sauces, and they make their ranch and house, we are ranch lovers lol read more

Highly recommend the food is fresh made to order. This is my fourth time coming here and it has consistently been great. We've tried several different of their sandwiches,burgers, wing, and cheese fries. I've also ordered it as to go and the presentation in the boxes are better than expected. This place is amazing Les has great hospitality and great recommendations! My girl and I shared a burger fries onion rings mozzarella stick and deep fried Oreos. Everything was bomb! I'm very disappointed in this place . The wings were old and not fresh at all. The shake had no malt flavoring in it even though I ordered a chocolate malt. The only ththat was good was the onion rings - good and seasoned just right . I called but the phone was busy . I would like a refund for the winds that were old and the shake . My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.

Great service! Very friendly... and of course the food is very good. Highly recommend for dine or take out. Fun atmosphere. Also try the unique sauces... jalapeño mustard dipping sauce has the perfect amount of spice. Also the price point is very good. I will be coming back. read more
