At this point, their staff should probably have our margaritas rims ready before we even sit down. I've worked my way through quite a bit of the menu, and one thing remains true: the food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicioso. Our favorites include the salsa, queso, chips & guacamole (because let's be honest, chips and salsa are basically a love language), the Birria Empanadas, and the Steak Garibaldi. Every bite is so good it's practically a queso emergency when the plate is empty. The atmosphere is lively, welcoming, and perfect whether you're planning a girls' night, date night, Taco Tuesday, or simply looking for an excuse to avoid cooking. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and helps keep the good vibes flowing right alongside the margaritas. Speaking of margaritas... the tropical mango margarita with the Tajín rim deserves its own Yelp page. Sweet, tangy, refreshing, and dangerously easy to order "just one more." So here's my advice: come for the tacos, stay for the vibes! Garibaldi continues to be one of my favorite local spots, and I'll definitely be back for more chips, more laughs, and more margaritas. I tried calling the Ocoee location over and over but no one ever answered. My husband is in the hospital in Ocoee and I wanted to surprise him. So I called the old location for the correct number. She said "keep trying, they must be busy". It was 5:10 pm. So I did, and repeatedly got no answer. My time is very limited with him and visiting hours, so I wanted to order the food ahead and pick it up so I could get to him quickly. When I got there at 5:30, there was only two customers and the girl at the front desk said "try to call me" and the phone ring. She said "see it's working". After she took my order, I could hear the phone ringing over and over and all she was doing was messing around in the back with the other waitstaff. Yes, the phone works when you answer it! Terrible customer service on both accounts. I'm soarly disappointed.

And once you get your tacos, or sopa, or however you prefer comida Mexicana, there's a self-serve cold bar of grilled onions, cilantro, radishes, limes, raw onions and several bad ass salsas for you to adorn your food with. The atmosphere was perfect for Cinco de Mayo: lively, busy, and the kind of place where you accidentally stay two hours longer than planned. Our server was super kind even with the holiday chaos going on. Bonus points for the mysterious painted chair lady who somehow looked exactly like Charlie Kirk. I still can't explain it, but it added to the experience.
