It's 4am right now and I'm angry so bare with me as I type this please.. so I dropped my car ( 2020 Hyundai Accent ) because my car was over heating . The man in the front told me it would be done at 2pm ( it was currently 8am ) , so I walked home and waited because I live nearby . Told my boss I would make it to work by at least 3pm. At 1pm I got a phone call from the same man telling me that they accidentally ordered the wrong radiator and my car wouldn't be done until tomorrow . I told him I had work and it's very important I get this done .. he couldn't care less at all honestly . Day 2 , I call at them now for check up on my car , it's 1pm , but a different man answers and tells me my car should be done in 10 mins , so I started walking . While walking I apologize to my boss for not being able to be at work AGAIN but I'll be there for sure tomorrow 100% . When I got to the Firestone , I was given car , and when pulling out the parking lot my car wouldn't accelerate over 20mph for some reason . I slowly pulled into the Firestone again and told them . After 4 hrs of looking at the car it was closing time and they told me to bring the car back tomorrow . BUT .. it drove pretty fine on my ride home surprisingly , got up to 50mph but my check engine light is on . Day 3 ( it's 3:27am and I have to be at work at 4am ) I wake up and try to drive my car and it won't even go to 5MPH now ! My boss texted me saying how he's disappointed and how he needs me today and everyone cant keep covering me . Mind you .. I've NEVER missed a day at all until now . I feel so bad for my co workers but I need my car for my family ! And it's really Firestones fault ! read more

There is a reason this branch has a 2.5 star rating. I've been going to this branch for a year now and I've had minor issues but last week after my experience here I've decided to go elsewhere. Had an appointment scheduled for my free alignment and when I arrived there was one car being worked on and their designated alignment bay was empty and I was hoping since the alignment only takes 15-30 minutes that it would be a quick appointment. Unfortunately a little after 3 hours my car was finally finished after watching other walk in appointments get seen before me. I tried to address my frustration with the front staff but they were unable to explain what had happened and told me they were behind because they only had 1 guy working that day. As a result I decided to reach out to corporate and their area manager Jeff called me and told me that he could see all the services done at the office that day and he politically tried to explain that there was another vehicle getting aligned in front of me but when I arrived like I said only one car had been taken back and they again were not in the alignment bay so I'm not sure what Jeff was referring to. If in fact they only had one guy working I don't know why they would see walk in appointments before scheduled appointments. Unfortunately Jeff's explanation did not make sense. He apologized and said that feedback would be sent to the store but in reality nothing will change with this branch. It's a bad look because they have front desk employees going into the garage and what appears to be goofing off with other staff coming in and out of the garage when they are "running behind". Not to mention I saw an employee coming out of the garage drinking out of a brown bag with a drink in it. With this branch just expect poor service and no accountability. read more

I came in to get my tire plugged and was told id be in and out. 3 hours go by and they just started working on my tire. and every time i asked for an eta they would just walk out and i could clearly tell they didnt care. Brought a truck here for one little problem and these guys wanted to "fix" every little thing, even things that DID NOT need fixing in order to jack the price up, extremely disappointed. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. A $300 fix turned into $4,000 and I couldn't get my vehicle out of there fast enough. Update: the area manager Charlie was amazing when I spoke with him about what happened. I greatly appreciate his kindness and understanding! Due to him I will be back again. Raymond Williams is extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of taking ownership that my apportionment was an hour ago and that they have still not even touched my car, he got defensive and said well only one person is working today so you can leave. First of all, if you are a place of business, you COMMUNICATE. If My appointment is at 5 and it is now 5:52 and you have not touched my car. TELL ME. Communicate the lack of help and don't allow propel to make appointments if you can't get to everyone. Simple as that. Came in with my SUV on a Saturday morning and was able to get the car back for a lot of work done to it. I appreciate the fast turn around. They had to order some other parts since they were not in stock but communication was great. I just got my car back this morning again from the other part that had to be delivered. Service was done right and they didn't try to upsell me anything. They even asked me kindly to get another opinion from somewhere else to make sure I was comfortable with the decision read more

I was visiting Charlotte for a month and had a previous issue with my car. Curtis was AWESOME!! He fixed my trunk (not tires) situation in minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars. On the day I was returning to Atlanta, I noticed a different issue with my car and went directly to him. Again, he calmed my nerves, fixed my tires and gave me a free tool for traveling. I went in this morning thinking my wife's car needed new front brakes, Kurtis, the manager, offered to do a brake inspection before doing any work. It turned out the brakes were fine but he recommended a new set of tires all the way around, and showed me why - they were bald. He then found the exact tire I was looking for at a reasonable price. I could not be more impressed with the way Kurtis handled my situation as well as the other customers needs while I waited on my car. He was working his butt off ensuring everyone was well cared for. I would highly recommend this Firestone location for your automotive needs. I will certainly be back to service our other household car.
