Reviews were right. No line. Took 40 mins to make 2 burgers and fries when there's only about 4 people sitting. Cashier is rude and you could tell she hates her job. Staff in kitchen chatting around. Our server that brought us our burgers was very kind the star is for her and the burgers, it was really good but i would go to hopdoddy instead. Service and wait is just not worth it. To owners. We celebrated a birthday there today, and it was one of the best experiences we've had for a birthday. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and did everything to make it the perfect experience while we were there. The food was better than perfect and the service was impeccable. 5 star experience from start to finish. Drove there from Frisco 2 days in a row. Was greeted and treated like family from the moment we walked through the door. There was a wait but it was a Saturday and Sunday afternoon when we visited. They have multiple TVs to entertain you while you wait. Had my two rowdy boys with me and the staff went above and beyond to interact with them and keep them patient. Food was delicious! We have one closer to us in Allen but the service is unmatched. Ordered skinny fries, got sweet potato fries. Ordered 2 burgers, 1 with tomato, 1 with light condiments. Got a burger without tomato and another drowning in mayo. I arrived for pickup at 9:30 and the restaurant was already cleaned and turned over. That makes me think they rushed and threw things together just to get out of their by 10. Went here with my boyfriend today. I had a chicken sandwich with fat fries and he had a crispy sandwich with Cajun skinny fries. The food was ok. No flavor that will make it stand out enough for you to want to come back. My grilled chicken sandwich was not fully cooked and was still pink in the middle. His Cajun fries were just fries with Cajun seasoning poured on the fries on top. So it ended up being like 6-7 fries covered in spices and the rest were bare. For $30+ I could have gotten better burgers and fries at Braums for less. I wanted to like this place but I don't see myself returning here or recommending to anyone. As is typical in our upside down COVID world, they are short staffed. We've become accustomed to waiting extra at places. My issue is not with the long wait but that I was given 3 different burgers, none of them correct. I ordered a burger with mustard, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese only. The first burger and the replacement burgers were never made so I could modify it myself. It's kind of hard to take off Mayo and relish. I also never received the sweet potato fries I ordered or the ranch dressing I ordered. The other annoying thing was that my husbands order came out quite a bit sooner than mine. We finally asked for a refund, which also wasn't easy for them to do because the manager was the one cooking the burgers and he's the only one who can issue refunds.
