He seemed like a genuine guy over the phone so I decided to go ahead and book, and I was right! When I booked Noah sent me a text message with the price we agreed upon and all of the insurance information and he texted to confirm with me the day before the move. The price I paid at the end was very close to what I was quoted, no hidden fees. Reuben, Remi, and Sean were an awesome group of guys! And they were quick! Reuben called and let me know when they were about 30 minutes away which was nice. When they arrived they did a quick walk through and then got straight to work. They moved my two bedroom apartment on the first floor in Long Beach to a second floor apartment all the way in San Bernardino in under 6 hours!!! Including my heavy washer and dryer with no issue, which Reuben kindly hooked up in the new place for me. They wrapped everything appropriately, took off couch legs, etc. They even took care of all my plants. They were personable and kind, but most importantly as a single female I never once felt uncomfortable or like I was being taken advantage of. We moved from Anaheim (small 2 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor, elevator access) to Long Beach (big 1 bedroom apartment, first floor) and with about 30 minute drive time they completed the moved in about 3.75 hours. They were quick, efficient, personable, and NOTHING was broken. When I move, I always expect something to break cause its almost inevitable but they did a fantastic job.
