I absolutely love Finney's. The food is always so good and the service is great. This location was very convenient off the freeway and in a shopping mall. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. For my first experience here with my friend and his wife, who LOVE this place, the food was pretty subpar. However, I didn't want to write Finney's off completely so when it came time for my friend's birthday this past week, I decided this would be a time to give Finney's another shot and I'm glad I did. We started out with the Crispy Coconut Shrimp(had it the first time around and really enjoyed it) and Carnitas Nachos appetizers. Crispy Coconut Shrimp was still a home run and would be my go to appetizer. However, I was impressed with the Carnitas Nachos. The portion served was generous and the flavor of the shredded pork tasted just like the meat from the iconic Tito's Tacos when they were still good which was maybe 15-20 yrs ago. Anyway, Carnitas Nachos are highly recommended as well. On my last visit I had the Smoked Tri tip which is a "Finney's Favorite" but it was just dry and the meat seemed like it was cut from the last piece that had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, so this time around I decided to go with Hickory BBQ Burger. I wasn't disappointed with my selection. The burger was delicious, flavorful and juicy. However, if I had to do it all over again, I would have cut that burger in half with a knife and made it more manageable because I got BBQ sauce all over my hands and probably looked like a toddler having dinner. The only thing about Finney's that I wasn't keen about is that the wait for a table can be really long. I though getting an early dinner at 4:45pm on Sunday would have cut the wait time down but I was wrong. I forgot the NFC Division playoff game between the Cowboys and 49ers was going on and it was an hour wait. Now if the weather is nice, that's tolerable because there are plenty of places to sit outdoors and wait but that day it was cold and windy and the waiting area inside Finney's was packed so we all decided to wait in the car and they would call our cell phone when a table was ready for us. However, the cell phone reception in that area was spotty so to avoid losing our place in line, we huddled outside in the cold wind until space opened up in the waiting area. Brrrr! All in all, the experience was positive, the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Looking forward to the next meal here! read more

Service was slow, no one came to clean up after our appetizers was done so our tables were full of empty plates and we had no space. But the disgusting smelly tables was the worst part ! First time coming here last night for a beer and some small snacks. I just want to start off by saying that the customer service here is amazing. Off the bat, right when my boyfriend walked into the door, we were greeted with such a warm welcome. We were sat immediately and our server was quick to grab our drink orders and our food order shortly after that. Shoutout to the workers last night for that! For food, I got the mini lobster rolls and loaded tater tots. Both delicious :) The lobster rolls were on a hawaiian roll and had hints of citrus in them. We met up with great friends today in Porter Ranch for our a reunite and birthday celebrations and headed to Finneys Crafthouse! A beautiful upscale but casual restaurant that has indoor and outdoor seating that is dog friendly of course! We opted for the covered patio and it was perfect! Their menu has an amazing variety of everything all of us love plus more! My son and I opted for the veggie burgers...and I made mine a truffle version! I excitedly ordered the onion ring stack to share (it was not three feet high like the waiter said it was lol)...and being the onion ring aficionado here, I was going to tackle our group for the last ring but the veggie burger was so big that I easily resisted the urge! The guys intermittently watched the game while we laughed and got caught up on life! The staff surprised us with their birthday chocolate chip cookies and ice cream with enough spoons for us all! The service was amazing, staff professional and friendly...and we literally can't wait to go back! Thank you to our friends and to our new friends at Finneys and a shout out to Isaac who was an excellent waiter! But walking into Herr is nice reminder me of a southern spot. They have the flag hanging inside which I truly respect because I am in the military. It was around a 10 to 15 min wait which wasn't bad. They seated us way in the back. The waitress I forgot her name but she is going to csun for marketing. Nice young Asian lady. She came to check on us throughout the time we were there. And she quickly got our drinks in for happy hour. I got 2 old fashion and they held the second one under happy hour for me which I was like yessss. And I ordered wings and bbq cauliflower which both was tasty. He ordered a pizza first then the jalapeños egg burger. Which looked tasty as well. My overall experience here was good and I can't wait to come again Crazy I went to the amc next door often and this was my first time coming into the facility. Came in to Finneys on a Monday afternoon for lunch and it was perfect timing. Walked in and was greeted by the young woman in the front and was seated fairly quick in a booth. I've seen a lot of great reviews of this place so it was definitely on our list to try. Came in for just food today and no alcohol unfortunately. Much like every other restaurant I like to try the most basics of food like tacos or burgers and that's how I base my review... Ordered up a double smash burger and although it looks small, it's not! It filled me up along with the side of fries! Don't forget a side of coke to go with the burger! The restrooms only have one stall to urinate and one to poop which can be of a problem but oh well. Restroom was clean so that's good! Large tvs on the inside to watch games, sports or movies! Tables are clean, server was awesome, quick and polite! Our waitress was friendly, we were sat outside in a large picnic table because we had a large group and we're told that was the only table that could accommodate all of us. Sitting outside made our group really hot they definitely need better fans during the summer. The beer was very good and smooth. The deviled eggs were delicious. The pizza was nice and crunchy and also very good. The Moroccan salad was okay, the pictures posted online showed a entire piece of steak and I only received about half of that. The steak was extremely dry , lacked seasoning and was very hard to chew. I requested for the steak to be medium well to prevent the steak from being dry but the waiter told me that she can't put that request since it's a thin piece of steak. We're still not dining inside because of covid, so it's GREAT when restaurants have good outdoor seating! There are TWO outdoor seating sections here. Both are good in their own way. The bigger one on the right is a bit warmer because it's more enclosed, but both sides have heaters. The smaller, left side has stand heaters they can move around. The right side has heaters on the ceiling. Food and drinks are FANTASTIC here. Highly recommend. Keep in mind they do not do reservations, so the earlier the better. read more

Finneys is a great place to visit and they have an awesome selection of food & beverages. The only downside about this location is it's next to AMC and constantly has "lingering customers," especially if there is any sort of game on. You will typically wait 20-45 minutes regardless of time if you're a party of 2 or more. If you're by yourself, you might be able to snag a spot at the bar so do plan on waiting. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders, the Margarita Flatbread Pizza, Yuzu Buffalo Wings, Onion Ring Tower, Finney Burger, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, Bavarian Pretzel, and Jalapeno Egg Burger are all must haves! I don't think I've gone to Finneys without ordering a Cheesesteak Egg Roll. The food was great this last time, but the consistency of getting our beverages was all over the map. It seems like either our server forgot to put in the order, pick them up or they were out of it. Kind of frustrating and the fact it was other people always dropping off our items too. She even brought a complimentary dessert for our celebration dinner. We were not aware that they do not take cash, and our server had to get permission from her manager to take cash, as I do not have any credit cards. It worked out, but made for an awkward situation - otherwise I'd have given 5 stars. I've never experienced that anywhere before, and would have thought it would be posted on the door (so you know before you enter), and maybe on the menu too. My husband and I had lunch here the other day. We chose to eat in the patio, because it was so exceedingly loud inside the restaurant, we could not hear each other talk. The food was very good and the server was friendly and efficient. A week later I tried to place a take-out order. What a nightmare! First of all, you have to use the website to place an order which is only open from 11 - 5. If the website is busy, it is impossible to get your order through. You cannot place an order in advance, only on an ASAP basis. So if you are lucky enough to actually get your order in around 4:30 for dinner, the latest you can pick it up is a few minutes after 5. Since we generally eat around 7 pm, our food would sit around for 2 hours. The only alternative, is to make the trip personally to the restaurant and place a take out order and then wait for it. This is very inconvenient. Wise up Finneys. This is the 21st Century. read more

Plenty of high tops in the bar area to watch sports and get rowdy. I highly recommend sitting at the bar when you see the friendly faces of Lauren (Bar 2), Mel, Nysia. There's 3 big patios, so outdoor seating is the prominent option here. Most of it undercover. Great place to pregame before a movie at the AMC next door or before grocery shopping cause let's be real. Don't grocery shop on an empty stomach. The main manager Troy is a hustler. Always on the move, being awesome to customers and getting his hands dirty. Come to eat. Eat EVERYTHING on the appetizers side of the menu! For real!
