I did this myself 2 weeks ago no problem but Firestone can't loosen the same bolts I torqued to spec? WTH
    Nestor Agustin P.

LIFETIME ALIGNMENT IS BAIT AND SWITCH Lifetime alignment not worth it if they can't align a single tire after 2 years. I went to this Firestone location because I had purchased the lifetime alignment package. I had an appointment and was there for three full hours, and they were unable to perform the alignment--supposedly because the technician couldn't loosen a single bolt. However, they did manage to check my battery, belt, fluids, air filter etc, and recommend a list of additional services I never asked for. If they couldn't do the alignment, that should've been the end of it--everything else should've been put on hold. I work 62 hours a week and don't have three hours to waste on my day off. They recommended $1,800.00 of additional services but not a single tire was aligned? Come on! The only reason I came in was to get the alignment done after replacing the lower ball joint and CV drive myself. The excuse about not being able to loosen the bolts due to rust is absolute nonsense, I managed just fine with standard garage tools at home. To me, it's clear: they had no intention of honoring the lifetime alignment they focused 100% of the time looking for other things wrong im already aware of and can fix myself. That's the only logical conclusion I can draw from this experience.

    Yet ANOTHER attempt to unsubscribe.

I bought a trailer tire that blew out the next day. They refused to warranty it. I've unsubscribed from emails multiple times, yet they continue to send them. This is a violation of the Can Spam Act. I spoke with their corporate office and explained the law (Told them they could Google it) and STILL received more emails. Just STOP!

    Ford ranger bed

I took my ford ranger to get a new fuel pump, They were trying to charge 500 dollars to removed the bed and 110 for diagnosis, I took the bed myself at home and we took the pick up. Long story short they told me "my pick up needs a motorcraft fuel pump" for 500 bucks and it was 3 year warranty through the manufacturer, as I was picking up my truck I discover that they use some CHEAP off brand fuel pump and also broke one of the clips for a fuel line which they decline to repair and wanted to me pay for! Horrible experience manager Ryan Mitchell WAS NOT helpful at all and very combative. The quality of their service is mediocre and no costumer service at all!

I have been going to this shop for years. But I have had the worst experience with them this summer. One of the tires flew off of our car that they serviced on. Good thing our family did not get hurt. And Firestone serviced our car by replacing our brakes and caliper on our last service . When we brought it to them they denied our claim stating that we had too many miles since it's last oil change. I've spoken to other mechanics and they said even if we had 10000 miles on the car if it was under torqued it would of not flew off. So they would not pay for the damages. Because of this I will not come back to them again. I thought they stand by their quality service but now they try to get out of it and won't own up to the mess they did. They wanted to charge me $6200 to repair. Such a rip off! Never again...they just lost a customer. I do not recommend them at all.

I had a great experience with this mobile mechanic. He came out to me and replaced my A/C…read morecompressor, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

We call and made an appointment to bring our car the next day. The folks at Wilhelm did a quick examination and brought us the bad or badder news. We had two quotes; one at $1900 and one at $1600. The difference being off brand components. Our service tech did give us a moment and we chose the lesser cost option. They told us that our car could be ready by 4pm that afternoon and they offered to take us home and pick us up when the car was ready. We really appreciated their offer (we live about 18 miles outside of Surprise). Their driver was friendly coming and going. The service was prompt; however as we drove off our engine and transmission were lurching. We made one stop and decided to immediately bring back our car back to the shop. The quickly took it back and we waited. They said they needed to drive it for about 10 miles to reset the computer engine system because it was self adjusting. We waited another 20 minutes and our car was ready again. We got in drove off and all seems good. In summary, Wilhelm Automotive was courteous, efficient, and responsive. Staff was all very friendly and we will bring back our car if we have other service needs. We did get a "free" sunscreen. My wife and I laugh and call it our $1600 sun shade.

I told her to decline and I will change the plugs in the parking lot.... After the diagnosis and explanation and after my daughter declined....They call her back and say they found some kind of fuel leak related to her fuel pump. Why wasn't this mentioned before? It's wild because her car smelled like gasoline after that, but it had never smelled like that before we brought it in! Idk what kind of shady shit they're pulling but that's what happened. MY plug change is working great...still can't figure out this fuel leak they're talking about, but still catching whiffs of gas here and there. Idk what they did but I'm convinced they did something. Shady.
