The technician arrived promptly during the scheduled time. However, that is all that I liked about this business. I should have listened to my wife and called Mesa Garage door. Unfortunately I did not. The technician did not know how to troubleshoot the Guardian garage door opener that we had. He was going to run the carriage through the gears which would have really jacked up our machine. He also crimped down on the metal track which could have bent the track and knocked everything out of alignment. He left with our garage door still not working but offered to discount a new garage door opener if we opted to purchase same. My brother had to remind him to return the screws for the garage door opener that he left in his truck. Finally, use some stick (deodorant) dude, this is Merica (America). Three stars as perhaps this guy is just familiar with the cheapo garage doors and not the top end brands. Minus one star for owner's comment that I am racist if I find BO offensive.
