This place is the best! We were seated immediately and after ordering, our food was out in literally 5 min! I was so surprised but relieved because we have little kids and they get rowdy when they are hungry and have to wait. The food was delicious and they serve it in such a creative way like little milk pitchers for your oatmeal and cute cups with fruit. I highly recommend this restaurant! First Watch, you need to up your game! Grumpy greeters, overworked staff, sticky floors and tables. I ordered decaf coffee which was lukewarm. Our server brought a second thermos which was also lukewarm. She did brew a new pot, which was ready as I was finishing my breakfast. At check out, a woman asked how everything was. I mentioned the lukewarm coffee. She nonchalantly said that they brew a pot in the morning. No apology or anything. If you don't want feedback, why even ask!! read more

Great Experience!!! Good Food!! My Girlfriend and I had breakfast at First Watch in Frisco. We were searching for something healthy versus the old heavy pancakes, omelet, sausage and eggs. My Girlfriend had the Power Wrap which I didn't get a chance to taste, but she said it was good. Obviously!! I had the White Turkey Omelet which was fantastic. Liz was our waitress who was very busy but attentive and she knew the menu. Coffee to go was offered and delicious. It wasn't Starbucks coffee but that's okay. We're going back. read more

The menu is outstanding and the execution is on par as well. I enjoyed everything that we ordered and I felt good eating it knowing each ingredient was thoughtful procured and prepared. My ONLY gripe is that the hollandaise sauce they put on their eggs Benedict isn't actually hollandaise sauce. That's always a huge disappointment. The sauce they put on there tasted good, it's just wasn't what you expect when you order eggs Benedict. If they were to fix that one detail, they would get a 5 star rating. read more

O.K. so six of us went to breakfast, everyone enjoyed their food, the pancakes were very dry, but everything else was good. My problem with this place didn't start until it was time to pay. there were six of us, two on each check, 45 minutes waiting to get out. 20 minutes to split the checks, got them all wrong, 20 more minutes to correct them, then waited on line to pay, the cashier had to ask for help on every check. The staff was nice, the place was clean, the food was average, the service was OK until the meltdown at the end, sad. read more

We happened upon this really good breakfast place this morning. For a 9am Saturday breakfast the wait was not bad only about 10 minutes. Our waitress was very friendly and the service was quick. The food was fresh and super healthy. Definitely will go again. read more

Our first time here and last. Just all around not good. My coffee cup had food in it, the creamer was a mess in the bowl they had on the table. The bacon was cold and seemed to have been sitting out for awhile. This place was amazing! Amanda was a great server...Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Really good coffee. I had the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl, and it was out of this world. I love this place. One of the best places in Frisco, TX. The food is wonderful. I love love the breakfast! The staff is friendly and customer service is great. I was seated righted away. The wait time was not much. It's clean! The decorations are nice. It's spacious enough to walk though tables without bumping them or others. Noise level is average as any other. Great place for kids as well. The prices are average. It has the Farm house look to it. It met my expectations and then some. I will definitely be coming back. Liz is our favorite waitress because she's personable, friendly and excellent at taking care of us during our dining experience. We are just leaving this restaurant. The one in Plano is SO much better. Food is great, which is why I'm happy to give the one star but the service is SO terrible. Bad enough to warrant a one star rating (which is rare imo!) Here's a list of the terrible service we had: 1. It took over 10 minutes to be greeted 2. Upon greeting, she didn't even tell us her name. Just asked what we wanted. 3. Our drinks took a long time to get there 4. We had to wave her down to order our food another 15 minutes later. 5. Once we ordered, she just walked away leaving our small table crowded with large menus (which is insignificant by itself, but annoying when coupled with all the other issues) 6. Once we got our food, not ONCE did she check on us or ask us if our food turned out right or if we needed anything. 7. We had to flag her down AGAIN to get syrup for my pancake and dressing for our salad. 8. We asked if the salad had been dressed and she kept insisting it was "lightly dressed". "Very lightly dressed"-- which it was not dressed at all. The leaves were dry. We have been to First Watch multiple times and know what to expect on that particular dish. 9. When she brought the syrup, she set the bottle down and said "The bottle is really sticky". I had to ask her "If you know it's sticky, then do you think you can wipe it down before you bring it??" COMMON SENSE PEOPLE. Her response was "Oh yeah, I guess I can." 10. Lastly- we of course had to flag her down for the bill which was over $40. I wouldn't have minded spending the $40+ if the service equated to the cost for two to eat. Highly disappointed in this establishment and don't recommend eating here. Go to Plano where they do a much better job of serving their customers. read more

When there is an issue with the Yelp app and you show proof to First Watch that you were added to the wait list (text msg) and then the app isn't updating so you have to leave the wait list and start over again (with 2nd text) - I would expect that they would honor your first wait list time instead of giving you a garbage excuse that they don't control the app. We love First Watch but the First Watches back in KS are so much better than this one. If today would have been our first visit the review would be one star. We got there and the place was half empty. We were seated right away which was nice but we then sat there for twenty minutes and never had anyone come up. I tried several times to make eye contact and tried to flag someone down. If the servers would have been slammed this wouldn't have bothered me as much but I watched three servers stop and chit chat with each other for several minutes. We had our infant and 3 year old with us. The patience level for our 3 year old was shot. We finally just got up and left. I do not think we will go back after today. Overall the experience was good. We came around brunch time so there was a bit of a wait to get a table. We ordered croquet madame, avocado toast, and a tri-fecta. Although I love the food at First Watch, I will not go back to this location. We had an AMAZING server - she made up for the horrible wait time and the attitude of the manager. We had a party of 12 and offered to split into 2 tables of 6 or 3 tables of 4. We were quoted 45-60 min. After an hour and 10 minutes, I went to speak with the manager to check on our wait time, and he said "we don't really accommodate large parties". I was flabbergasted, especially when a woman had come up to us earlier after we had been waiting for 30 minutes and said "a lot of tables will open up now, because our soccer team, party of 30, just left". Such a shame, but thankful that there are other locations. read more

I love three things about this place the most: their veggie burger, their juices, and the coffee. The service is often excellent at this location. the place can be very crowded. The manager seems to have a handle on keeping the staff aware that the customer matters. Their job often depends on keeping people rolling in the door, and this staff as a whole does a good job of keeping the tables happy. read more
