Sunday morning, our garage door stopped working. Which sucked. Plans had to be canceled and adjusted, and most importantly, we had to find someone willing to come out on a Sunday on short notice to fix yet another thing wrong with the house. Of course I turn to Yelp, and through that look for nearby businesses with good reviews. David was amazingly responsive, he was at our house within an hour of making phone contact (on a Sunday!). He was fair, reasonable, polite, and fixed our garage door within an hour. He told us if he couldn't fix it and the whole unit needed to be replaced, the cost of the repair would be credited towards replacing the garage opener instead.
