Highly recommended! I have been using Ferrari of Austin since 2012. They have serviced 3 of my cars over that time and I've always received excellent service. Their Service Department is first rate beginning with their service representative James Holderman and the same can be said for their technicians, Eddie B, James M and the rest of the crew. The worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Exceptionally poor quality control in the service department, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]arrogant/dismissive attitudes from the GM and sales manager.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you have or are thinking of buying a Ferrari in the Austin area, you may want to think about making the drive to San Antonio. Fun facts: took the car in for annual service and somebody left a plastic water bottle under the passenger seat so that it ultimately got crushed and dribbled 16 oz onto the floorboard; took it back because an upholstery button popped out, a few days later I pick it up and the button is missing--was asked if I wanted to wait around for a re-repair (no thank you); final straw was another annual service visit but with a battery change because reportedly, Ferrari batteries are not high quality, got the car home and found a dozen beauty panel screws loose, and the battery box drain tube pulled out from the wheelwell. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dealer's response...we are working to improve our customer service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I lost faith in the dealership and the brand to the extent that I sold my Roma and just got out. read more

I can't begin to describe how disappointed I am in the team here. I was asked to do a gig for them for the reveal of a new vehicle. They wanted professional drivers to be the driving hosts, so a friend who has a good reputation with them asked me and a few others to help. When the details came out, two full 9 hour days with no pay, I politely declined. It seems odd that a company selling cars for a quarter of a million and up can't pay for their talent. But wait, there's more... The day before the event was supposed to start, only one person had committed to doing the gig without pay, so they were stuck. I was called again and asked if I would do it for $200. A full day from a professional race car driver for $200 is a joke, but a friend needed my help so I said I'd do it. They then said it would be paid in a gift card. That seemed odd, but I figured I could use it to go out for a nice dinner or something. That's what I get for thinking. It's a gift card for Ferrari of Austin. Seriously, after completely disrespecting me and offering me a small portion of a normal day rate, even asking if I could come back for a second day without additional pay, they end up paying with a completely useless gift card. So my pay is to have an option to spend money in their gift shop. I get to give them their money back. An item they sell for $100 likely costs them in the $20 range. Let's suppose there are two such items I want and I get them. They've now gotten 9 hours of my time for an out of pocket cost of $40. Seriously, that's pretty messed up. I've since spoken to several of my clients who've bought cars from them and told them the story. All of those clients have said they have now bought their last car from them. They'll go private, to a different dealer, or get a different brand altogether. McLaren makes some very nice cars in the same price range and performance category. Seriously, Ferrari of Austin, get your act together. My time is worth more than $4.50.hr. This is incredibly cheap from you. I'm disappointed to the level of being disgusted. When more of your clients find out how poorly you treat your hires, their impression of you will certainly be in the same realm. read more

Ferrari of Austin affirmatively misrepresented the alleged status of a 2016 Ferrari California T as "Certified Preowned Vehicle". Immediately upon delivery, we found the following: * Both rear seat lower bolsters were missing ; * The model correct "California T" rear wind deflector was missing and, instead, the car was haphazardly delivered with a "Portofino" labeled deflector that obviously did not fit; * This car was also supposedly repaired for "rust" inside the trunk as noted in the attached CPO Service Record; however, rust was found inside the trunk lid (the exact location specified in the Service Record as being allegedly "repaired"); * This car had an obviously visible quarter sized "ding" in the trunk lid that showed up in the pre-delivery photos but was never repaired by this authorized dealership prior to delivery; and * Most egregious, although this supposed "CPO" car was allegedly "pre-inspected" by Ferrari of Austin as an "authorized" dealership prior to delivery and had a purported "clean" CARFAX, the car was delivered with the left rear quarter panel showing obvious signs of prior body repair with a one-inch "crack" evidencing "repaint" and "bondo" flaking off. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP read more

James Holderman and Chris Meza of Ferrari of Austin were great. First, they discovered a problem before I was aware of it. If they had not discovered the broken door strap, it would have been much worse. They made the repairs but before turning it over to me they tested and found that there was still a problem. They went back in and made further repairs at no charge to me. I'm grateful I did not have to pay more. But mainly I'm grateful that they stuck with it until they got it right. As important, they were forthright; James kept me informed even when they had to go back and re work the problem. Perseverance and honesty. Keith: Keep collecting winners. read more

What's not to like? They have 599's, 430's, a California, and even a 458 Italia for you to enjoy drooling near (but not on). The 458 is a customer car, unfortunately. I was able to guess the owner, so I know who it belongs to...enjoy the beautiful new car MV. Service manager, Kev, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He has been an owner and enthusiast for many years, and has extensive experience regarding the restoration of classic Ferrari's. The location is the old Autostrada on South Lamar. As a long time Ferrari Owner, I am very particular with whom I chose to do business with. Ferrari of Austin hosted several parties for The Ferrari Club Of America. I met a lot of the staff, and I must say they are all friendly and professional. This is a huge departure from the status quo, of the majority of the F-Car Dealerships. Super Special Recognition goes to Chris the Service Manager and Thomas the Service Technician. Between those two individuals: they did an incredible engine out service on my car. My car runs flawlessly and was returned to me in clean condition. They even had to some extra work that popped up, as it always does and were very fair about the pricing. I know there are only two other choices in the area to get service done to your car, and after shopping the other two, I know I made the right decision. read more
