Make sure to put yourself on the waitlist to limit wait time before arriving. Something that is great is that coffee is free and bottomless. They also offer some upgrades that feature their delicious sticky and a bit spicy million dollar bacon for most entrees. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant was pretty clean and tiny especially how busy it was. As for the food, I got the trifecta, which featured a just crispy waffle that was fluffy on the inside, an egg that was cooked perfect and their million dollar potatoes, which featured the bacon and a Parmesan cream sauce that were a definite repeat on a future visit. The Pineapple Express was a refreshing take on a breakfast juice providing an immunity boosting option. Overall, the food was also quite affordable for the quality. Went to the soft opening today and had a fantastic experience. Our server Kaloni, who was clearly a seasoned pro, was delightful. The food took a while (Kaloni told us that the goal is to have it out in 10 minutes) but was delicious once it arrived. Highly recommend the Millionaire bacon. There is lots of parking, a huge patio seating area, 4 individual restrooms with ample space for strollers and wheelchairs. There is booth seating, tables and chairs with backs, as well as counter seating. They will be open for breakfast and lunch and close at 2pm. Oh, and they also sell cookbooks and ground coffee. My daughter chose this place for breakfast. First, they almost gave us someone else's food, had everything on the table, and I said, "Wow, that was quick. We just ordered." Anyhow, our food came out, but it was cold. Still, it tasted good, especially their potatoes with mushrooms. We got a couple of meals and just shared everything. The drinks were good, and the server was nice; he checked on us at least once. The place wasn't too packed, but it was busy, so that could be why the food was cold. Probably 10-15 minutes had passed and no one had taken our order or even gotten us waters. We have a 2 year old with us so she's already impatient. The servers were friendly and walked us through the menu, a bit unnecessary but honesty it was a thoughtful gesture because it was our first time. The restaurant was cute and had a hipster LA vibe to it with plenty of natural lighting shining in. Their menu is accommodating to every dietary needs! They had a section called the Healthier Side, and I ordered the Healthy Turkey. It was an egg white omelet with pieces of turkey, tomatoes, and sauteed spinach. I was being health conscious and it totally hit the spot. It also came with slices of tomato and I substituted toast for fruit. So good!! My boyfriend ordered the Tri-Fecta. Their chicken sausage patties were so good! I was able to have a few bites and it was tasty. Basically tasted like a flatted breakfast chicken sausage. Their waffles were superb! I had to tell my boyfriend to leave me a few bites before he devoured it. The plate came with homemade berry jam and the flavors were fresh, not too sweet, and you could really taste the freshness. Potato's cooked perfectly and just the right amount of seasoning. Really good sour dough toast. Farmhouse hash. Over easy eggs over seasoned potatoes, bacon, avocado, house-roasted onions and tomatoes, topped with cheddar and Monterey jack cheese with whole wheat toast. Can't go wrong with over easy eggs. Potatoes seasoned just right, nice and crispy bacon, fresh veggies. If you are looking for a chicken fried steak and eggs or just steak and eggs breakfast, they do not have this here. Last time we went it took someone 10 minutes to come to our table to even give us water. We go frequently since it is close by our home. However, the chicken apple sausage was tasty, and the mimosa was good. If you're seeking a quick, affordable breakfast, you should give it a try. Jam who serves me at the bar was very kind! The Co-ed bathroom had pee all over the seat because men are too lazy to lift it, pee covered floors, and a strong odor. I had my daughter with me and would not let her use it. We checked another door and it was worse. So sickening that grown men leave a shared bathroom like that. It's disrespectful. Other people have to use that space, including kids. Tried FW for the first time. Got right in at 1:20 PM and decided on "The Traditional". The wifey and son got Monterey Club with and without lettuce. Both liked the sandwiches with fruit as a side. My party of two walked in on a Saturday morning at 9am and got seated immediately. We tried the tangerine dream drink and it was refreshing. The taste of ginger was not over powering. I ordered the trifecta with chicken apple sausage and the waffle. The waffle was a 10/10 it was light and crispy. The chicken apple sausage had a hint of sweetness but was tasty and I enjoyed it. I asked for a side of mixed berry compote and that was an absolute must. It was warm and sweet. The maple syrup is also warmed up. My husband ordered the double bacon Parmesan hash. That was a seasonal item and tastes really good as well. The service was great and I like that they give you the option to pay via a QR code on the receipt so we didn't have to wait for the waitress to grab our payment. We've gone to First Watch twice now, and to be honest, I expected nothing more than an IHOP. I was totally wrong. Andrew was our server both times, and when we go next time, I'll surely be requesting him. He's so nice, and even remembered our order from our first attempt at the restaurant. I've dined at First Watch in Texas and I'm extremely excited to see FW brought their wallet friendly pricing to the desert. I tried the ricotta pancakes with my friend and they were pretty delish! I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken pecan salad (no bacon) it was a little sweeter and mushier than I anticipated (the online menu shows avocado, but my salad had none) . I was expecting grilled chicken with a pecan like drizzle dressing and that was not the case. Next time I'll try something different. Wife & I decided to check out this new restaurant yesterday in NLV on Craig Rd across from BJ's. This place did not disappoint as we liked the restaurants friendly decor more of a modernist style. Our server was very friendly & knowledgeable of our choices of the Power Breakfast & Biscuits Turkey sausage gravy with eggs & potatoes. Meals were healthy w/cage free eggs. Where do I even begin? Let's start with the check-in process, which felt like trying to enter a speakeasy with no password. You walk in, immediately run out of space, and end up in this tiny "holding area" where absolutely no one is looking at you. It's like a self-serve check-in, but instead of a kiosk, you just have to gently (or not so gently) bum-rush the hostess stand and hope someone notices you exist. The wait wasn't bad, and when our name was finally called, we were asked if we wanted to sit on the patio. Yes, please. We get seated, look up, and surprise, no umbrella. So we ask for one. Then we order coffee... and immediately begin playing a game I like to call "Where Is the Water?" because apparently it wasn't at our table. Coffee arrives, nice and hot, points for that but no sugar or creamer. Those were delivered separately... several minutes later... just long enough for the coffee to start losing the will to live. Still no water. Food comes out quickly, which at first seemed promising, but the plot twists from here. I ordered avocado toast, and what arrived was... artistic, let's call it that. A single slice of barely-toasted wheat bread topped with what I can only describe as a watery blob of avocado. No arugula, no tomatoes, no balsamic, just sad, mushy avocado sliding around like it was trying to escape. Yes, I took pictures. Evidence was necessary. I added "million dollar bacon," which tasted more like "ten-dollar bacon someone forgot in the back of the fridge." The texture was somewhere between beef jerky and regret, sprinkled with parsley and drizzled with maple syrup for dramatic effect. Picture included, because words barely do it justice. My daughter's regular bacon tasted, in her words, "like somebody washed it." Accurate. Her blueberry pancakes tasted good but had the texture of bread trying to cosplay as pancakes. My other daughter's waffle was apparently the only thing that didn't offend anyone. Don't worry, pictures attached. My husband and mother-in-law ordered a hash that came topped with raw spinach, so basically a hot breakfast with a side salad thrown on top. I'm not exaggerating. Now, the service. When my daughter once again asked for water, we were given one bottle for the table... and TWO tiny juice glasses. For FIVE people. I asked for three more, and by the time the check came, guess who still didn't have a glass? Meanwhile, every table around us was being served full-sized ice waters like they were at a completely different restaurant. Listen, I know they're new. But this is Las Vegas. Hospitality is literally the city's whole personality. They've got some work to do. Honestly, do yourself a favor and give them a year or two, maybe three. I was so excited to try First Watch . I was disappointed. We ordered 3 meals to try . First a hot chocolate and Morning Meditation juice -but the server said we are out of the juice -even though you recommended it ? Huh ? Ok I then requested a speciality coffee with oat milk . Well the sandwich , soup and French toast came out but had to wait for the Hash for a bit. That's ok -that means it's going to be delicious -not. The eggs were fried hard and where was the steak I only found four pieces. I had to flag a busser to get our server. She said ok she will bring me eggs and some steak. The food comes out and I put the eggs on top and processed to cut into them and they were practically raw. once again I told our server and she said you are right -let me get the manager . The manager comes over -never introduced himself , looks at my eggs and he also concurs . He said I'll take this off your ticket. That was nice of him considering I did not eat it. I took the pieces of steak home I figured I would make my own eggs and steak meal. Also we never received water or a refill of soda. We waited for the server to come by and I gave her my card she said you just go up to the counter and pay. How were we to know that?
