I truly thought I had tasted the best orange scone in my life until this one blew that one out of the water. The texture is so moist yet dense. It doesn't fall apart and the icing to pastry ratio is perfect. Two, the attention to detail in customer comfort/ way to market some product y'all. *clap clap clap* In the women's restroom, there is there market lemon sugar scrub for washing your hands AND a whipped beef tallow hand moisturizer............... say less, right? The bathroom and entire establishment if very modern and sophisticated while maintaining a comfortable casual atmosphere. The service was wonderful, very attentive. I do wish I could remember the name of our server, but she really was great. And the hostess did a wonderful job of seating us with four under four and four adults. The patio seating was surprisingly comfortable for how hot it's been outside. The food was good. A fun and impressive cocktail menu, however since I don't drink I had the privilege of gaining my calories in some great appetizers. (BACON WRAPPED DATES) The kids breakfast was simple, but my kids complained they didn't like the eggs and potatoes because they tasted like nothing, and they were right. So for other kids it's might be just right for them, too, however if your kids have tastebuds, the sweet treats and meatballs do the trick (very garlicky meatballs for me) It was lovely and fun to visit the market afterwards too.

Starting off, the onions weren't soggy by any means which I love in a good ring, batter wasn't the majority of the ring which is also a great sign, and lastly the crunch was very nice with them coming out fresh. The Fontina burger has a great beef patty that carries its flavor by how clean it tastes alongside the mushrooms that are the other biggest taste factor for this burger. Finally, the baby back ribs were the star for me personally because you can actually taste the pork for its quality. I usually expect a super sweet sauce that bogs me down after with ribs, but these ones left me feeling able to still go on about my day which I love. They aren't shake off the bone tender but I liked the gentle chew they provide. Overall, I recommend Joe's to anyone who cares more about the ingredient sourcing and quality while enjoying a nice family friendly vibe for a lunch/dinner. They have a great outdoor patio seating for times when it's not over 100 degrees.

Joe's Farm Grill is right on the farm, with indoor seating and a large, dog-friendly patio. It's such a fun and relaxing spot for a meal!

I am not a big review writer. However, I decided to post here on Yelp after sending an email to First Watch's customer care and not hearing back other than that they had received my email. My comment is related to the Gilbert, AZ location. It was an experience my wife and I had on the morning of July 16th. We arrived at about 8:30 am. There were three tables with customers; that was it. When we pulled in, I thought the restaurant might be closed. This is our favorite restaurant, and it was unusual not to see a full parking lot at that hour. We were seated right away at a table near the kitchen area. We sat for 9 minutes with our menus closed and no coffee, water, or service. An employee was setting a table next to us for 8, and we thought she would take care of us when she was done, but she walked away. We sat another 2 to 4 minutes and decided to get up and leave. As we left, I looked back, and nobody was even aware we had got up and left except for another table near us who watched us walk out the door. We drove to the First Watch Fulton Ranch location in Chandler and had a great breakfast. This is the first time anything like this has happened to us at this restaurant, let alone any restaurant. To sit for just over 10 minutes and be completely ignored, except for only getting menus at the door and being seated, is unacceptable under any circumstances. We would have been OK with a glass of water, coffee, or at least an acknowledgment that they would be with us at some point if they were short-staffed or extremely busy. The issue was a lack of attention. It's probably more of a management issue than an employee customer service issue. I am surprised this happened. I am amazed nobody noticed us and maybe asked another employee which one of the servers had our table. I am bringing this to everyone's attention because, as I said, First Watch was completely unresponsive to my bringing it to their attention. Secondly, it was preventable and it happened to us at one of our favorite restaurants where we love the food. We will not be going back to this location again. I felt obligated to bring it to First Watch's attention because you can't fix what you don't know. Also, it's not fair to you for us to bring our poor experience to the attention of others if we haven't brought it to their attention first. So, if you are considering trying First Watch, do it; the food is great; just beware of the Gilbert location. read more

First let me start by saying this was my favorite place to eat breakfast and lunch. I have been eating at Firstwatch for over 20 years primarily in Phoenix since that is where i work. I use to go to the one on Thomas road almost everyday and the manager Robin back then was the best. Her customer service skills and the way she made relationships with people was unlike anything I have seen before. It was amazing she actually made you feel like you were invited into her home. When Firstwatch in GILBERT Opened up near where i live I was delighted to find out she was going to be the general manager there. We were going there since day one of the opening. The food the employees everything was excellent. Robin was as I remembered very out going friendly remembered her customers and Engaged with them as if they were a close family. Then one day she was gone. No one really answered the question of where she was and if she was coming back at all for quite awhile. I eventually found out she quit. The restaurant showed this loss I was shocked because I have seen her and recognized her as the face of firstwatch since Thomas road and even when she was at the Biltmore. It was immediately noticed in the restaurant once she was gone. On days when i did not see her and assumed it was her day off it became apparent she was no longer managing this restaurant because the environment was completely different. There has not been since She left and to this writing today the customer service she provided While she was running the restaurant. The place has turned into a complete joke and it is eye opening to see all they care about now is making money and they don't care about the customer or building relationships with in the community as Robin did at any location she was working whether in Phoenix or Gilbert. First watch should of done something to entice her to stay because without her the restaurant is no different than going into a IHOP or Denny's. Therefore we now cook at home and will not go back to any firstwatch anywhere unless Robin is managing. Completely disappointed in the Firstwatch corporate philosophy. read more

We decided to stop by First Watch for breakfast, and overall it was a great experience! We ordered the Chickichanga and the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl. The Chickichanga was definitely the star of the meal, it was absolutely delicious! It was packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and the combination of ingredients made every bite so good. I would definitely order it again. The Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out as much as the Chickichanga. The flavors were decent, but it just wasn't as memorable or satisfying. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, the food came out fresh, and the service was friendly and attentive. Even though one dish wasn't our favorite, we'd definitely come back because the Chickichanga alone is worth the visit. Overall, I'd recommend giving First Watch a try if you're looking for a fresh, flavorful breakfast or brunch spot! read more

This place has completely changed for the worse after the last manager (Robin) left its been awhile but has never been the same since. First watch should of done what ever they needed to do to keep her. Customer service, food and efficiency are no longer there. Its a shame too because this was my favorite spot for breakfast. I can no longer go there. They only care about making a buck and have no desire to excel at customer service and engage with the customers like Robin did. I will no longer go there. Again great decision in not doing everything a company can do to keep One of the best general managers i ever met in a restaurant . I had a wonderful time at First Watch, a daytime cafe that serves breakfast and brunch near me. I ordered the shareable 4-pieces bacon, which was amazing with its sweet taste and crispy texture. I also tried their vegetarian sandwich, which was awesome. The kale tonic was better than I expected, it was refreshing and doesn't have a "grassy taste." I ate here for the first time two weeks ago, and I would say the food is good. The reason for only 4 stars is because I wish their breakfast potatoes were a little crunchier. I recommend just getting hot coffee. The iced coffee had too much milk, and they don't have milk alternatives. However, I did enjoy my breakfast here. The skillet was awesome. read more

I was glad to learn about AJ's Restaurant on-property and decided to stop by about an hour before my first meeting each of the two days I was there. There were plenty of open tables and I was immediately seated for breakfast. Seating was available inside or outside. I chose a booth the first day and a random table the second day. I had a small orange juice the first day and hot herbal tea the second. The small orange juice is quite large, so I cannot even imagine how large the large orange juice is (but I'm guessing it's HUGE!). The hot tea was good, but the plastic teapot was leaking. Otherwise, all good. On both days, I ordered the "Two Eggs Any Style" with scrambled eggs, crispy Applewood bacon, breakfast potatoes, and buttered wheat toast with strawberry jam. The meal was great, and I think I ate everything on my plate both days. The service was great! I was checked on multiple times each day. The best part was that the meal arrived only a short time after I ordered. Though the meal was made to order, it must have been worked on the moment after I ordered it. This happened both days, and it helped me get to my meeting on time (or actually, I arrived early!). The staff always had a smile on their face when talking to me. The service was the only thing better than the food itself. AJ's Restaurant is a local Chandler treasure, a historic restaurant, and has been serving the community for over 100 years. They serve traditional classic dishes and contemporary offerings in a refined resort setting. They are open daily from 6 AM to 11 AM.
