Very friendly staff. Brought my 2015 sienna for tire repair, brake and car inspection. Turns out that my tire didn't need any repair. They rotated my tires and did an inspection of the entire vehicle, the price is very reasonable. Will definitely be back for my vehicle maintenance needs. read more

My little brother was on a one wheel electric and we were not even on there property, one of the workers drove there client truck out of nowhere behind my brother and when he drove the back road toward him then he slowed down and purposely scare my brother then almost ran him over but swerve his car in a "client black truck." This firestone employee with long hair seems to have done this before, he was driving a client's car, nearly hit my little brother. This reckless driving behavior put my brother in significant danger. Following the incident, we went into the Firestone location to express our concerns. Unfortunately, the manager who was bald and a big guy responded with an unprofessional attitude, stating, "What do you want me to do about it?" and did not make any effort to address the situation or have the employee apologize for the near-miss. This lack of concern for safety and customer service is deeply troubling. I expect businesses, especially those dealing with vehicles, to prioritize public safety and handle complaints with seriousness and respect. I am requesting that this incident be investigated promptly and that appropriate actions be taken to ensure such dangerous behavior is not repeated. I showed up to their business with 50 minutes until closing time for an oil change. They close at 6:00 and at 5:10 they were in full shut down mode. Three empty bays and multiple staff doing nothing. They could have easily done a 30 minute oil change for me. They were more interested in going home. After being turned away, I drove 11 minutes down the road to Jiffy Lube and showed up 9 minutes before closing and jiffy lube took me and another customer in and did oil changes even though they closed at 5:30. I am a caregiver for my mom who is on hospice and not doing well. Thought I better make an appt to get my truck scheduled for oil change and tires rotated before an upcoming road trip. So I called a week and a half ahead of time to make an appt. I speak to a male who tells me 9:15 on 10/17 is fine. When I arrive some old man is rude and point blank says you are not on the schedule. Offers nothing else. So of course I tell him I'm not happy I'm a caregiver and I don't have much time. I only have a caregiver on Monday morning and Tuesday. He said well your truck is not going to be seen today. We're too booked. For an oil change? At 9:15 in the morning you can't get in an oil change? Somethings not right. I put my Firestone Services on my Firestone membership card. Twice they did not send me an invoice/bill for the services for over two months. Now I know that they purposely hold sending out their bill for services so they can charge "late payment fees" using CFNA as they collect even more money from customers! If their bills/invoices were mailed to customers each month clients could pay them on time and avoid their "late payment fees". What a scam Firestone and CFNA are!!! read more

Made an online appointment for an oil change. Got an email confirming my appointment. Took my car at the scheduled time only to have the employee tell me there was no appointment scheduled for that time. Then another employee says he called and left a voice mail to tell me they couldn't accommodate my appointment. I never got any voice mail. There was no attempt to rectify this situation other than to tell me to come back another day. I even told the employee I had the confirmation of the appointment, but he was not interested. Just told me there were no appointments available for that day and didn't know how I could have possibly made an appointment. Just horrible customer service. read more

When I checked in with my name I was told they called me to let me know they wouldn't be able to do my appointment. They repeated my phone number back to me and I didn't have any missed calls, texts or voicemails. I told them I didn't even have a missed call and they said my voicemail must be full. Nope, I only have one in my saved voicemails. He just shrugged his head and said "sorry about that." We've given up on this place! Gave them far too many chances before I had to give them a one star review. The last straw was when I came in for an oil change. Sure, it was a $19.95 oil change, it was cheap and convenient. When I picked my car up over three hours later, the stereo was on full blast, with a station I never listen to. The door panel had oil all over it. We were going to complain the next day but noticed that oil was leaking all over my garage. We took it in, took about a half an hour for them to look at it. What a fricking inconvenience! I would've rather drove out of town paid ten dollars more and had better service! The service technician tells us that the seals and the plug was bad. As far as I'm concerned, other places have always replaced it at no charge and changed the seals and plugs on the spot. Isn't checking the seals and plugs included in the price of an oil change? Nonetheless, we have had nothing but issues here. Whether it was for an alignment or what have you, I 'll be taking my car elsewhere. If you are looking for a shop that is NOT reliable, this is your spot! I have been using this location for 15+ years since it opened, and usually just drop off the vehicle and either wait or come back. I have made appointments in the store for front end alignments. I am very busy right now and have limited time in my schedule, so I made an online appointment and got a confirmation email. Well, the staff at this location thought it would be a good idea to call me while I was asleep (with the phone in Do Not Disturb) the day prior to my appointment, and leave me a message that my appointment was cancelled and to "disregard my confirmation email". So, I showed up for my appointment, and the staff seemed very pleased to tell me that they had called at 0713 the day prior to cancel my appointment, but I could leave the vehicle with them and maybe they would have it ready in 5 hours. That is pathetic service offered to a customer that had been to their shop at least 15 times. Never again. read more

We used a local business to have our oil changed. We left our car all day and showed up 15 mins before closing after never receiving a call and were told it was almost finished. Funny thing was the car was in the same parking spot from the mor ing and then they realuzed it had never been worked on. We were promised that it would be finished in 30 mins. Again no call, so we called and were told they needed another 45 mins. Took a tire for repair, left the car and they didn't put the fixed tire on the car, left the donut on. They again had the car all day. Its very frustrating to the lack of consideration or customer service. I drop my vehicle off at 9 AM this morning, drove by it at 1:30 PM and it hasn't been worked on at all! This is the most ridiculous form of an auto shop in the local area. Why tell me to bring my car by at 9 AM if you're not gonna work on it till four or five in the afternoon. Absolute horrible service. The worst experience I've ever had with an auto center. I made an appointment for 9am for a complete new set of tires, was told that the tires were there. I dropped my car off at 9am as planned was told at drop off about three hours. Did not receive a call to pick up so I called at 2pm told they had not started will be ready 5pm their closing time. I showed up 4:45 my car was still sitting in the parking lot and there was yelling and cheering in the bays celebrating an interception and win for the football game they were following. I was told then it would be ready by 6pm upset I said I dropped off at 9am the service rep at the counter stated everyone did. Which I learned was not true by others in the waiting room. My car was pulled in a couple minutes before 6pm I was the last person to get my keys at 6:34pm an hour and a half after they were supposed to be closed. They deserve zero stars read more

I called New Year's Day to find out if they had a particular tire in stock because mine had a nail and I needed new tires because the ones that came on my vehicle were less than performing although adequate with only 8800 miles on them. I talked to a woman whose name started with C but I cannot remember her name, she was so nice and she was able to get the tires from the West Sacramento store and make an appointment for me on Monday first thing. I had a camping trip planned and I did not want to cancel my reservations. I went there first thing Monday morning at 7 o'clock actually a little before 7 o'clock and Tim was there working. Tim was great and he got me checked in. He then called me said that I needed an alignment which is always the case right? But they did have paperwork showing I was a little bit out of alignment which I was surprised with only 8800 miles on the vehicle. So I did buy the additional lifetime alignment for another $200. Ugh! But I had asked him in the beginning that I had the nail and I'd like to know if the nail went all the way through? It was hard to tell because the head was on the smaller side but I wasn't sure and I wasn't gonna take a chance. When I went in to pay which was on time he stated that the nail had gone slightly through. The fact that he remembered that I asked him to check on that was very surprising for how BUSY they were. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service especially when they everyone is so short handed these days. They got me in and out and on the way to my camping trip. I had read the yelp reviews after I had made the phone call but I said I have to take a chance since the convenience of the store was within walking distance of my home and I didn't want to have anybody take me prior to 7 AM. So, based on tires and alignment I recommend them. For oil changes and other stuff I go to another mechanic for my vehicles and will continue to do so. By the way my vehicle drives and handles like a dream. What a difference upgraded tires make. One happy camper. Destination XT, thumbs up. read more

Great first experience at Firestone. Check in was quick and friendly and I was given a 45 minute to one hour estimate for an oil change. My daughter and I went to Jamba Juice to use a gift card that's been hanging out in our house for a long time. They were done in 30 minutes even though they seemed pretty busy. I was weary of the "recommended services" pressure that I read about in a few reviews but I found the opposite to be true. They printed out the recommendations which were all low dollar amount services--wiper blade missing on the back window, battery corrosion cleanup and brake fluid service--all items I was aware of previously. Prices on all the items were reasonable so I'll probably return to complete them. read more

Horrible customer service. I needed help putting some new rims and tires on my truck. Probably a 10-15 minute job and the guy at the counter was rude and not even willing to even listen to me.
