Absolutely great customer service. I have really odd sized tires which unfortunately brings me to many many MANY tire shops because I have to replace them more than the average vehicle. Had a oils change done there on Friday, Drove 3 and on the 3rd day I realized my car was smoking. When I pulled up the hood i realized my oil cap was gone! I have been driving for 4 days with no oil cap! You had one job seriously?!?! I have seen this location and decided to give them a try because my car needed a oil change and they had a special price of $24.00 before tax and I thought it was a pretty good deal so I had my appointment yesterday and the guy took down all my car information and when he came back in and said my front tires where worn and I told him I will let my dad know about it and he said okay and mentioned that they had 6 month fiancé and I told him I am trying to pay off my credit cards and he told me my car would be done in a hour so I went for a walk and within a hour I got a call that my car was finished so I went to pick up and the guy gave me my total and paper work and my dad came over and looked at my car after and asked me did they Evan do anything ? He lifted my hood they didn't touch up any of my fluids and when I got in my car I noticed the sticker wasn't my accurate car mileage and it didn't have when it was due so I called them up and they said that they don't put it on there they figure that you can figure it out this place was a complete rip off I mean every place I have ever gone has always top off my fluids and not to write when my car was due for the next mileage was just lazy on the employees part I tried this place out of convince I won't make that mistake twice this establishment was clean and looked up to standards just a rip off take it from me don't waste your money here I know I won't again read more

This has to be the most Rude store manager I have ever met and as a District Manager for a large construction manufacturer I see a lot. I went in to get 8 new trailer tires and new tires on my truck and the employee working the counter said he couldn't help me until I had a mask on. So while looking at his mask with multiple punched out holes in it where you can see his lips moving I ask what good my mask is if his is like that. The answer I got blew my mind as he stated it's just for appearance. When I asked for the Manager and asked about the mask policy he said that if I didn't like it he really doesn't care and I can take my business elsewhere. When I told him I have a exemption under California law to not wear a mask he said and I quote I could care less. I made an online appointment last night. This morning, realizing I was running late, I called the Firestone and asked if it would be a problem. The person on the phone stated it would not be a problem. When I got there, they stated since I had missed my appointment by about 30 minutes, I would now have to drop the car off instead of waiting for an oil change. I told them I had called in and the person on the phone had stated it would not be an issue. The employee told me he was the only one there that morning and had not answered the phone and I must have called a different Firestone. When I left, I pulled the phone number up in my phone and confirmed it was in fact the correct Firestone. Poor customer service, and I will not be back. read more

Been meaning to write this a while ago. i am a big fan of Firestone tires, however I live up in the sierra foothills a ways from any dealer. When purchasing new firestone tires two years ago I found this corporate store with the tires on sale. The savings was worth the drive. Or at least I thought. They did a fine job installing tires and asked me if I wanted the lifetime alignment. Since I plan to keep the jeep and will use Firestone tires, I said yes. All is fine, until a year later, i drive 1 1/2 hours to return to this store for tire rotation and alignment while running other errands in the area. Went across the street for lunch as was surprised to get a call soon from the person who said they couldn't do the alignment because I needed new tie rods. "WHAT????" I declined and they didn't do the alignment. I have to say i checked with my local mechanic, a jeep dealer and another firestone store in Oregon who did the alignment and none thought i needed new tie rods. I will not be using this store again. Do not trust them. They tried to sell me something I didn't need. read more

Took our commuter in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Greeted promptly, service thoroughly explained, showed me on their computer screen as well. Told me an accurate time range it would be done and it was right on. Went in today for recurring low pressure in a tire. They found a nail/screw in it, and surprisingly another one in another tire, both of which they deemed were not repairable due to the location of the nails. They also looked at my other tires saying they were wearing and I should replace all 4. I felt vulnerable, being female, bringing in a newer Audi. I called my hubby and he talked to the advisor. Ended up going to America's Tire on Stanford Ranch Rd who repaired both tires and didn't even charge me a dime!! Think twice before going here for a tire issue. I had spoken to other places in Roseville about my auto issue and they made me feel as if I was a bother! This shop was professional and explained each step. Called in for 4 tires, was quoted $800 out the door, but told I couldn't pay over the phone, I had to come in. Came in 2 days later and was told "oh that special ended that day. They're $915 before tax now". If the special was ending in 2 hours, wouldn't you alert the customer they had to be in your doors in 2 hours? Stuck with them because they were local and I was short on time. Brought my truck in with 3 alloy wheel covers overnight. It was returned with two. I made an appointment online and told they would contact me if they couldn't do my appointment they would contact me they did and said they couldn't do my appointment and if I wanted to make another one I said no and hung up however not even a minute later they called back and said they could. I never liked this place I've taken my cars here a few times for problems all they do is try to up sell you for services I didn't want or need and not really repair the problems and caused other problems cause their work was shotty. Oil change and tire rotation service here is very good, efficient and largely dependable. There is always a queue but they try to serve everyone as quickly as possible. I used a coupon for the oil change, which I appreciated. Because I came in at a busy time, they told me it would take 2 hours for my servicing. I walked across to Riley's, had a very relaxing $25 hour long foot massage at Jojo's, got coffee afterwards at Peet's and when I got back to Firestone, job was done! Highly recommended! read more

I called in today to see if there's an availability for an oil change and was told to come on over. I show up and stand in line for way too long and then get told that I have to leave my car there for the rest of the day if I want this service done. If you're too packed to get an oil change in, that's fine, but communicate that to your customer. Don't tell us to "come on in" and then expect my car to stay there all day without giving me a heads up. There's nothing more frustrating than feeling like a company doesn't respect your time. read more

I am so disappointed in the service I received from my local Firestone. My car was overheating and thought the problem was a water pump potentially. I payed roughly $100 for the diagnosis to be done for them to tell me the problem. They called and said yes it's the water pump $200 water pump and $1,000 for labor. They called a while later and said we need to replace some brackets another $200 at this point I'm furious because I'm not a millionaire. I agree to the terms it's about $1,500 at this point and finally my car is finished. I take it on the freeway and then my car has the same problem still is overheating they tell me we don't know. I am super nice to them but internally I am livid at this point told them I want a refund they gave me $500 back and I still have not been able to acquire enough money to put the car back into another shop. I should have received a full refund because I paid them to diagnose the car in the beginning! A great way to loose a great customer! read more

Came in for Lyft inspection to remain current. The inspection went well but they handed me a copy of the inspection not original. Lyft did not accept it as it was blurry. Had to go back 15 miles to get original. Came to find that the original was printed off of same printer. Totally unreadable. Now I have to wait another 20 minutes for them to download original from Lyft site. FYI just print your own off website before you come in. read more

Firestone saved us from spending a night on the side of Highway 80. We blew a trailer tire heading west on 80 near Alta, CA (about 45+ minutes from Firestone). It was a Sunday and almost closing time for all stores. This Firestone location was the only one with our tire in stock and willing to help us considering we were showing up nearly at closing. The front manager Travis Teffs made us feel welcomed and made sure we got a speedy tire change so we could be back on our way. Outstanding customer service from everyone at this location. My business here has been well over 15 years with different cars. We even moved to Olivehurst and come back to Lincoln for Auto care. You ask why? The customer service is personal and they keep complete history on your cars in their computers. They speak in easy to understand language when explaining your cars trouble and their tires keep us safe. We have been to other places and the service is just not the same. My Father In Law (in his mid 80's) was told his battery was bad and was quoted $270 to replace it. Labor alone was $50 (for this 10 min job) but he did not know if the $270 quote included the $50 or not. He then took his car to another shop that tested it and confirmed the battery was good and all he needed was for the terminals to be cleaned of corrosion. He had also noticed while he was waiting that everyone was being told that "we found additional work that needs to be done on your car", which he thought was a bit of a red flag as well. read more

This place has been a hit and miss. Can't beat the oil change coupons. On a good day, they can get you out in less than half an hour for an oil change. And then the unthinkable happened. Brought my perfectly running vehicle here recently for an oil change. After a 2-hour wait, I was told that the drain plug to my oil pan could not be opened and was stripped . Never had this issue with my vehicle. What was to be a $30.00 + oil change became an almost $600.00 quote to replace my oil pan. Of course, the manager tried as best as he could to dust me off smoothly and explain to me that they had nothing to do with the damage. To my dismay, I drove away with a bigger problem. Went to a different auto shop nearby to get a second opinion. The mechanic took a look at the issue at hand. He laughed when I told him about my experience at the Lincoln Firestone auto shop. Got my oil changed. Issue resolved. Didn't have to fork out $600.00. Amazing! read more

Left very upset last Friday. Went in for an oil change and got a unprofessional/dramatic call saying my car had several issues quoting me at a ridiculous price (was just cleared from ford dealership 2 weeks prior) after I picked up my car from my "oil change" it was making terrible noises from the left side ( wasn't like that when I dropped it off) brought my car back to discuss and one of the workers (heavy set guy with dark hair) began over talking me and wouldn't let me get a word in. I felt like I was trying to be intimidated. The next day my boyfriend took off my left tire and noticed they didn't put the parts on fully. Just now my daughter and I went to Firestone for service. Her tires were registering low and needed assistance to fill them to their appropriate amount. She had her 1yr old and 4 yr old. Its 100 outside. The service technician told her their would be a two hour wait. They could not assist her. She explained she needed to go to work. My daughter went ahead as and took her air compressor ( battery operated) out of her car and called her military spouse for assistance over the phone on how to fill her tires with air. The service technicians just watched from afar not offering assistance while my daughter struggled to do it herself. Days are long gone with offering a window wash or checking your tires for air. read more

I just had a really great experience working with Travis. I had to replace 3 tires on a car I'm only planning to drive for another 6-12 months (no fun). I really appreciated that he was mindful of that and was upfront about which services really ought to be done and which were unneccessary. I went in without an appointment on a sunday thinking it would either be too busy to take me at all, or I'd be waiting on it all day. But they got the job done much sooner than even they had estimated and I believe I was out the door in less than two hours. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pricing, while fair, is maybe a bit higher than other places. Ive gone to other companies that include free tire repair as part of the built in price whereas I had to pay an extra $36 to add on this benefit here. I bought 3 mid-range tires for a mini van and in sum paid about $389. So again, price was fair. Overall I felt it was worth the price due to the fact that it was serviced so quickly and the customer service was so outstanding. Thank you Travis! read more

We have had several good experiences by getting our two cars worked on here. My only constructive feedback would be for them to get more expansive on what they can perform - such as State cert. Headlight/Brake inspections and Smog check (which they may do, I'm unsure on Smog). I went to the shop to get an alignment. I was presented with an estimate for $2000 in work. I'm a bit of a skeptic so I took the truck to three other mechanics. Three of three mechanics other than Firestone told me I needed a slight alignment and a new set of tires. I understand people need to make money but trying to hit a $2000 home run and not even give me a set of tires this place is criminal. If you live in Lincoln I strongly recommend you find a different place to get your automobile serviced. I had a set of tires placed on today which came with an alignment my vehicle rides perfect. Thank God for the folks at Tires direct in Lincoln who cleaned up this diabolical mess. Please do yourself a favor and never let your vehicle and up at Firestone complete auto care. And less you're OK with getting a bunch of shit you just don't need. If I had more time on my hands I would call a new station and run a sting operation on this bunch of criminals. read more

I have had my Car & Van serviced at Firestone on 4 separate occasions and have been pleased each time with the results. The last time I came in the service that I received from Noel was so processional and courteous that it needs to be noted. It was very busy but he made sure that he was going to get to me as soon as possible. When I picked up my Van he thoroughly went over the areas of concern but reassured me that I had some time to get them addressed. He did not pressure me into making an appointment to address and as a result of his professionalism I made an appointment when I got home. Also, my Camper Van is very heavy and I use it only once and awhile therefore it looses air in the tires. I have been in 3 times to have air put in (complimentary) and each time the young man (don't have his name) is so courteous, which in turn has made me a loyal fan. read more

Great service! I tried to get my car in as a drop in but couldn't because they were completely booked. Employee named Farhan was nice enough to call me and fit me in on 9/1! It was a great experience. I dropped my car off and hung out at Jamba Juice. Farhan called me and told me over the phone some of the things that the technicians found to be wrong with my vehicle and how much they would cost to fix. When I came back to the store he was there with my vehicle fact paper and informed me of all of their inspections! He was so polite about it even when I told him I was going to check prices everywhere to see the best deal. He said that if I were to get it at Firestone, to just call him and book an appointment.
