First Honda is by far one of the best dealerships I've had any interaction with. From the first moment I stepped on the property Marlon greeted me and introduced me to Noah, the sales guy. Noah was a breath of fresh air as we test drove a few cars. Both he and Marlon were extremely friendly and patient with me as I was slightly picky when it came to the color. After we discussed numbers the first night, it was well past closing time and being too exhausted to make a decision Marlon suggest I take a night to sleep on it. We were all tired and needed some breathing room before reconvening. The next day I received a call from Noah and I was back at the dealership that evening. My rating is for the service center. My last visit for an oil change took close to 3 hours. This was with an appointment. My other service was to be replace an axel boot (?) which resulted in oil and sludge leaking and all over my garage floor. This has stained my garage floor and drive way. First Street Honda sent over 2 people to clean up the mess, without any improvements. After numerous calls, the service center was going to schedule a power washer to come clean. Of course this never was arranged, and I gave up. The service reps are very good appeasing customers with their talk, unfortunately that's were it ends. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Went in on a Tuesday met with Juan and Albert from the beginning they were great listened to our needs and did not push us into buying a car. Due to limited time on our part we couldn't stay long they started the application process. Went back on Wednesday and Ryan helped us our experience with him was not great at all. He was very short with us and not willing to work on a price or getting us the car we wanted. We walked it very disappointed on how Ryan handles things. So first of all, like most people, I was dreading my car buying experience. From the pushy salespeople that are lurking and ready to pounce on you the moment your foot hits the lot to the strenuous process and numerous hours it takes, it can definitely be a draining and frustrating experience. Luckily our sales consultant, Matthew Bennett, was a breath of fresh air. He was genuine, sweet and quite endearing and truly cared about finding our ideal car. He was with us from the moment we came in, through the test drive and alongside us during the sales consultation. Even though we weren't ready to buy on that initial day, we definitely wanted to come back and purchase through him if possible. Unfortunately, after numerous attempts of trying to transfer in the right color and model while working with our specific budget, we ultimately had to go with another Honda dealership. Although we had ended up purchasing at a sister dealership, we will not forget the exceptional service Matt provided as it was how we found out which vehicle we ended up going with. This week we did the thing most people dread. We stepped onto a car dealership lot. Luckily Bobby Tarafdar intercepted us and helped us research the CRV that we were interested in test driving. We chose to visit he lot late a night so a car sale wouldn't happen (though he would have stayed late to make a deal, I'm certain!, He actually said, "Don't worry if it's gone we'll find you another one."). Bobby is all information and no sales pressure. Even though he was off work for the next two days he gave us his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we wanted to come back. We were pretty certain what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. The next day I texted him that we wanted to come back @ 6pm and look at another color. He made arrangements to have it ready and met us at 6pm. Turns out I liked the other color. We came prepared with information on what we wanted to spend at a fair price. Bobby was easy to negotiate with and four hours later we were driving it off the lot. Turns out Bobby had sold us our last CRV 9 years ago (that we're still keeping). Worst ever. Bought a new battery with a 5 year warranty, battery failed, took battery to Honda, they told me to tow the car with the battery inside it. Oh and they couldn't do anything for 4 days. Ridiculous. Also, my wife wanted to buy a new Honda a year ago, but they wouldn't give her a payment amount until she promised to buy the car.
