We were traveling late at night and searching for a quick bit for dinner. Thankful this spot was open! We still have an hour left but needed dinner since it was 9:30pm! (Crazy travel day). They were quick to get our meal and had all the to-go items we needed. The bread sticks and spaghetti were a favorite. Our car smelt amazing. While the smell was amazing this celiac gal did not order anything but my glute full family enjoyed every bite. My daughter and husband ate on the lasagna for 2 days which was perfect for our hotel stay! The location is super easy access from the interstate. We were in town for district wrestling. My hubby gets super excited anytime he sees a fazolis so we had to order! I ordered easily online. we were ordering for 8 people so we ordered a large family meal and an entree. They forgot the entree and the breadsticks were awful, however I went back to get the entree they forgot and they gave me free breadsticks that were amazing for my trouble. Disappointed in the new keto flat bread. It's small. It's got barely any toppings on it and I don't think there was any sauce on it at all. Thin cracker like crust. Very sad to say this as I had hoped since they hyped it, it might be decent. When the server brought it to my table she also brought a tray of bread sticks...I had to ask her to take them back to the kitchen as "I'm doing keto and not eating bread". Could hear the same front person arguing with other employees and seemed like they were passing their duties off on others. Seems like an all around toxic individual. Could tell other employees were stressed because of this person. I ordered the chicken fettuccine, chicken tasted sour to me. My wife said it tasted fine, however. Wife had the chicken bacon ranch salad, she said it tasted great. The restaurant itself could use a deep clean. Floors were super sticky, tables were wiped down but also sticky. I wanted to leave a Google review but it appears this fazolis has their Google reviewz off. I went thru the drive thru tonight (7/30 6:30pm) I originally tried to order online but decided to go through the drive through because online it said it was going to take 40mins. As soon as I get to the speaker im told there are no bread sticks. Okay. I asked if they are offering any kind of substitute and I'm told the options. I can't remember all of them but I do remember a piece of pizza and cheese cake but you can only get one substitute per ORDER! Each meal is supposed to come with a bread stick so why would y'all only give one substitute per order? Make it make sense. The girl at the speaker gets her manager who comes on and offers no apology or anything and tells me he is just doing what he's told. I understand that but still doesn't make any sense. If I'm ordering a meal that comes with a bread stick, I should get a substitute for each meal that would have a bread stick. I order my food and get my total. Remember I was going to place my order online and decided not to. Tell me why my total at the store was almost 5 dollars more than online? I still had the app pulled up on my phone with my order and total. I show the manager who can't give me an answer that makes sense. It was literally the same exact order. He once again offers no apology or anything at all for this huge inconvenience. He seems pretty annoyed altogether that he even had to talk to me. So between the break stick fiasco and then the difference in price fiasco i was super annoyed at this whole situation. We get our food home and my kid immediately finds long black hair in her spaghetti which the girl at the window had long black hair so I'm assuming it was hers. We don't have black hair. Gross asf. Then I open my kids meal fettuccine alfredo and there is barely any Alfredo sauce on my noodles and it's dry. Went here for my nieces birthday because we do this every year for her birthday. Bottom line what we ordered for her was alright but everything else was not good at all. I ordered and paid online sixty dollars total and the only thing good was my nieces order. The food is edible and a good "Italian" craving fix. I had the meat lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo for $5 on a lunch special. The lasagna was salty, but comparable to the frozen lasagnas at Walmart. The Alfredo would have been better with chicken I bet. I like the sauce; it is clearly packaged, but it's thick and has a decent texture. Noodles are a little less cooked than al dente. Now, the breadsticks are a whole new ballgame. They're suuuper buttery and have a strong garlic/salt taste. I love that. They were so good I ordered more and didn't finish my entrees. I went to Fazoli's last night to get my children some pizza breadsticks. As we were headed home I opened the box and to my surprise we found sticks with a layer of cheese placed on the top. There was no seasoning and you couldn't even break the sticks apart without the entire piece of cheese falling off. It was disgusting. I called and nobody answered. I then called back today and requested to speak to a manager, I spoke with a young man who showed no empathy for the situation. I advised him I had pictures and how my children were upset and he didn't care. I then called back later because I was unable to speak to the GeneraI Manager to express my concern. I requested that I be reimbursed through a gift card as I have no desire to return to the restaurant and the answer was no. Horrible. read more

OK. This is not a fancy Italian Restraint. But I want to take the time to credit the quick service and helpful staff at this location. The staff was attentive and brought out breadsticks immediately and asked us if we needed anything else. The food was good and plentiful. The low prices are especially good - but you still get a standard salad and decent plate of food. The baked meals are excellent and although the marinara sauce is on the bland side the rest of the content is good. The quick and respectful service provided by the young people working here deserves honorable mention too. Stopped here in a jam many times for last minute lunch or dinner and have not been disappointed even during Covid take out routine.
