    Scramble
    Victoria G.

Tried out breakfast one more time. The avocado toast is by far the best for a vegan bfast option. Chili crunch on top was delicious!! The scramble was pretty different in comparison to last time. The biggest issue with this true foods is the inconsistency with food. But was still flavorful and good! Service is always pretty good. The one we had that day was super nice but they do get a little busy and maybe need to staff a tad heavier. Seen them running around like crazy multiple times. Thankfully we aren't very needy. Always bright and open in the restaurant. We come here often. Side note- they've had the same menu for way too long. Hasn't changed since fall. Why do we still have squash items in the summer?? I look forward to the change in hopes of new vegan options. Please change the specials!!!

Teriyaki Bowl with Chicken was a perfect choice for lunch with my girlfriend. Jessica was a fantastic server! Ambiance was welcoming and relaxing! Beautiful water sculpture out front. Highly recommend when visiting Summerlin and walking around the shops.

I love true food kitchen on Summerlin. The food is solid and usually on point. I also eat at this location or order to go food a couple times a week.... So what's my gripe.... The tulsi tea.... My absolute favorite and the way I like to drink it is with PUNGENT GINGER!!! Extra ginger!! I used to order 4-5 a week but the bar 50% of the time messes up... my tulsi tea. Today it came with No ginger. When I order I put in the name EXTRA GINGER.... I also add notes this way for all the food! Shout out to the kitchen they 95% of the time get it right.... Can the bar just make my tea the way I like it???? PLEASE.... It mostly what I look forward to when I get my order.

Gluten free options abound.... We ordered the GF Margherita Pizza and it was nice and gooey...a rare treat when requesting gf. Service on point, just right.

True Food was recommended for its large selection of healthy options while still offering plenty for those who want to indulge. The restaurant is much larger than expected, with plenty of indoor seating, a spacious bar, and a large outdoor patio. Stephanie, our server, was personable and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Unfortunately, the air fryer was out of service, so the fries weren't available. The burger, however, was cooked perfectly to order, the bun was soft and fresh, and the caramelized onions were excellent. The side of carrots was also surprisingly good. Overall, great food, excellent service, and a menu with something for everyone. I'll definitely be back to try those fries next time.

Wanted to try the other special pizza available only the week of March 2-8 So we ordered the Sausage and Smoked Gouda Pizza and I had my go to drink - the kale Aid. It was good. My hubby and I both agreed we liked the Charred Broccoli and Burrata more but we're still pleased with this pizza. As always, staff were amazing...

I used to loooooove True Foods but it's pretty apparent that the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. Generally, when I go to TFK, I know that I'm going to spend about 25-35% more than other options because the ingredients are quality and I'm generally not disappointed. Yesterday's meal proved differently. I stopped in yesterday for lunch with friends and our $100 lunch (without cocktails) was a preeeeetty big disappointment. I ordered a $17 salad and when it showed up, we all thought maybe the server thought I'd said "half salad," but that wasn't the case. My girlfriend ordered a turkey burger which arrived with a (drier than normal) patty and a mealy tomato. My boyfriend had the air-fried sandwich with somehow not enough sauce, yet soggy bread. Overall, I was just bummed that this healthy staple didn't deliver. I can't say I won't be back to try it again and re-review, but with the increased prices, it's tough to want to. With so many organic and healthy options around town, TFK doesn't stand up to the competition. Saving grace - the servers are always awesome. (Note - these photos are from a different visit, I should've snapped a pic of the measly salad but unfortunately forgot.)

I've tried true food kitchen at a few different locations and they all have the same vibes and standard-this one was no different. When entering on a Saturday brunch, we were greeted immediately and seated. Interior had a very clean/healthy feeling to it. Service was a little slow but I think it's just because it was prime time for dining. I ordered the salmon and overall, it did meet my expectations. Will be back if we're looking for a healthier breakfast or lunch option when it comes to dine in or take out!

We came here because I had $27 inKind rewards and thought it would cover a lunch meal. I was shocked speechless when two small salads and a side of potato chips came out to $55! The Chinese chicken salad had seeds that hurt my teeth, and the Air Crisp'd chicken ancient grains bowl was not worth $26. The side of sweet potato chips could have very well been poured out of a bag of Terra chips. The food is terribly overpriced with small portions and mediocre taste.

Had a great brunch at True Food Kitchen. It's such a nice spot to meet up with friends, especially with vegan-friendly options for everyone. The modern ambiance made it even better, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh, healthy, and really tasty.

True Food Kitchen is located at the Downtown Summerlin Mall. Reservations are encouraged taking into consideration its location. The decor is nice and bright. It gives a welcoming vibe. I decided to dine in for brunch as I needed to catch up with a friend! We picked the perfect place. Brunch is served on the weekend only. I had the Farmer's Market Scramble and it was the perfect portion size. It was very tasty. The waiter was very generous and allowed me to swap the whole eggs out for egg whites, which was very appreciative. Definitely give this place a try during your next outing!

The inside of this place is so open, spacious, and aesthetically inviting! Food was delicious and I loved all the healthy options. I really like how they put the total amount of calories plus the total grams of protein for all the food on the menu. I ordered the grass feed burger with the kale salad. The burger was high quality and I enjoyed the mushrooms and flavoring on it. Service was friendly however they did not come back around for drink refills. I want to come back and try more delicious things here. They even had some yummy sounding matchas and fun unique juice like drinks on their menu.

Mango tart was so good! Similar to the vegan deserts at Wholefoods but made fresh!
    Iris A.

My friend and I went for lunch here instead of a nearby cafe, because they had more fresh salad options. My friend replaced the leafy greens for her salad with romaine lettuce, and it took out all the goodies with it that was part of the salad. I had a meal unchanged and it turned out straightforwardly well, but beware if you make any changes it will not make a good meal. Lower your expectations. They did, however, made up for it with a desert that was so delightful!! Thanks for the extra effort to make our experience better! Friendly service and nice ambiance.

Unfortunately, two of those five visits have resulted in what appeared to be food poisoning. The first time was about five years ago, after which we didn't return for quite a long time. We decided to give the restaurant another try a couple of months ago and had a great experience, so we felt comfortable coming back again yesterday. We ordered the steak and lobster and even upgraded the steaks. My husband didn't want his lobster, so I ate both lobster tails, although I only had a very small amount of the steak. Around 3 a.m., I woke up extremely nauseous and then developed the same symptoms I experienced the first time I got sick here. The first incident, years ago, was after eating the salmon. I very rarely get sick from food and have only experienced food poisoning three times in my life. Unfortunately, two of those three times have been after eating at this restaurant, which is extremely concerning to me. I do want to mention that the servers and hosts have always been incredibly kind, attentive, and provide great service. My concern is specifically with the food and what may be happening in the kitchen. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and reviews their food handling, storage, cooking temperatures, and overall food-safety practices to help prevent foodborne illness. I really wanted to be able to enjoy this restaurant again, but after getting sick twice, I unfortunately don't feel comfortable returning.

The whipped brie with blackberry and honey was a bit disappointing. Even after mixing the whipped brie and with the blackberries, there were barely any fruit or honey flavor. All I tasted was salt. The brie was too salty with no taste of fruit or honey. Moreover, the brie came with 2 small pieces of toast, cut into 4 pieces. There was definitely more brie than toast, so we requested additional brioche toast. Of course we got charged extra for the toast. I just think the brie to toast ratio should be better. It seemed like the plate was 85% brie and 15% toast. How are we supposed to eat the rest of the brie when the toast provided is gone? I did not enjoy more brie over brioche ratio. We also got the burger and trout. Both shareable portions. The burger tasted like a slightly elevated Big Mac but saltier. Trout was good and cooked seared with a medium rare center. Flavor wise, the trout and pork ribs were my favorite. Also, the smokin petal cocktail was perfect. Overall, the experience here was just okay.

Upon walking in during lunch, the bar was packed and was reminiscent of Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Bar staff promptly greeted us and let us know we could seat ourselves in the dining area at a table of our choice. During our short wait for menus and our server, we scoped out the beer menu and enjoyed the music selection. It was a bit loud, but the music was good so the volume was not an issue. I was stoked to see a solid lunch special selection. We immediately ordered the deviled eggs appetizer, a Blonde Ale for my husband, and a Lambic style apricot beer for me. For food, we decided on the buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries, the chicken bahn mi with the house made chips, and a slice of mango pomelo cheesecake for the road. Food and service were phenomenal. Tasty, perfect temperature, perfectly crispy, juicy and tender chicken, and the homemade cheesecake was arguably the best I have found in Vegas since moving here in 2018. Five stars hands down.

The flavor makes it one of my favorite drinks. The ambience is amazing this place has such amazing decor, a great personality, and feels comfortable and inviting. The food here is amazing and never disappoins, I havent had too much on the menu since I don't eat pork or Shellfish but the items I have gotten like the beer batter pretzels and the hot fried chicken sandwich haven't disappointed. The quality is amazing and you can definitely tell the chefs in the back put in tons of effort and love on the food. I sit at the bar and the bartenders are always good, I haven't caught their names but I have come on different occasions and none of them have ever given me bad service. They're all so inviting and kind and always make sure I have everything I need. I tend to overtip of leave a 22-30% tip cause they deserve it for their amazing work. Dare I say its been a Masterclass experience coming here? Yes, weather you come here for late night drinks and happy hour or their lunch you won't be disappointed! Thank you 595 for the Masterclass experience!

Why isn't this establishment a Michelin starred restaurant?…read more The service is impeccable. The surroundings and staff are pleasant. We came here for a celebratory birthday for a friend and they treated us correct. Everyone had the filet and it melted as soon as we put the knife on it. I woke up to what really is a medium well steak. Not too dry and borderline a little red but it was moist. Juan Carlos took great care of us. Unfortunately they do t honor military discount.

This place is......not good. I'm honestly blown away by some of the reviews. The food, the service, the vibe - it was all lacking. I eat at a lot of steakhouses, so I may have higher expectations than the average diner. Service: - Our server was very friendly, but forgot about us the entire back half of our meal (we even skipped ordering dessert because we were completely forgotten about and sat there for so long after finishing dinner). - He was not well versed in handling wine (which IMO in unacceptable for an "award winning steakhouse"). He handled the wine glasses by the bowl instead of the stem and poured extremely large servings, about 4 oversized glasses from a single bottle. Food: - The steak tartare was very thick, large chunks instead of a classic fine mince. It was served with tasteless bread that had heavy black grill marks on it. Would never order again. - The calamari and brussels were both tasty and fine. - My NY strip was so full of tendons that I couldn't even chew through it some of it. I can't remember the last time I actually left a piece of steak on my plate from a dinner. - We were ordered a flight of steak sauces and they were spread all over the table with no explanation of what was what. - As for sides, we ordered mash, mac and cheese, broccolini and cauliflower....all very average. Vibe: - completely lacked ambiance. The lighting was bright, there was no background music, and it felt more like a casual neighborhood diner than a place you'd expect to enjoy a nice steak dinner. Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why it had been years since my last visit. Between the average food, inconsistent service, and lackluster atmosphere, I left genuinely wondering how this restaurant has earned such high ratings. Summerlin has far too many incredible restaurants to justify another visit, and for a steakhouse, I'd choose T-Bones or Harlo every time.
