    Crispy Orange Chicken (V)

I tried Fire Bowl Cafe while out shopping today, and it was good! I had the crispy orange chicken with fried rice - as advertised, the chicken was very crispy which I really liked! The fried rice was okay, they added a lot of edamame and carrots to the fried rice, which I think would have been better if they took some of that out, my bowl had a ton of these, and they weren't great. The egg roll was also okay, not the best I've tried but still pretty good! The service I received was amazing! They are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating available. Overall I had a good experience here, the food was good just not the best I've had here in Austin!

Fire Bowl Cafe has always been a standby for me when I was fast and tasty Chinese. I've always ordered their General Tso Chicken which never disappoints. The chicken is always crispy, the sauce sweet and flavorful, the broccoli fresh and crunchy, and the rice perfectly cooked. This place is wonderful for take out or for a quick meal. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the restaurant itself is clean and cozy.

I ordered spring rolls and hot and sour soup, to-go. I ate them 10 minutes later. Spring rolls had good ingredients but fell apart in the container and I had to eat everything individually. No sauce was provided despite the menu saying "served with sauce." I had to make some with resources at my office. Hot and sour soup had good flavor but seemed watered down. Do not recommend unless you want something healthy, fast and you feel like being resourceful for what's left out.

This place will always be a 5 star visit! Miguel Lomeli took my order, so pleasant, nice and most of all respectful. Always have a warm welcome when here. Thank you Miguel!

It was good. They got my wife's order wrong but we were chill about it and made the best of the meal she had.

Definitely get the chicken teriyaki. Its not dry, it's very tender and flavorful. I like to order edamame with mine to complete my meal.

The menu has a great variety of Asian-inspired barbecue, smoked meats, shareable plates, and sides, so everyone in our group found multiple dishes they loved. Everything we ordered tasted incredibly fresh, and the quality really stood out. The combination of barbecue and Asian flavors was unique without feeling overdone. Although I would reorder everything again, these are the following things that I still dream about: crunchy sweet corn fritters, char siew pork belly, smoked shishito queso, and smoked butcher's cut. The laid-back atmosphere made it easy to relax, share food, and enjoy good conversation. If you're visiting Austin with friends or family and want a place that offers delicious food, plenty of variety, and a fun, casual vibe, Loro is an easy recommendation. We'll definitely be back.

We came here for a small late lunch during a hot day and this place checked all the boxes. Plenty of seating options and we loved the AC. Both high chairs and booster seats available for kids. The char siew pork belly was very good. Nothing like barbecue pork belly or asian char siew, but somehow they made it work. Chicken karaage was what you would expect, similar to what you get at Japanese places. Portions are big. The sesame rice noodles were highly reviewed but kinda underwhelming. Sauce was surprisingly spicy and the sesame flavor wasn't super obvious. We also tried the rendang beans and rice, which was a creative spin. I enjoyed the curried beans with the fragrant coconut rice. Nice spot to rest, relax, enjoy a meal and drinks. Enjoyed our experience.

The rolls are creative without being try-hard, unexpected combos like asparagus and Fuji apple that actually work. Everything felt super fresh and well thought out. What I got: The Salmonlicious Roll (M9) was my favorite of the night, I ordered it without cream cheese and it was incredible. The apple adds this perfect sweetness that I didn't know I needed. The Big Easy Roll was a classic done right light, with a beautiful assortment of fish on top. Crunchy cucumbers, tangy yuzu. Chef's kiss. The Spicy Tuna (C4) was a solid classic, good quality fish. The Buddha Roll (M7) was also delicious. Edamame (A6) to start, simple and good. Also, first time using ponzu sauce instead of soy sauce and I am never going back. Game changer. Affordable, fresh, and already planning my return visit!!

I can't sit here and type up a review about the thing I didn't come to MUSE for. Long story short, do not bother trying the ramen here. I actually came to MUSE because they advertised their sandos online. It's the type of sando akin to the famed ones from Age.3 in Ginza and other Japanese spots. It's definitely more expensive than abroad, but it's genuinely the BEST thing here. It's actually so insanely good that I was afraid to eat too much of it. It's the definition of a guilty pleasure. The creme brulee one scares me just from what it makes me become... Word of advice, this place should rebrand to focus on sandos and drinks. Advertise, pop-up, whatever they have to do to get the name out there... I would go just for the sandos and you should too.

It was a delightful mix of tofu and egg, very custardy, nicely fried. Third item was bun grilled pork vermicelli, which was OK, but not their strongest offering.
