I was so excited this location was finally open. However, I ordered a turkey bacon ranch with sharp cheddar cheese sandwich. There was no bacon, and no cheese. Just a heads up. Love Firehouse Subs, and been to this location a few times since it's on our way home from Disneyland. Nice owners who are always working on the line to make sure service and food are excellent. Just went here for lunch and had to start off by saying the food is great, there is a large variety on the menu but it's not overwhelming. It's a clean place and well staffed. GREAT customer service. I got to school across the street so I come in here quit often. The place is always clean and everyone behind the counter are always wearing gloves. the employees are super friendly and they greet everyone that walks in. The food quality is always super great. The food is great here! Not only that but when you walk are greeted with a warm welcome the very friendly staff there. The whole place is very clean which is always nice to see. When the soda machine was out of ice, the manager was glad to help by having another employee fill up the machine. Rather than having me wait for the ice to be refilled, she had filled a cup with some ice so that I could avoid the wait. Ordered a build your own, to my surprise it already comes with toppings. So I received a warm sandwich, with cheese and mayo and mustard which I did not order. Be careful what you order even if it's build your own, they already come with toppings and warm/toasted. You have to ask for a cold sandwich. Didn't taste bad, hopefully next time the sandwich is more to my liking and what I ordered. read more

I was excited to try this new sandwich shop in HB. I ordered online and showed up at the time it was supposed to be done. No one greeted me or explained that they were running behind when I arrived. I waited over 20 minutes for my 4 sandwiches (nearly an hour from the time I placed the order online). Got home and found they added cheese to my son's sandwich when we had ordered no cheese. Went back and they remade his sandwich but made no effort to compensate for the mess up. Our family did not get to eat together and I had to drive back. The subs were just okay. My first time here was a horrible experience. I live near this restaurant and pass by it all the time. I was excited to try it out. I had placed an order online and arrived to the restaurant to pick it up. I was greeted with a harsh attitude from a man who appeared to be the manager there. His name was Cuong kent nguyen. He told me my order had not been placed and when I placed my order and asked him when it will be ready he proceeded to tell me "it will be ready when its ready". After waiting for about 15 minutes I asked again, seeing as the people who were arriving after us were being served before us. The same manager proceeded to tell me to sit down because "standing around won't help". The customer service is horrible. I don't reccomend this place to anyone. The restaurant itself is disgusting with trash all over the floor. Take your business somewhere else because they clearly dont treat their customers with respect. read more

Was very disappointed the last 3 visits so we won't be back. This visit my 15 yr old ordered for us as she usually does. Kent was very rude to her. I questioned the way he entered the order and he was rude to me. Our sandwiches went back twice because he refused to correct it when we both pointed out the error... this location is under new ownership and it is no longer on our frequented eating choices.
