    Taco Truck
    Sam G.

They are always good to me. Fresh, hot tacos with quick service even though they are often busy. There are many other taco trucks on this street but I haven't tried this others because I can't stop going here lol I have more things to try from this spot. Make sure you stop inside the store attached for drinks and other goods.

Found this gem on my maps app when I was searching for a quick bite. Tacos did not disappoint! They have 2 styles. Corn shell or flour. The corn shell is dressed with cilantro onions and radishes and the flour shell is dressed with the fixings lettuce tomato queso fresco and crema. They tacos were fresh. There was a long line so I would order online or be prepared to wait. I also got rice and beans to try and they were just ok. I'll order more tacos next time instead of getting rice and beans. The corn shells were good. They come with a side of hot sauce and it is spicy so if you like that you will enjoy. I left it off as it was a tad too spicy for me and I didn't have a drink because I scarfed them down in the car on the ride home lol. I did prefer the flour shells only because they are dressed the way I like. If they dressed the corn shells I would totally get them that way. I will be back for sure and you should definitely try it if in the area.

I've been craving authentic street tacos lately and have visited this particular location three times now. I'm writing an updated review because their taco truck consistently serves five-star food, even though it's located more than half an hour away from my home. It's definitely worth the drive. The service is efficient - I place my order, give my name, wait no longer than 10 minutes, and receive my order. The food is freshly made with fresh vegetables, and the sauces are amazing and addictive. Tacos for under three dollars are a steal for lunch, and I spent under $12 for three tacos. They're located off State Road 436 and Roger Williams Rd. You must try this place if you want authentic street tacos.

Fiesta Mexico is a small Mexican themed grocery store. They also make tortillas on site and have a meat market inside. The gem here is the pretty much permanent taco truck adjacent to the store. There are tables under a covered area where you can eat. These are authentic STREET TACOS that come on a corn tortilla, your choice of protein, topped with onions and cilantro. They have steak, chicken, marinated pork, Mexican sausage, shredded beef, cow head, shredded pork, beef tongue and yes... even tripe. If you want your taco in a flour tortilla, they also offer this. Other selections include, prepared corn on the cob, Mexican style with spices, chicken and pork tamales, chicken flautas, burritos, quesadillas and more.... Looking for Mexican soup, MENUDO... they have it. Come and have a look and try something... you can't go wrong.

A small food truck adjacent to the local Mexican grocery store that serves some delicious Mexican eats. The tacos were very authentic and delicious - I opted for the al pastor. They were made with fresh corn tortillas and dressed appropriately. The carnitas burrito I had was massive and had plenty of delicious flavor without being overpowering. Overall had a great experience here. Make sure to order and pay inside the grocery store first.

Very nice setup and unbelievably excellent food.

Still the best most crispiest, crustiest, most seasoned and delicious burritos and tacos in town. Love this joint. Plus attached grocery store makes chicarrones that you murder for. Salsa Verde con agucates should be served at Christmas. The lord Jesus himself would eat at this taco stand. With the people mother bitcha's.

Cow head taco with corn tortilla

Best Tacos I've had in Apopka hands down! I ordered the cow head tacos 2 days in a row and I'm hooked. This is an excellent gluten free option since my husband has a sensitivity to gluten. They are authentic, fresh, flavorful and delicious! Also the homemade hot sauce is amazing . My favorite is the verde chili sauce. I'm not sure of the actual name but it's green chilies lol. This is a food truck and I believe they're stationary but wherever they go I will follow.

My Go-To Spot for Ladies Night, Margaritas & Mexican Magic!…read more If you ask my bestie where we're headed for ladies' night, chances are we're making a beeline for Garibaldi. At this point, their staff should probably have our margaritas rims ready before we even sit down. I've worked my way through quite a bit of the menu, and one thing remains true: the food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicioso. Our favorites include the salsa, queso, chips & guacamole (because let's be honest, chips and salsa are basically a love language), the Birria Empanadas, and the Steak Garibaldi. Every bite is so good it's practically a queso emergency when the plate is empty. The atmosphere is lively, welcoming, and perfect whether you're planning a girls' night, date night, Taco Tuesday, or simply looking for an excuse to avoid cooking. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and helps keep the good vibes flowing right alongside the margaritas. Speaking of margaritas... the tropical mango margarita with the Tajín rim deserves its own Yelp page. Sweet, tangy, refreshing, and dangerously easy to order "just one more." So here's my advice: come for the tacos, stay for the vibes! Garibaldi continues to be one of my favorite local spots, and I'll definitely be back for more chips, more laughs, and more margaritas. Cheers!

I went at the recommendation of a friend who highly recommended their ceviche. My daughter and I went and tried the dip trio (salsa, guacamole and queso). We waited in line for a few minutes right after they opened and were served pretty quickly. The restaurant was painted brightly and decorated with pictures of the food on the wall in addition to a sugar skull theme throughout. All three of the dips we ordered were good, large portions and came with fresh, hot (and delicious!) chips. The guacamole was easily the best of the three, in my opinion. Creamy, tasty and so fresh! I ordered the ceviche and my daughter ordered the birria torta. I ordered the pineapple aqua Fresca and she got a Jarritos drink. Our lunches came out quickly. The ceviche was a large serving. Probably enough for 2 people! Chunks of shrimp and topped with guacamole, this ceviche was standard, in my opinion. Nothing special. It was good. I requested chips instead of saltines to go with my lunch. Large portion sizes are really the hallmark here. Again, the food is good, but unremarkable. Same holds true with the birria torta. A large serving of chopped beef (not shredded) and a taste very similar to a pot roast, this was equally unremarkable. Both of our lunches were excellent quality, and fine in taste. If you are in the area I recommend giving them a try. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is good!

My wife actually went before I did, and she said it was okay. So one night, we decided to go and try it out together. We walked in and were quickly greeted by the hostess. I looked around and had a hard time recognizing the layout as they had really made it different than the barbecue place before it. The decor is beautiful, and I felt as if I was in a Mexican Cantina in Mexico City! She asked if we wanted a booth or a table, and we chose a booth. While it wasn't packed, it was fairly busy, which was a great sign. We sat and were given menus, which were quickly followed by Chips & Salsa. She asked what we wanted to drink, and I ordered a Michelada. The Chips and Salsa were good, not the best I have ever had, but tasty. We ordered queso dip and a main course, and my Michelada arrived- the best I have ever had in Apopka, and rivaled any that I have had anywhere- great start! The queso was good, typical. I had steak tacos, and my wife had a burrito. We also had a side of tamales. Everything was fresh and tasty, and we were both very impressed! The staff were friendly and genuinely happy to see us; I felt like a long-time customer. We have been back several times and have enjoyed each visit. We will definitely keep coming back!
