This was a solid breakfast stop after a run. I put in my name for a table on the app (and you should too), showed up 10 minutes later, waited for a few minutes and was seated. Just as any other location, this one had a fair number of larger parties waiting for a table after 10 AM on a Saturday. But the wait is worth it if you ask me. Our server greeted us soon after we were seated and was very helpful with all of my questions about menu items. She accommodated my request to leave out sour cream on my dish (the Chickichanga), put Vera Cruz sauce on the side and add jalapeños. My photo of the dish looks real different and bare because of the changes haha. My one wish is for First Watch to have more spicy items available, but the jalapeños and the Cholula hot sauce at the table are the best spicy options I can find there. When I mentioned I like spicy food, our server offered the jalapeño addition and to add a red pepper sauce on the side for me to try. The jalapeño came pretty much sliced raw inside the dish but gave me that kick in each creamy bite that I was hoping for. Both sauces were great to dip into with my hot, gooey, chickeny Chickichanga and hearty seasoned potatoes. The red pepper sauce came off like a light aioli and the Vera Cruz sauce was a grown up queso, only because it had chopped peppers. I would take the kid version too if I could. The potatoes were cooked just right to being crispy on the outside without losing its texture on the inside. Our server continued to be helpful when I asked whether the sauces were mayo based (there was an egg allergy in my party). She went out of her way to speak to the kitchen and ask about them before returning to tell me that the Vera Cruz sauce does not have eggs while the red pepper sauce uses a hollandaise that is made off site, so they cannot verify its exact ingredients. Her handling of my inquiry was so thorough that I could have given her a hug if I hadn't been so sweaty and ragged looking. Thank you for a great breakfast!

I recently visited First Watch in Cooper City, and I think this might be my favorite location so far. It still has the classic First Watch charm, but with a more modern, upscale twist that makes it feel fresh, elevated, and incredibly inviting. The space is large and open, with plenty of indoor seating and a beautiful outdoor patio. One thing I immediately loved was the switch from the usual community table to a breakfast bar. It gives the restaurant a more grown-up brunch vibe while still being warm and approachable. I ordered from the seasonal menu and got the carne asada tacos and the Purple Haze drink, along with the staple banana granola pancake. Everything was delicious. Honestly, I'd return for each of those items individually on three separate visits. And clearly I meant that, because (I will proudly admit) within the week I went back and ordered the exact same thing lol . The service was lovely, friendly, and very true to the First Watch standard. Our food came out quickly and perfectly prepared. As I mentioned, this location has a slightly more adult, elevated feel, which makes it perfect for brunch with the girls, a brunch date, or even a family outing. It fits all the vibes.

I've heard people talk about this place for a long time & after all these years I finally stopped on by. Although it's pretty spacious inside & has outdoor seating, it was on the busier side when I showed up but I was seated quickly & the waitress got to us promptly. She was super friendly & attentive which always makes a dining experience that much better. My table had our orders taken quickly as well. I saw some delicious things on the menu & I like the idea of offering seasonal options that rotate. Ultimately, I went with the Classic Benedict. Such a great choice! I like how it was served on a crunchy ciabatta rather than a typical English muffin. It also had tomato which put it over the top in the best way possible. The eggs were poached perfectly & the hollandaise had a unique, but nice, citrus flavor to it. I would absolutely get it again. I substituted the mixed greens for seasoned potatoes & they were also really good. I'm always a little skeptical trying cold brew when it's not from a coffee shop but I wanted to give it a quick mention because it was delicious. It was bold in flavor & had very little acidity. Overall, my 1st experience here was great. Everything from the service to the food was spot on. I know there's others out there who haven't tried First Watch yet but I highly recommend doing so. I can't wait to stop by again soon.

Very busy restaurant!! There was a bit of a wait. We were able to grab some seats at the bar! Exceptional service. I believe our bartender was Chad! We sat at the bar and he was just so smooth. Fast service, great conversation. Guided us with the menu. Exactly what we needed after our race! The meal was perfect! Do not miss out on trying the pumpkin donuts! I loved learning a bit of the back story from our Chad about the coffee! Very clean and bright restaurant! Great, healthier pick!

Everything about my experience here was great! There was only about a five minute wait to get seated and we were seated at a nice four top with very comfy chairs. Our server came over immediately and took our drink orders and since we'd checked out the menu online we were able to give our food order as well. They have a great variety of breakfast and lunch dishes here. I ordered the classic eggs Benedict and this one comes with tomato on it and on top of ciabatta bread instead of the traditional English muffin. I really enjoyed this dish! The fresh tomato balanced out the hollandaise sauce so nicely and the eggs were poached perfectly. I had their seasoned potatoes on the side and they were delicious. Our server was great, she was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and spacious and there's plenty of seating outside if you prefer to sit outside. If you go to their website and give them your email address you will get some good coupons in the mail like buy one, get one free. Great place for breakfast, brunch or lunch!

Another great First Watch experience but this time at a location I have not tried before. I had the Double Bacon Parmesan hash and it was amazing! I usually get the farmhouse hash and I feel like this was a newer version of that meal that I didn't know I needed. All the bacon, the perfectly cooked potatoes, the cheese and arugula were just perfect together. Split the banana pancakes and that was the best sweet treat to a savory breakfast. The space was very nice and modern which was a pleasant surprise compared to other first watches I've been to. Loved the more modern feel to this location. Left full, left happy, great service and a great time.

I love First Watch! Everything I've tried is always delicious and tastes fresh. I'm so happy this location opened up close to me and I've been coming maybe once a month with my boyfriend for breakfast. They have a nice bar and outside patio. The servers are always friendly and attentive. It does get packed on the weekends and there's always a wait but if you have the app, you can be added to the waitlist before you leave your house so it's lets of a wait once you arrive. I always bring family and friends here and they love it as well. They always have a seasonal menu with yummy new dishes and drinks. Highly recommend!

A rather new and very nice addition to the Cooper City area. The staff was very friendly and the place was ridiculously clean and well lit. I liked how nice and spacious everything was while we were taken to our table. Within moments of sitting, our waiter who was an absolutely fabulous man came by to get our drink order and tell us about the specials. I decided to get a pumpkin spice pancakes which were absolutely divine. They had the perfect amount of pumpkin flavoring and the butter that melted on top Blended the dish wonderfully. The coffee I had for my drink was good but could have been a little stronger for my taste. It had a nice robust flavor but nothing spectacular that I'd get again in the future. Prices are a bit on the higher end but I ended up with leftovers so I can justify it because the flavors of the dish were wonderful and the fact I took some home to have later on that day. Great service and food will be the reason I come back here again for sure!

It was just another Saturday morning group long run at Piccolo Park when my crew made the best decision to hit up First Watch for brunch. I've been a huge fan since my first visit years ago in Orlando and, as usual, this location didn't disappoint. We staggered in around 11:30--peak brunch chaos time with everyone moving and shaking, and was told the wait would be about 20-25 minutes. No problem though; these guys slid right over to the bar where the drink specials were calling their names. The Million Dollar Bloody Mary and Spiked Lavender Lemonade. Both sips I must say were dangerously good. My other friends went the juice route with Morning Meditation and Purple Haze, both refreshingly delicious and pretty to look at. We paired and shared on their pumpkin spiced donuts, admitting it's pretty challenging not to have more than one. Our bartender Craig was a true gem: friendly, fast, and full of good coffee talk. He schooled us on FW's partnership with a small village in Colombia as he poured my cup. This place is one of the very few where I thoroughly enjoy drinking black coffee. That's saying a lot. As you would guess, we ended up eating right at the bar (I mean, once you've got Craig, why move?). I decided on their Trifecta; eggs, bacon, and a multigrain pancake that barely fit the plate. My crew had biscuits with gravy and more Trifectas all around. Some even ate half to enjoy the rest at home after their post run naps. Simple to admit it's never a disappointment here for me. If I worked here, I'd probably spend my paycheck on pancakes... which means I'd have to run every day just to keep up.

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, million dollar bacon, Pineapple Express drink

First I must say that I had a hard time choosing what to order just because so many menu items sound so good! We asked for the table to be cleaned because it was sticky but were told it's the type of table. Very annoying as our paper napkins kept sticking to the table and I didn't want to put my phone or glasses on the table hmmmm...Breakfast? Lunch? OK, breakfast, the lemon ricotta pancakes. Unfortunately I had to ask for butter and syrup. Really? If you're serving pancakes those are staples. They were delicious, the lemon curd was very strong but I like that. Points for serving the syrup warm. The other 2 people in my party had the market hash breakfast and they were happy. Serving sizes are above average and great presentation. Try the juice bar drinks...sooooooo good. We had Pineapple Express, Kale Tonic and Morning Meditation. Fresh and yummy They also offer brunch cocktails, maybe next trip. Not a long wait for a table on Sunday at 1:00, just waited for them to clear a table for 3. The app tells you the approximate wait time and you can add name to wait list. Service was quick and friendly. Nice, bright decor. This is a new location. Indoor and outdoor seating available. We'll be back.

We noticed a happy face on this potato. After being treated poorly.

Poor Customer Service from Employee "Anthony" I recently visited First Watch and was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced from an employee named Anthony, who was working behind the bar area. I politely said "excuse me" as he was walking by toward the kitchen, just to ask for a box. He made direct eye contact, rolled his eyes, and kept walking without saying a word. I thought maybe he didn't hear me, so I said it again, still nothing. Minutes later, he came out carrying a stack of boxes, went straight to the bar, and ignored me completely. It wasn't busy, and there was no reason for that kind of attitude. I later heard that this isn't the first time he's acted this way. That's unacceptable for a restaurant that prides itself on hospitality. The food was good, but his behavior left a lasting negative impression. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper coaching or retraining. Customers deserve respect and acknowledgment, at the very least, basic courtesy.

The food is just as good as their other locations. The service was efficient but could have been faster. Once my coffee arrived I was ok. The interior is very similar to their other locations seems like the same designer does all their stores. For the first time my breakfast potatoes were cooked as I requested them, burnt, they were perfect. Kudos to the chef for the potatoes. I do like them well done!!

So many delicious healthy meals to pick from. I'm a vegetarian and I had a wide variety of things to pick from which isn't always the case at a lot of restaurants. They have unique menu items and they all sound good! Everything was reasonably priced and the portions are pretty big. I was very satisfied with my meal and overall experience.

One time for a small karaoke with a friend and a birthday event another time. To use their karaoke, you'd have to be in the main room and they had more food options, like appetizers and a couple types of soups if I recall. While in the speakeasy comedy event, there was a full bar which was expected but I also noticed that they only had a small bites menu. I wasn't in the mood to have almost any of the bites since I was very full from the late lunch. So, I opted for the dessert they had on there, the espresso affogato. That satisfied my sweet tooth and I'm more likely to get it again. I was a little disappointed that there was no happy hour menu like last time especially on a weeknight -- it was a Tuesday. The ambiance was still nice and the service was fair. I certainly hope to be in the regular room for the future events next time!
