I've been here several times and felt I should write a review. Today, we had breakfast at First Watch, and I must say that my experience was again consistently outstanding. This place never fails to impress, from the impeccable service to the delectable food. Upon entering the restaurant, I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff and shown to my table. Our server, Riley, was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided top-notch service throughout our meal. Their professionalism and genuine warmth added an extra touch to the overall dining experience. Don't even waste your time coming here! The first time I came here the service was fine , the food took a little long but i know they just opened so I was considerate of that. the food tasted pretty good. But it was also a simple chocolate chip pancake meal so I guess they couldn't really mess that up. Went back today and wow it was like that place only opened today. We got sat right away but then took 15 minutes before someone even greeted us we asked to see the manager and nobody even came and we still waited another 5 minutes before someone finally greeted us. We still wanted to see a manager but I guess to bad for us! Also before getting greeted we heard the servers complaining saying "it wasn't their section so no." Service was not good at all it was almost like it was everybody's first day serving ever in their entire lives. They need more training. I couldn't even tell you our servers name if I wanted to cause she didn't tell us. She didn't seem take care that we were waiting for long so whatever; she took our orders and that was it we didn't see her for the rest of the time until our food came which was also probably another 45 minutes. Maybe it would've been worth the wait if it was good but it was not good at all. Kind of cold in fact. OH how could I forget! There was a hair in my friends food!! But we didn't even bother to complain cause we knew there was no point. We rushed and asked for the check so we could just leave. Also before asking for the check not once did someone come back to ask if we wanted more water or another glass of juice or anything. The people next to us also had their food take a long time so they also asked to see the manager but nobody came to see them either. Me and my friends are in the serving industry we understand how annoying it is to have people complaining about stuff you can't always control but the servers did not care and there was no manager around even doing any damage control and that's what got us the most frustrated. Definitely not worth coming here at all. Won't go back again. Oh and always expect the food to take at least 45 minutes , even if it's just a sandwich and salad! read more

Just had to write this review about my experience this morning! We came in as a party of six mom's, "the Tribe", we haven't been able to get together for a long time as you all have experienced. We were given a server named Autumn, she had only been on the job for 4 days, and she was blessed with 6 crazy women. She was probably the best server I have ever had when dining out!!! She was warm and sweet and very patient. Please ask for her when you dine there, you won't be disappointed. The food at First Watch is nothing but amazing! Everything we ordered was exceptional. We had a wide variety of items, my Smoked Salmon & Roasted Vegetable Frittata was delicious as was the cheese grits! The menu has a wide variety of choices and was difficult to pick just one. The manager was very attentive too. The Kale Tonic was a delicious must have! We are going to try to get together there once a month and we will definitely request Autumn!!! Came in for the first time to try out a new breakfast place. There was a long line but the wait ended up being about 25-30 minutes. Luckily they do a texting option so you can walk around the shopping center while you wait. We were seated and our server's name was Peter. Really welcoming and personable. Made recommendations of his favorites as well as menu staples. Also walked through the summer special items. Quick turn around on the food as well. Peter came back to check in on us a few times, as well as told us a little bit about the history of the restaurant. Ample parking and a great new spot to check out. I had the Frittata Rustica which was delicious and a lower calorie option. My fiancé had the summer special crab omelet and million dollar bacon. To his surprise, the omelet was pretty stuffed with crab meat which was awesome. Definitely will be back to try lunch and bring guests for a nice breakfast/brunch/lunch option! read more

I will let the world know via social media how horrible this place is. The manager / host/ owner is one of the nastiest and rudest individuals I have ever encountered. It should not have taken over an hour to get 6 breakfast meals to our table. And then for this nasty man to then throw the plate at my wife and say here's your sandwich will not be tolerated. Everyone should stay away. This man if he is the franchisee should lose his restaurant, or if just the manager should lose his job immediately. The corporate office will be contacted on Monday. This man needs to be stopped from running this restaurant. My wife should have refused her meal and didn't even finish it. We should have been comped for our meal and he even threatened me when I spoke up to him. A complete moron who needs to be schooled on how to deal with the public. read more

The worst service and food. This place is also dirty. The silverware had food all over it. The food took forever and it was terrible. The coffee was so gross. As we were eatting people were complaining every 5 minutes. There was also a screaming argument with the manager. So unprofessional. We waited for check for 30 minutes after asking. I went up to the cashier to get the check and they told me to sit down and wait. I waited another 10 minutes and then decided to go up again and demand that we pay. It was a complete mess at this place. I feel bad for staff as they seemed very nice. I don't see this place lasting much longer here. read more

I just walked out of first watch. Signed in on the app the way I was asked to do. Was seated at a table next to window and was extremely cold. The waitress never came to our table and the cashier wound up bringing us coffee. We waited 30 minutes before complaining. Finally someone took our order than waited another 15 minutes before receiving our incorrect order and the sausages were raw and food was cold. Obviously they never picked up our order from the kitchen. We had had enough and spoke to manager who said they were too busy. We left. I don't know how anyone could say anything bad about this restaurant. The staff is great and for a corporate restaurant, I'm impressed they remember me by name every time. Victoria is usually my server and whenever I come in, she's already aware of my allergies and makes accommodations to cater to my needs. Whenever she's unsure, she takes the time to scan the allergy app with my phone and go through every ingredient before I order my food. I also appreciate the kitchen staff for how carefully they prepare my food. It's nice to have a local breakfast spot that I can count on. Thanks First Watch! read more

Such a spectacular breakfast, brunch and lunch place! The food is sustainably sourced, cooked and seasoned to perfection and always served with a smile. Not too big and not too small for a "local" feel but you can find them more often than you think. The staff is friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is exactly what you want in the morning with the family or significant other, or anyone really. Be wary of the wait times, it is so delicious that the place fills up to reserve or get in before the rush! We're counting the days till we go back so we highly recommend! read more

Great spot for brunch! I brought my parents here this weekend to celebrate the holidays and we were very impressed. The restaurant tables were spaced out and the staff all wore their masks properly. We felt very safe. Our waitress was a young girl who was friendly and recommended we try their special juices. We got one of each and they were all unique - we loved them all! Gwyneth was our waitress and she was extremely patient and very professional. I say that because unfortunately the kitchen lost the order she placed and felt awful that we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our food. She and the restaurant manager were apologetic and brought us drinks and apps on the house. The food was outstanding, delicious and plentiful. The menu is very unique and interesting in the least. I came in for breakfast with my young daughter, who as per usual, was doodling on her placemat. A server with pinkish hair came over near her (while still wearing her mask), and drew a Spongebob on her placemat! She said she was an artist herself, and to never give up drawing. We went to First Watch today for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Natalie was extremely friendly and wonderful with our children. This was my first time at First Watch and I'm definitely coming back! I had one of the quinoa bowls. My eggs were perfectly cooked, over a bowl of quinoa with mushrooms and kale.
