Crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, a fluffy slightly sweet bun, and a housemade ranch that had me wondering why I don't put ranch on everything!?!?! Actually , I JUST started liking ranch recently. The fries disappeared faster than my motivation to pack a lunch lol!! I'm not sure I'd get those again. The donuts are a little pricey, but if we had friends over who had never tried it and wanted to try them, I'd pick some up for them. On Sunday, 7/5/26, at approximately 5:45 p.m., we ordered chili cheese fries with pastrami. When I went to pick up our order, the female employee who handed us the food was unnecessarily rude. I politely asked for four forks, and she gave me only two. I politely asked again for two more, and she handed me just one. When I asked again, she simply walked away, ignored us, and stopped assisting us altogether. She was the only female employee working at that time, making it easy to identify the individual involved. To make matters worse, we discovered that we were overcharged. The amount on our receipt did not match the amount charged to our credit card. That is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. Customers should carefully review both their receipts and their credit card statements to ensure they are charged correctly. One additional observation is that my family and I were the only Asian customers in what appeared to be a predominantly White establishment, both among the staff and the clientele. I sincerely hope our treatment and the billing discrepancy were unrelated to our race, but it is an observation I made. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location. I expect businesses to treat all customers with respect, provide accurate billing, and deliver the level of service that reflects basic professionalism.

The staff here were pleasant and helpful as it was our first time. The inside wasn't too busy, but indoor seating can be limited. It's well kept and overall clean. My family and I ended up ordering a Patty Melt combo, Freddy's Original double and my dad wanted to try the Steak burger Tacos (2), which was a new item. The food was ready in less than 5 minutes! Everything looked delicious and my parents dug right in to their food. The Patty Melt was great and the steak burgers were moist and juicy. The flavors were great. The staff also let us try some of dipping sauces for our fries and tots. We all finished our lunch and all agreed the food burgers and steak burger tacos were good.
