Three months ago we had a problem inside the motor of our garage door opener. We had a great experience with David so when we had a new problem with the garage door (the springs broke) I called him immediately. 2 stars because they responded and came out in a very timely manner. They were upfront about $20 charge to come out, which I don't mind (and did pay) to get an honest opinion. However the technician who came out was super shady and pushy, trying to rush us. I bumped the lower panel of the garage door while moving something heavy in the garage and knocked the panel of the track. There were minor cosmetic damages, but it bent the panel enough so when the garage door tried to close, it would pass in front of the safety sensor and open the garage door up again.
