Another family dinner (this happens a lot when we visit in CA). We sat outside and they cranked up the propane heaters, making it very comfortable for us. We started with two Bavarian Pretzels with dipping sauce - very good! And it kept the grandchildren happy and occupied! We ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer and it was a little milder than I expected - good, but not enough kick. The Kids Sliders, Pasta with butter and Fries came out quickly, as requested. Just stopped in for Happy Hour (M-F, 3-5) and I had a great time!! Had some time to kill and I had previously visited the Santa Barbara location, so I had high expectations. The hostess greeted me right away and offered a spot at the bar for HH. The bartender, Ari, acknowledged me quickly and soon after offered a menu and asked if he could get me started with anything. I went with the Watermelon Smash and Steak Taquitos, both incredibly good and hit the spot. I noticed a couple next to me enjoying the hard seltzer on tap, and gave it a try - wow!! Definitely recommend as well. The bar area and dining tables seemed to all be pretty busy at 3:30pm, and the HH pricing is really worth a visit, because the food/drinks are incredible! Really cute little bar/restaurant right next to the AMC theater in Porter Ranch. We stopped by before our movie on a Thursday night and it was a 25 minutes wait for a table for 2, or open seating in the bar, which had plenty of available seats. So that's what we opted for. Service was prompt and attentive. Hubby and I split the Tri Tip sliders, lobster roll sliders and chicken wings. Everything was very flavorful! Perfect sizes for sharing. The chicken wings were super crispy. Perfect meal before our movie next door. We would definitely come back again! read more

I've been coming here for 2 years and the food is so good! My friend always gets the chicken tacos, and loves them, and the fries as well which are great. The cauliflower tacos are also soooooo good. I enjoy the Nashville sliders as well and I always get those every time. The servers are very nice as well, and we had extremely fast service today. read more

Stopped by Finney's Crafthouse in Porter Ranch for lunch. We arrived at 11:00 AM and got seated immediately without waiting on a Friday. This is my second time in this location and the place gets packed very quickly by noon. Anticipating a queue, we were pleased to see seats available. We ordered Buffalo Cauliflower, Onion Ring Tower to start and a Black Truffle Burger. Also tried the craft cocktails Raspberry Smash. We received our orders correctly. The food arrived in the right temperature within a timeline manner. Everything was delicious. Presentation is beautiful. Friendly service provided by Taylor was excellent as always. Great memorable experience at Finney's Crafthouse in Porter Ranch. This is our go to spot for great selection of craft beers and amazing food. Finney's has it all, I recommended it to family and friends and I will be returning soon! Happy hours specials are available between 3PM-5PM Monday to Friday. It was an amazingly beautiful day today! Clear sky, not too hot, gentle breeze... We went to Finney's for lunch, and our fantastic day continued with terrific food and service all around! How lucky are we? Hannah was our server. She was pleasant and helpful and attentive. We spoke at length with a manager. She was just as delightful. 5/5: Bavarian pretzel - It's a good thing I'm writing this review and not my husband. He would talk your ear off about how much he loved this pretzel! This is now his favorite pretzel anywhere. He LOVED the cheese sauce, but was impressed by the genius idea to also have a sweet mustard and a caramel sauce for dipping as well so that people sharing this at the table could all find their favorite flavor! 5/5: Sausage & Garlic Pizza - well... we would call it a flatbread, not a pizza, but my husband was in love with this dish as well! Perfect ratio of the bread to toppings. Fennel sausage was amazing and the red onions were delightful. 4/5: Chicken & Waffle Bites - They call it a "sriracha maple butter" but it really eats like a maple gravy. That might sound strange, but it really works! 4/5: Onion Ring Tower - If these had been beer battered, they would have been a 5/5 4/5: Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup - The 4 cheese blend just oozes out of the perfectly toasted bread. Personally, I wouldn't eat the soup on it's own. It's pretty chunky. However, it is PERFECT for dipping the sandwich in. 4/5: Bacon Deviled Eggs - Very smooth and creamy. Very nice. 4/5: The Finney Burger - The house spread on the toasted brioche really made this burger a hit for me. They cooked the meat perfectly per our instructions. My husband prefers a fattier blend of ground beef, but they got my vote with the harmony of ingredients. 4/5: Raspberry Lemonade - not too sweet. Refreshing! 2/5: Cheesesteak Egg Rolls - The only disappointment in our meal. They forgot to bring these out. When they finally did, they were way overcooked. I wonder if they dropped them back in the deep fryer to heat them up after sitting around... However, without our saying anything, they informed us that they were taking them off of our bill because they had arrived so late. The service was great, so I'm bumping them up a star for a perfect score! We are already talking about coming back with more family members to try more food!! read more

Finneys took amazing care of our party of 7 on Thursday night. We had quite a bit to drink and the staff kept checking in on us. All of us ordered appetizers at different times and they never got an order wrong. The food came out quick and was delicious. Great server and staff! Came in for Mother's Day and a birthday. Fast, easy service and everything was clean and organized at our table. We had some special requests (sauces and toppings on the side, etc.) and they were cheerful and accommodating. I think next time we'll order our Mahi Mahi tacos with no tortillas, just chips. Came here after a movie night and the host was nice enough to accommodate me and my gf 15 min before closing time. We ordered appetizers and drinks. Coconut shrimp and chicken and waffle were very tasty and cooked just right. Drinks were pretty good as well. We got great service from our young waitress (don't know her name but has beautiful tattoos on her arms) that made some suggestions and the place was nice and clean and the price was decent. This is a review for takeout out only. I love Finney's but haven't been to this location before. I ordered food to go; however, by the time we arrived at the restaurant, the order hadn't been put in yet (30 minutes prior). We waited around 20+ minutes. The manager was very apologetic and reimbursed me one burgers worth (which I appreciated that he was making things right). The food was wonderful as always! My husband really enjoyed the KĀLUA PORK CARNITAS $12 [Pickled onions, slaw, cilantro, kimchi dressing, wasabi aioli]. The portions were decent for the cost. My friend and I both ordered the NEW BLACK TRUFFLE BURGER* $14 [Truffle cheese, onions, crispy shiitake mushrooms, truffle aioli]. The burger was cooked a little more done than I prefer, but it was still good! The truffle flavor is more on the subtle side. We both ended up ordering Truffle fries $4, which I do think are overpriced. Overall, despite the mishap, the food was good, and (even though we were only waiting and not technically dining in), the atmosphere was lively! ... If you're in a rush, parking can be a bit difficult to find even though the lot is huge. read more

Todays lunch was a disappointment. We have been to other Finneys and enjoyed them alot. This is a great location and the atmosphere is fantastic. However, our lunch was just not so good. My husband had the Ruben sandwich and the meat was over cooked and actually burnt on the ends. He also mentioned that it was very salty. I had a chicken sandwich that was just ok. The star of the show was the onion rings...they were really good. We will probably go back because like I said we have been to Finnys before and usually the food is very good. Me and my buddies swung by before a movie and sat at the bar because there was a bit of a wait. (Hostess said that we could sit there with no wait... It was the best thing that could've happened to us :) Kyle and Lauren were incredible! Personable and efficient they'd swing by to check in, say a joke, make a drink, input orders and go make another drink; they NEVER STOPPED moving. Also, the food was super great! Came out hot and delicious, and there wasn't that "auctioning off" that often happens when I sit at a bar. Couldn't recommend this place more highly, and ask for Kyle an "Irish Maid"! This is a great location with delicious food and appreciated service. To start you have to partake in the bacon deviled eggs which has Candied bacon and sriracha. The taste will be appreciated by your taste buds. The salads are just as delicious especially their italian chopped salad which has romaine, salami, provolone, cucumbers, garbanzos, peperoncinis, onions, tomatoes, kalamata olives, parmesan, and red wine vinaigrette. The main courses are prime as the pastrami reuben has Hand-cut hot pastrami, swiss, slaw, dijon and russian dressing, rye. They have other choices as well but this would be a great starter. Drinks were ok... can't really mess up a Jack and coke... appetizers were delish... what really REALLY left a sour taste was we ordered the BBQ chicken pizza flatbread and in the ingredients listing on the menu did NOT say there was going to be GLOBS of ranch. I understand an overly used popular drizzle but not a glop on 2/3 of the pizza thing. When we asked the waitress didn't know so she brought someone else and they said that the chicken was mixed with ranch. I wish I would've taken a picture. The chicken on the ENDS of the pizza did not have any ranch therefore it couldn't have ALL been mixed in. At the end they took it off our bill because we didn't even touch it but I think it should be said SOMEWHERE on the menu. When I mentioned that, the kind lady hesitated for an answer and then shot back with there's not enough space on the menu to list all of the ingredients!! WHAT?! I literally laughed and suggested that at the top of where the flatbreads section starts put an asterisk and mention pizzas might have a drizzle ((that was not a drizzle)) or mixed with ranch, and any other mixed in sauce. read more

Omg!!!! Delicious is an understatement of the taste the food had. We had the lobster roll which was to die for, I had the Finney burger and it was absolutely amazing, and my friend had the mushroom burger another great hit. The drinks were great too. At the end they brought a beautiful large and delicious size cookie with ice cream. Service was amazing and fast. The sitting was great too. we were at the bar but there was inside and outside sitting too. Bar like type of environment but with a restaurant twist. Definitely a hit and worth a try. THE SHORT Good place to go for great food where most items are $12. Great beer selection. They serve hard alcohol and mixed drinks. Not a great place to meet women. They show the major games on TV but no sound from the games. The bathrooms are clean. I'd poop in there. THE LONG I hate that the happy hour starts at 3pm and ends at 5pm. But if you can make it, it's worth it. You can try two new beers and order an appetizer for $20. Most items on the menu are $12 and the fancy seafood items are $14. The food is delicious. I tried the nachos, coconut shrimp, fish tacos, burger, and onion rings. There's always a wait. You can sit at the bar and have a drink while you wait for your table. That's if you can find a seat. It's always busy. The bar area is small. The bar and the two long tables directly behind the bar stools are open seating. It's just kind of strange with COVID that you're sitting with strangers. There is free Wi-Fi if you ask your server for the pw. If you're single looking to hook up, this is not the place. The seating arrangement is not welcoming to mingling. Most girls come with a date or with other girls. There are older dudes by themselves at the bar just watching the game. I came here on Sunday to watch football. I didn't notice it, but my friend said it's quiet in here. We noticed that they don't play the sound from the games. They play 70's classic rock, 80's new wave, or 80's hair band at the bar. This includes during the football games. So no sound from the TV's. Not a very exciting place to watch games. They don't show the UFC or boxing either. The beer selection is great. I like how they categorized them by flavor. They also include the ABV% on the menu. They also have mixed drinks and a good selection of whiskey. read more

I started with the Mini Ahi Poke Tacos, which were good and as small as advertised. They were good, but I expected a little more for the price. Once I saw the Onion Rings stack, I had to have it and they were very, very good, beer battered topped with parmesian and with dipping sauces of sirachi ketchup & ranch. I ordered the Smoked Tri-Tip sandwich which was tasty, but a bit chewey for smoked meat. Great selection of local brews sorted on the board by type. Service was a bit off, wrong order brought once as server took wrong order from the kitchen and servers not sure what tables they are delivering to. It was very warm inside and the music was very loud...couldn't hear what our friends were saying. It felt like you had to yell to be heard. I did ask them to turn it down...didn't happen. We ordered the Ahi Tacos...they were good. The rest of the food was downhill. I ordered the Truffle Burger...it came medium well without any of the crispy Jalapeños. I ordered my Burger rare. The waitress offered to have it redone. It came back with 2 little crispy Jalapeños on it and sooo rare that I was nervous to eat it. The Cheesesteak sandwich barely had any cheese on it and the meat on it and the Tri tip sandwich was chewy...yuch. My friend ordered a second Guava margarita and it was inconsistent...he didn't like the second one. Spent almost 200.00 and everyone was disappointed. We finally made it to Finney's Crafthouse. It's smack in the middle of an outside mall surrounded by other restaurants and lots of shared exterior seating while you wait. Let me start this off by saying.... do not show up here with a large group, the place is not large inside nor do they have big tables for groups of six or more. That being said, our long wait was worth it. Not only do they serve alcohol outside the restaurant while you wait but the people watching was great as well. The beer selection was perfect and the full bar bartenders poured well. As for the food, it was very good, the portions are a little small but they don't gouge you with the prices and the food is so good that you'll be very satisfied. Do NOT pass up the Pastrami Ruben if that's your thing. Finney's was clean and all the employees were very nice, it's definitely worth a shot if you like what you see on the menu. We'll head back soon. The word is, they are about to start construction on one in Santa Clarita. They will do well out there, I hope they can get good servers because that's what we lack in Santa Clarita. read more
