The group of teenagers goofing off behind the order line couldn't even get our food right. We waited 20+min and no lettuce or tomato which cashier said was standard. Much improved subs over last experience. The one thing consistent in FHS is the staff, tonight was troubling. A lady who identified herself as a manager publicly berated a customer over a complaint over a sub. The customer was very polite and told me she was a regular. I don't care if she was trying to take advantage, which I am pretty certain she was not, there was no reason to publicly admonish the customer in plain sight and hearing of the customers. Business must be good to treat people like that. read more

I went to this location yesterday after a nearby doctors appointment. Instead of my usual go to places in this area (which there are tons of place to pick from) I decided to give Firehouse a try. It was pouring down rain and I almost didn't go because of it, but I decided to make a run for it. The cashier was polite and friendly, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about my experience. After waiting about 5 minutes for my sandwich. I go to the counter and the girl behind the counter hands me my sandwich. I thank her and run to the car again with my sandwich. Fortunately I checked my order before pulling away. I first noticed the sandwich wasn't really cut in half more like 1/3 & 2/3, but no big deal. I then pickup the bread and the only thing on my sub was lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo...no tuna. I thought to myself you've got to be kidding me. I now have to get back out of the car in the rain. When I got back in there I notice some of the employees snickering. I asked to speak to the manager and when I came out, he said, "Oh, were you the one who ordered the tuna sub? We'll remake that for you." He already knew it happened before I said a word. Then as I'm standing there waiting the immature, ignorant employees are back there laughing and cracking jokes. Then I hear one of them say, "I knew I smelled something fishy." He thought he was extremely funny and at that point I told the manager I wasn't comfortable eating any food from their establishment because of the employees behavior and I wanted a refund. He refunded me for my sandwich only and I had to tell him I wanted refunded the full amount for the combo. He said, "Oh, I didn't realize you ordered a combo." He refund me and just simply said, "Here you go ma'am." Completely unapologetic and seemed like he could careless. I can over look a lot of things, but I can tell you I will NEVER return to this location based on my visit. With this kind of management and service in an area with competition everywhere, why put up with service like this. Their food isn't that good. Not much different than subway just cost more and the service is even worse! BEWARE!! read more

Subway with a new twist and my stomach cramped all day after eating here!!! You definitely need to order in because the subs are gross if you takeout and I live across the street!! I had the cheesesteak sub and it was nothing special! The dining room is small, there are loads of snot nose teenagers working at this location too! I called in and ordered 5 subs- the order was not very unusual or complicated. We got home and four of the five subs were incorrect. I had the person taking the order read back the order and it was correct, so I'm not exactly sure where the confusion/ disconnect was. The atmosphere was ok, if you are in the mood for noisy. The sandwiches are soggy and bland.

I have been to Firehouse Subs several times with no problems. Today, though, the crew got my sandwich order wrong not once, but twice, and even then it was not perfect. In addition, whoever made the tuna salad added about four cups of black pepper! It was not good. I will have to think a long time before going back. read more

Its hard for me to give a sub shop 5 stars but this place is well deserving!! Subway has nothing on them. I ordered the steak and cheese. It was no authentic cheesesteak from Philly but they did a pretty good job. The bread is just right and the soda machine is cool!! I would definitely go back...not to mention that the staff was extra friendly. (and it was truly genuine). This place gets 2 thumbs up!! read more

For what it is, it is really great. Service is pretty speedy and efficient. Restaurant is clean. Food is quick and hot and correct.

Subs are really good. Wish they had french fries. The wait for food is a little long but I definitely recommend the food.

Firehouse Subs really sets the bar high as a sub shop. Staff are friendly and efficient and food is delicious and fresh. A little higher in price than the competition, but in this case you really do get what you pay for. Excellent! read more

Two big thumbs up!! This place is awesome. I have been there at least 10 times if not more and the food and the staff are exceptional. There are a few people above who gave this place a bad review (Jonathan S., DuranLaden C. and John P.) I don't know what you are talking about. At least 5 times I went in there my cashier was Nichole and she was nothing but very polite, respectful and helpful to me in making my sub choices. She always had a smile on her face and was eager to help. I give her 5 stars as well as the other cashiers I came in contact with and the guys behind the counter making the subs. DuranLaden C. I don't believe she called your son "retared" because that is not a word. John P. you need to get some help with your spelling because went does not have an apostrophe in it nor does want, uncomfortable is one word not two, and you spelled minutes and wasted wrong plus how can your sub be semi frozen when they put the meats in the steamer and toast the bread. You all got issues and I think you are just trying to cause some trouble for these staff members at Firehouse who are nothing but great and are trying to earn a living and make some money for themselves. I will go back there and continue to go back there. I recommend this place to everyone and you really need to go try it, it is fantastic, the service and the food!!! read more
