First, the service was great. The guys who work there are super nice! The sandwich (Doobie) was tasty, except it's super messy. Don't go here if you're dressed decent. We saw it on a Shark Tank episode, so we thought we'd give it a try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom needed attention. It was out of toilet seat covers. They had trash all over the bathroom floor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I watched 3 employees go in there. I went to see. No one picked it up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It looks like the toilet hasn't been cleaned in forever. Ew![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were nasty looking rags on the floor around this big industrial air conditioner. It was very unappetizing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then, why do we have junk chairs and basically garbage just stacked against the wall?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Who owns this place and why are we okay with that? [[HIGHLIGHT]]By the way, the wet floor around that is a hazard.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The kitchen aesthetically looked awful and amateur.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]In the main dining room there are boxes stacked that contain cooking oil.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd never bring anyone here if I had out of town guests. It's embarrassing. They were even out of lids for drinks. Who does the ordering? Is there even a manager? My kids have all worked fast food, and I'm glad they didn't get their training at a place like this. It has so much potential. Perhaps, all of this is why we only saw one other customer the whole time we were in there. Sad establishment. I'd only go back maybe because of the food and service. Do better!

Fat Shack was exactly what we needed on a Tuesday night. Their burgers are simple, classic, and grilled just right. We ordered the fries, onion rings, and jalapeño poppers, and every side was spot on. The real star of the meal, though, was the funnel cake bites. They were absolutely divine: warm, fluffy, and coated with just the right amount of sweetness. Paired with the chocolate sauce, they were the perfect way to end our meal. Manager Arman was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, and another team member was equally friendly and kind. Great food paired with excellent service made for a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Horrible. No meat. 48 minutes for a cheesesteak. No customer service. They need help. The two guys were struggling in the kitchen and foh and it shows.

The Burger was alright nothing crazy, was mostly unsatisfied with the wait time. Walked in few minutes after they opened nobody was there until a guy popped up and looked like someone pissed in his cereal. I wanted a milkshake but was told they can't make them right now.

You want a food coma...COME HERE! Husband got the fat shack sandwich and had nothing but positive things to say about it. I got the classic burger no tomato add bacon and onion and it was a perfect burger. We shared the deep fried Oreos and yeah...SOOO GOOD! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Workers were great at answering our questions and super clean and chill vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Top it all off their ranch was so good (no hidden valley crap)

Legit. I got on a wing kick. The price of everything is astronomical yet they manage 1/2 price wings Sundays! Hell yes. I did 20. Lemon pepper and buffalo. Solid place to start trying a new spot. There was some DoorDash coupon and I got 20 wings under $10!!! I'd been in the plaza but never to FS before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The sign was out but I managed. A diner vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The guy that helped me and was cooking had an electric energy and smile. Super pleasant experience. When I got home I tried a buffalo, it was the creeper kind of hot. Their ranch is just ok. Luckily I had leftovers from the place I just reviewed and it paired nicely. The lemon peppers a rub but I liked it. Next day the buffalo quieted down and I enjoyed them. It's like 5 days later and I still have wings. Don't judge me. I'm doing lemon butter and fresh ground smoked pepper on the last of the LP wings after retoasting them. I'm definitely going to take advantage of the 1/2 off again before February. Maybe try some stoner noms for old times sake, who knows. Either way I'll be back!

First time here and I I really enjoyed this place. We were greeted right away with very friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was chill, casual and laid back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu seems big but it's kinda the same ingredients re used into different stuff. I ordered 6 lemon pepper wings , they were fresh crispy and tasty, would order again. We also got a single cheeseburger, it was good , nothing special but did the trick. We topped it off with some cheese fries , also good but I wish I would have maybe got some bacon on them. Everything we ate was good but the prices were a tad bit high and I guess that would be my only gripe. Other than that , I would definitely go back for some munchies.

Quintessential stoner food spot. It's not gourmet burgers or sides, but it absolutely slaps after a late concert and in general. My partner and I ate here because it was open late and the logo was cute. We had low expectations but the food is surprisingly not half bad at all. My partner liked her burger because it's a thin patty, smash burger style. She rated it 4/5. I also had some and liked it as well. The fries were solid, probably my favorite part. My Fat Doobie burrito was absolutely fire. It had every fried food I could think of in it and they somehow made it taste great. With a side of ranch, the textures and flavors go crazy. It didn't actually need extra sauce though since the honey mustard was great too. They also had no issue putting my mozzarella sticks on the side for me. The fried cheesecake was just okay. I'd go for the Oreos instead. The service was pretty good. The cashier was helpful with ordering and didn't seem miserable to be there. That's hard to find these days. The price wasn't steep either. I remember telling my partner we'd definitely be back sometime, but probably on a week we've been dieting.

Gluttony at its finest! The staff was super friendly and gave great advice when ordering . Had the fat cow and fat shack sandwiches with cheese fries and fried pickles. The sandwiches were crazy flavorful. Ran out of room for dessert but ill be back to try the deep fried rice crispy treats!! Open late for all the night owls. read more

Visited here today and the service was awesome. The guy was so nice and welcoming. Even told me what his favorite sandwiches were. I ordered a regular burger added bacon, they made it fresh and it was very good. I will return to get something sweet, perhaps a malt. read more

So my 16 and I tried are here in Vegas visiting and wanted to try something new. The service here was amazing! The fried Oreos, cheesecake, and twinkies were so good. My daughter ordered the Fat cow and love it! I ordered the large Maverick to share with my other daughter and we couldn't finish it. Unfortunately we couldn't add a pic because it was that good. Walking in the door this place Fries stuff. The smell of grease hits you in the face first thing. The service and food was very good and I would have given it a higher rating if the place was a bit cleaner. There was a stickiness on about every surface but this place is the Home of Fried Good food. I had the 1/2 Bronco and it was what I though it would be. If you are looking for good fried food this is the place, but you will notice it is a bit grungy and could use a deep cleaning. read more

So, let me start off with this is not something to eat everyday. Now, with that out of the way this is a great spot if you want to indulge in a big crazy sandwich. The food was good and portions are generous. Good quality and staff was friendly I went to one of these in Colorado and this spot was much cleaner and had a great atmosphere. I visited Fat Shack a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience. It's owned by a family that REALLY CARES. At least three of the brothers were there cooking and serving food orders. I ordered a Medium Fat Shack sandwich. I probably should have ordered a small one because the Medium is large enough to feed two or three people. The sandwich was a bunch of different types of 'bar food' (chicken strips, fries, jalapeno poppers and more) stuffed into a bun. I have a strong feeling that this place will be a hit and they'll quickly get a few more locations in town... at least that's what I hope. read more

We were a party of 10 visiting from Guam and California. Definitely looked like first timers. They took the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations. Our order came out timely and correct! The food was delicious...even the picky eater kids ate up their food! We ordered cheeseburgers, sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, wings, and dessert. Everything was fresh and tasty. This is indulgence overload. Fried goodies in every direction 1 on sandwiches - on burgers. I got the Fat Shack - everything on it was fried goodness along with some pretty good cheesesteak. The Buffalo Ranch brought it all together and u gotta have a sauce - id suggest on the side though as mine was rather soggy by the time i got home with it. Ill be back for sure to try a burger or something with bacon. read more

First time trying Fat Shack tonight for dinner. The menu is filled with more flavor combinations than I could've thought of myself! From the amazing sauces (I recommend the Honey Jalapeño and Golden BBQ), to the sweet desserts (the deep fried Rice Krispies were so sweet, I couldn't get enough!), this establishment was far from disappointing. The owner and manager went above and beyond with their sense of hospitality & welcoming environment. Had an amazing chat with the both of them & was very pleased with their friendliness. I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered 20 wings and I have never in my life seen wings so extremely small. Then I had to take my toddler daughter to the bathroom and would rather let her pee her pants then use that disgusting bathroom. I would have much rather taken her to a park bathroom and that's saying something. The toilet actually looked like u could catch a disease on. The sink looked equally as gross and they was toilet paper and what looked like pee all over the floor. I had to take her somewhere else. Never again!!!! read more

Happened to be in the area and decided to try out the Fat Shack. Super friendly employees. We tried the fat cow sandwich. The Buffalo rancho sauce was perfect. It also had bacon Mac n cheese, fries, and mozzarella sticks. Very flavorful. Would definitely recommend Also tried the Buffalo chicken fingers and the deep fried chocolate chip cookies. The tenders were moist and the Buffalo sauce was just spicy enough. The deep fried cookies were amazing. Get the strawberry sauce, it was very good. read more

We actually learned about Fat Shack from my friends, and we were completely blown away by the caliber of their cuisine. When we actually went to eat, the ambiance and service really blew us away. The entire crew is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. We keep returning because not only is the food really great, but also because of the atmosphere. My first time going to this establishment. I was greeted right away. I was a little overwhelmed by the menu. The person helping me suggested their best seller. But I selected another item which turned out to be the 2nd most popular item. We decided to eat there. The cashier introduced himself as Les (I think)? I apologize if I got that wrong. He is the owner. The food was amazing! Perfect amount of fillers and sauce. Thr onion rings were awesome! So crunchy and not oily at all. While eating Les stopped by to check on us and get our feedback. Loved talking with him. He was so pleasant and open. We were talking about getting their desserts and couldn't decide on what to get. It was between the deep fried oreos or cheesecake bites. Since it was my first time going there. Les let us try both on the house! AMAZING! LOVED both desserts. We tried both the chocolate and strawberry sauce. The strawberry was the best one without a doubt. I will absolutely go back and the all my friends and family about this place. Cool place. Friendly service. The food tasted ok. Nothing unforgettable. The burgers were fresh and tasty. The tenders tasted like a generic frozen food, way too much hard breading and dry chicken. The wings were great but buffalo sauce was a bit salty side. Not sure if value and portions were that good. Good grub food. Didn't try their sandwiches cuz having tenders inside a Philly was bizarre to me. But it looked good maybe next time. read more

First timers to Fat Shack. We met Les. Super nice guy, really helped us with menu options and our final decision. We all ordered a fat sandwich of some sort. The portions are not for the faint of heart or for clean eaters . If you aren't sure-go for the small. Orders were cooked to order. Def don't skimp on the items. Nothing worse than ordering a sandwich and getting more bread than anything. Everything was delicious from the cheese fries to the chicken fingers to the deep fried Oreos. Will be back to try the burgers and wings. read more

I'm a sucker for house made pickles, and these DID NOT disappoint. I could eat a whole plate of those. The tots... you can easily mess up tots, but these were crisp and well seasoned. We didn't try them with the sauce and all the fixins, but they were simple and delicious on there own. All in all we had a enjoyed our visit, and will be back the next time we're in town :)

Anyway. I was given a brief 20 minute wait time-- which was cut short nearly immediately when a wonderful host expressed that our deep oak, firmly planted, chocolatey brown table with our plush, blue leather seats was ready. Anyway. We sat down. The menu cover was incredible. A fresh, leather cover with brief, punctual text. Anyway. I ordered Gordon Ramsay's Southwestern Burger with just fries. Wow. Anyway. When it first came out, I saw it. The appealingly freshly toasted bun with freshly picked produce from the plentiful garden and freshly butchered and cooked beef. This was all alleged, however. Anyway. I took a bite. Then it hit me. When I was a young boy, I was playing outside in the garden. Suddenly, a vicious dog--foreshadowing the fierce streets of Las Vegas Blvd S--came upon me and began to snarl and bark at me. Scared for my life, I retreated to the beautiful, tall, lush, old, grand, plush, velvety, deep green tree that was in our yard. I began to climb the tree, which was easily 50 feet tall. As an inexperienced climber at this point-- on the sunny, bright blue day that dawned over me at the infant young age of 7, I was unable to successfully climb the tree. Anyway. I fell down the fifty feet and landed promptly in front of the vicious dog. Crying, I ran inside. At this point, I saw it. The beautifully crafted, plush cheeseburger that was wonderfully and expertly crafted by my mother. First, I tasted the freshly baked bread, I could taste the kneading that went into combining the freshly milled flour--from wheat at my best friend's field-- combined with the freshly filtered water, filtered from the town's local water tower (which my best friend's father's coworker single-handedly built upon settlement of our town.. but let's not stray from the topic.) and lastly, the freshly ground cave salt from the local mine shaft, managed by my sister's best friend's dog sitter, who was quite the fellow. Anyway. I then tasted the produce, freshly grown from my mother's garden. Fertilized by fresh organic waste and seasoned daily with fresh herbs and spices that came from my local farmers market--which occurs once every spring on the second Thursday. Anyway. The beefy patty-- which came from my childhood cow, who was raised for a proximal 40 years before he liberally passed away on the plush, green field in our very own back yard. Anyway. Back to the restaurant. I vividly tasted those very delicious hints that I just expressed. The freshly baked seaseme seed bun-- the fresh, perfectly sweet vegetables (with a special mention for the lettuce, which was the softest, most delightful--absent of cyclospora-- lettuce I had ever tasted). Anyway. The beef, which was perfectly seasoned and wonderfully medium pink in the center, and the INCREDIBLE cheese-- which was likely made in house by the experienced chefs. I recommend this establishment to anyone who dislikes food, but instead, LOVES food. thank you for your attention to this matter. #ferda

It was surprising for a breakfast restaurant to run out of champagne for mimosas during brunch service. After we finished, the server brought the check but never came back to process our payment. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to pay and leave, but no one followed up, so we left cash on the table and walked out. This was our fourth visit, and we've had better experiences before, but Wednesday's service was unacceptable and left us with a very negative impression.
