They have a small waiting area with plenty of books, magazines and a water cooler. That took around 20 minutes then they paid for an Uber Chevy Suburban to drive me home. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems.
